Abstract
本発明は、永久磁石を回転子の表面に使用した回転電機において、特性が良好な回転電機を提供することである。SiO系の材料によって磁性粉体を結着して成形した永久磁石を回転子の表面に設けた。SiO2の前駆体は、磁石材料と濡れ性が良好な結着剤となるため、磁石における磁性材料の割合を多くでき、エポキシ樹脂を結着剤として使用した場合に比べ磁気特性の低下を低減でき、良好な特性を維持できる。また、永久磁石を複雑な形状に成形することが可能となるため、連続的なスキューを構成することができる。
