Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ermitteln des Anteils an Polyester in einem MuItikomponentenpulver bei einem thermischen Spritzen, bei dem das Multikomponentenpulver erhitzt wird und mithilfe eines Trägers zu einem Gegenstand geführt wird, auf dem es eine Schicht bildet, bei dem zumindest ein Messwert (10, 12) zur Intensität des von der Gesamtheit von Träger und Multikomponentenpulvermaterial auf dem Weg zu dem Gegenstand emittierten Lichts zumindest im Bereich einer charakteristischen Emissionswellenlänge von Polyester erfasst wird, aus der Gesamtheit der Messwerte eine Kenngröße abgeleitet wird und aufgrund einer zuvor festgelegten Beziehung zwischen der Kenngröße und dem Polyesteranteil der zu ermittelnde Anteil an Polyester bestimmt wird.
