Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt ein einfaches und kostengünstiges Verfahren zur Herstellung von magnetischen Kieselsäurepartikeln. Dabei umfasst das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte: a) Bereitstellen einer flüssigen Reaktionsmischung enthaltend: a.1) ein flüssiges, wässriges Reaktionsmedium, a.2) in der Mischung suspendierte magnetische Partikel, a.3) zumindest eine als Kieselsäurequelle dienende Verbindung, b) Zugabe eines pH-Wert-Modifikators, und c) anschließend Sprühtrocknen der in Schritt b) erhaltenen Reaktionsmischung, wobei der Reaktionsmischung während oder nach Schritt a) oder b), jedoch vor Schritt c) ein organischer Porenbildner zugegeben wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch die nach diesem Verfahren erhältlichen magnetischen Kieselsäurepartikel und verschiedene Analyse- oder Aufreinigungsverfahren, die unter Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen magnetischen Kieselsäurepartikel durchgeführt werden.
