Abstract
層構成が単純であり、可視光透過率が高く、可視光反射率が低く、耐指紋付着性に優れた反射防止体および視認性のよいディスプレイ装置を提供する。 基体10と反射防止膜20とを有し、反射防止膜20は、基体10側から順に、スズ、ガリウムおよびセリウムからなる群から選ばれる1種以上と、インジウムとを酸化物として含む第1の高屈折率層22と、銀およびパラジウムを含み、パラジウムの含有量が、金属層(100質量%)中3~20質量%である金属層24と、スズ、ガリウムおよびセリウムからなる群から選ばれる1種以上と、インジウムとを酸化物として含む第2の高屈折率層26と、低屈折率層28とを有する反射防止体1;および、反射防止体1がディスプレイ本体の視認側に設けられたディスプレイ装置。
