Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cheese-producing textile machine according to the Oberbergriff of claim 1.
- a twin-twisting machine with a variety of jobs each having a Aufspulaggregat comprising a bobbin drive roller for driving the cross wound bobbin and one of the bobbin drive roller in the thread run upstream leading role, each with different angular velocities rotate.
- the advance roller serves to reduce the thread tension of the yarn to be wound up into a cross-wound bobbin.
- the magnitude of the reduction of the thread tension is determined by the wrap angle of the thread around the advance roller or by the peripheral speed of the advance roller, which is above the thread speed.
- the bobbin drive roller and the advance roller are driven by separate machine-length drive shafts on which the advance rollers or the bobbin drive rollers of the respective takeup units are arranged, and which rotate at different speeds.
- the drive shaft of the overrunning drive shaft is to be regarded as unfavorable from a technical point of view, since the machine-length drive shaft to prevent accidents has a panel or a cover that is provided only at the jobs with narrow slots to a thread in the thread running slot of the lead role to be able to insert.
- the machine-length drive shaft to prevent accidents has a panel or a cover that is provided only at the jobs with narrow slots to a thread in the thread running slot of the lead role to be able to insert.
- the thread can be caught by the further rotating drive shaft and wound up on this.
- the operator tends to expose the drive shaft or the advance pulley by removing the cover. This is done to improve the accessibility to jobs to solve the resulting filament winding of the shaft and to be able to introduce into the thread running slot of the advance pulley.
- This approach is extremely accident-prone, as the drive shaft continues to be driven at undiminished speed.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a textile machine producing cross-wound bobbins, which is simplified in terms of the drive technology of the components for the thread transport and ensures a high level of operational reliability.
- a common drive shaft is provided, through which at least one of the components serving for yarn transport can be driven by means of a magnetic transmission, the magnetic transmission having a drive wheel and at least one driven wheel.
- the magnetic transmission By means of the magnetic transmission, preferably in the thread running direction arranged behind each other yarn transport components according to their Driving function with different angular velocities, which requires only a single drive shaft for driving the components of the winding unit.
- Another advantage of non-contact torque transmission by the magnetic transmission is that it is less susceptible to contamination than a positive torque transmission by, for example, a gear transmission, since this must be performed at least partially open.
- the operational reliability over the positive torque transmission is greater, since it occurs at an occurrence of an unforeseen operating condition in which acts on one of the components of an additional external force, for example by the formation of filament winding or pulling loose garments, it to exceed the maximum can come through the magnetic transmission transmissible torque.
- This exceeding of a limit torque leads in the magnetic gear used in the invention to a standstill of the driven component and this bearing shaft, since the magnetic gear works like a slip clutch in this case and the drive wheel continues to rotate, while the affected a driven gear stands still.
- one of the components can be arranged on the drive shaft and be driven directly by the drive shaft.
- the other component is connected to the output gear, which is driven without contact via the magnetic gear.
- the directly driven component is that which is least critical from a technical point of view.
- the drive wheel and one of the components are arranged together on the drive shaft, between the drive wheel and the at least a driven gear to be connected an intermediate.
- This serves to synchronize the direction of rotation of the torque applied by the drive shaft, which is translated by the magnetic gear.
- the intermediate wheel allows the transmission of the torque to further, arranged in the yarn path components, which is transmitted via the intermediate the tapped from a driven gear torque.
- the components can each be individually mounted rotatably mounted on a carrier and connected to a respective output gear, which is in operative connection with the rotatably mounted on the drive shaft drive wheel.
- the drive wheel and the at least one driven wheel may have different diameters.
- different gear ratios for driving the components are adjustable.
- the individual storage of the components allows replacement of the driven wheels to
- the wheels of the magnetic transmission may have distributed on its circumference recesses in which pairs of magnets are arranged.
- At least one bobbin drive roller and one advance roller may be provided as yarn transporting components of the winding unit to be driven jointly via the drive shaft. Due to their spatial proximity to each other at the workplace, their successive arrangement in the yarn path and their common function as a thread-transporting components of the textile machine respectively of Aufspulaggregates it is particularly advantageous to drive them via a common drive shaft, wherein the magnetic gear provides a corresponding translation of the torque, to drive the bobbin drive roller and the advance roller at different angular speeds. Since the bobbin drive roller from a technical point of view is less critical than the lead role, in the proposed development of the invention, in which a component is driven directly from the drive shaft, preferably the bobbin drive roller is selected.
- the transmission ratio of the magnetic transmission can be selected such that the speed of the advance roller is 1 to 2 times the speed of the réellespulenden yarn, in particular 1.4 times to 1.8 times the yarn speed.
- the leading role can be stored on the fly. This type of storage creates the largest amount of free space for that To simplify handling on the leading role by the operating personnel and to minimize the risk of injury, since, as already stated, all rotating parts in the area of the advance roller are temporarily stopped during the procedure.

- the advance roller 7 is driven at an angular speed which is greater than the thread speed. In this way it is achieved that the balloon tension due to the relative to the thread speed higher peripheral speed of the leading roller 7 and the degree of wrap of the thread around the Advance roller 7 is reduced until the acceptable thread tension for the construction of a cross-wound bobbin is present.
