Abstract

　本発明によって提供される抗腫瘍ペプチドは、そのペプチド鎖に（ａ）ｐ５３タンパク質のＭＤＭ２結合ドメインを構成するアミノ酸配列から選択される少なくとも９個の連続するアミノ酸残基から成る、ｐ５３関連部分アミノ酸配列；（ｂ）細胞膜通過ドメインを構成するアミノ酸配列から成る、膜通過関連部分アミノ酸配列；および（ｃ）核移行性シグナル（ＮＬＳ）を構成するアミノ酸配列から成る、ＮＬＳ関連部分アミノ酸配列；が含まれる。
