　空気調和機の室外熱交換器での残留フロストに起因した問題を解消する。 　除霜運転が除霜運転ガード時間だけ継続することで暖房運転に切り換えられ且つ除霜運転ガード時間経過時の室外熱交温度が目標熱交温度以上でない場合の除霜運転後の暖房運転では、暖房運転ガード時間を０に短縮する。従って、上記の除霜運転後の暖房運転では、暖房運転開始時から暖房運転ガード時間が経過する前であっても、室外熱交温度が除霜運転開始温度以下になると除霜運転に切り換わる。
