  • the invention refers to an assembled isothermal box — container that is consisted of functional wall parts with isothermal properties, which when assembled, they form an isothermal box - container with which we can transfer sensitive products with safety.
  • Isothermal boxes - containers used for sensitive goods transportation are many and known. None of those however, can combine adequate isothermal properties, together with mechanical endurance and easy assembly capabilities, thus forming multiple functional shapes and becoming a user-friendly transportation case.
  • One advantage of this invention is the ability of a complete, firm and reliable connection among the wall parts, as a result of a simple assembly process without the use of adhesive, or other connection medium, as the whole set constitutes a single and rigid construct.
  • Another advantage is the minimum storage and transportation space requirement, when it is not assembled.
  • the assembled isothermal box - container has the unique ,- feature of being consisted of single wall parts, formed in any way so that they can attach to each other firmly, leaving no gaps and thus, creating a very rigid construct, maintaining its integrity under any kind of stress.
  • the wall parts have insulation properties and may be covered by other packaging material, like additional insulators, handles etc.
  • Drawing 1 shows a 3D perspective of one of the many types of the assembled isothermal box - • . > container, according to the current invention, where one may see the wall parts (l),the inner (2) and outer coatings (3), as well as the grip (4) that may be formed on the coating (3).
