Abstract

Es wird ein Vielschicht-Kondensator mit einem Körper angegeben, der übereinander angeordnete erste und zweite Elektrodenebenen aufweist. In der jeweiligen ersten Elektrodenebene ist eine erste Elektrode (2, 4) und in der jeweiligen zweiten Elektrodenebene eine zweite Elektrode (3, 5) angeordnet. Die Elektroden einer Sorte sind leitend miteinander verbunden und von den Elektroden der jeweils anderen Sorte elektrisch isoliert, wobei in mindestens einer ersten Elektrodenebene eine weitere zweite Elektrode (6, 5) angeordnet ist, die von der in dieser Ebene angeordneten ersten Elektrode (2, 4) durch einen Spalt (12) getrennt ist, bei dem das Verhältnis der Länge zur Breite mindestens drei beträgt. Darüber hinaus wird ein Vielschicht-Kondensator angegeben, bei dem die Verbindung der ersten (2) bzw. zweiten Elektroden (3) untereinander erfolgt mittels Durchkontaktierungen (16, 17), die durch mindestens eine der zweiten (3) bzw. ersten Elektroden (2) geführt ist.
