Abstract

L'invention concerne des agencements introduits dans un panneau destiné à la formation de planchers, utilisé simultanément comme face centrale et face arrière dans la formation de parquets et analogues, sur lequel est ensuite déposée une couche supérieure de bois noble classique ou autre matériau pouvant présenter des épaisseurs et des tailles diverses, obtenus par le polissage et l'usinage des langues et rainures sur les quatre bords. Le panneau selon l'invention comprend une séquence de baguettes de bois de placage (1) en pulpe, chaque baguette (1) étant obtenue par la fusion de filets de bois de placage (1-A), chaque filet présentant une épaisseur d'environ 3 mm. Les filets sont collés les uns aux autres au moyen d'un adhésif phénolique résistant à l'eau et les baguettes (1) sont fixées dans le sens oblique, verticalement et en parallèle le long de la surface intérieure d'une feuille de placage (2) ou face arrière rectangulaire. Entre les baguettes (1), apparaissent des interstices ou des sillons de flexibilité symétriques (3).
