Abstract

　測定対象物の磁性を問わず、測定対象物に作用する力やトルク、または測定対象物の変形または変位をセンシングするために、測定対象物に対向するように配置したコイル、もしくは該測定対象物を内部に包含したソレノイド型 コイルと、該センサコイルもしくはソレノイド型コイルに直列、或いは並列に接続されたキャパシタンスと、該コイルと該キャパシタンスからなる共振回路に対して任意の波形と周波数の駆動信号を複数回、パルス状に印加する駆動回路と、共振回路の発振波形の位相変化をカウンタ値に変換し、印加した駆動信号の数に応じて該カウンタ値を積算する積算回路とを備えることを特徴とする。
