Abstract
第1の発明は、組成式Bi4Ti3O12・w{(1-x)A1-y―zBiyREzTiO3・xBiFeO3}で表され、AがM1α(M21/2Bi1/2)1-α、M1はアルカリ土類金属元素、M2はアルカリ金属元素、REは希土類元素であり、1.30≦w≦1.75、0≦x≦0.10、0≦y+z≦0.30、0≦α≦1である成分100質量部に対して、Mnを酸化物(MnO2)換算で0.05質量部以上含有する、主成分がビスマス層状化合物からなる圧電磁器。 第2の発明は、組成式がBi4Ti3O12・w(A1-zREz)TiO3で表され、AがM1α(M21/2Bi1/2)1-αであり、M1はアルカリ土類金属元素、M2はアルカリ金属元素、REが希土類元素であり、0.2≦w、0.05≦z≦0.3、0≦α≦1である主成分100質量部と、Mnを酸化物(MnO2)換算で0.05~2.0質量部とを含有する、ビスマス層状化合物を主成分とする粒子間にMnが偏在していないことを特徴とする圧電磁器。
