Abstract

Pour empêcher l'adhérence de fibres fusibles (13) d'un matériau non tissé (9) à la bande de transport (3) pendant l'opération de liaison dans un four de liaison (1), la surface du matériau non tissé (9) est brièvement chauffée à haute température avant et/ou après l'entrée du matériau non tissé (9) dans la zone de chauffe (7) du four de liaison (1). Grâce à la chauffe brusque de la surface du matériau non tissé (9), les fibres fusibles sont rétractées dans le matériau non tissé (9) et/ou frisées, ce qui empêche qu'elles adhèrent à la bande de transport (3).
