Description

METHOD FOR REAL-TIMELY PROVIDING RESPONSE INFORMATION AND SYSTEM FOR EXECUTING THE METHOD
Technical Field The present invention relates to a method for providing response information in real-time and a system for the same, and more particularly, to a method for providing response information in real-time and a system for the same, in which response information corresponding to the contents of bulletin board(bulletin contents) registered by a user and advertisement information relative to the response information are provided to a user terminal in real-time, so that the user can check a processing procedure for the bulletin content via the user terminal in real-time. Also, the present invention relates to a method for providing response information in real-time and a system for the same in which related information relative to a public petition and a reservation are provided as examples of the bulletin content.
Background Art
Currently, user terminals such as a PC (Personal Computer) have been popularized in everyday homes, companies, public organizations, and the like due to remarkable developments in information and communication technologies. Accordingly, a great number of users can retrieve desired information through the user terminal. However, there arises a problem in that considerable time and excessive labor are required for retrieving the information.
In order to acquire desired information, a user accesses an on-line web site where desired information is provided, and registers bulletin contents including query contents through a bulletin board provided in the web site. In this instance, when the web site where the bulletin contents are registered is a web site relative to professionalized fields such as an oriental medicine clinic, hospital, and securities business and the like, answers for the registered bulletin contents are provided by a consultant of a company providing the web site. However, in order to check whether the answers for the bulletin contents are registered and to check contents of the registered answers, the user has to access the web site where the bulletin content is registered. That is, since the user has to occasionally access the web site and check the registration validity/invalidity of the answers, the user suffers inconvenience. Also, when a user retrieves desired information through a web site, considerable time is required.
For example, in order to register a bulletin content(or civil petition), a user has to visit an actual place where registration of the bulletin content is allowed and then register the bulletin content. Otherwise, a user has to input the bulletin content in an on-line bulletin board by using a terminal connected with the Internet. The registered bulletin contents are divided to corresponding organizations in charge of dealing with the bulletin contents based on types of the bulletin contents. However, in a conventional process for dealing with the bulletin content, a person in charge of dealing with the bulletin contents accesses an on-line web site using a terminal such as a computer, and checks a processing status for bulletin contents registered by a user though a bulletin board of the web site. In this regard, when the bulletin contents are considerably increased and even in the case of the person in charge executing another job in parallel, whether the bulletin contents are processed cannot be checked unless the bulletin contents are periodically checked one by one by the person in charge. Also, an effective management for the bulletin contents cannot be obtained due to a considerable amount of wasted time and reduced concentration on corresponding tasks during processing the bulletin contents. Also, a user has to occasionally access the corresponding web site and check whether the bulletin contents registered by users are processed.
As another example, users can use various on-line services different from offline services. One of these is a Computerized Reservation-service system (CRS). An arbitrary user accesses a web server providing reservation services using a terminal, such as a computer, and inputs a desired date, time, destination, services, and the like, on the web server, so that a reservation process with respect to the reservation services can be completed. More specifically, for example, existing airlines provide reservation service in such a manner that reservation requests by users are performed on-line through a web server providing seat reservation services. First, when a reservation request by a user is registered, the web server checks an existing reservation state for a predetermined time, and checks whether a reservation corresponding to the reservation request is possible. At this time, when the reservation is possible, the web server transmits, to the user terminal, information indicating the reservation is possible. The information indicating the reservation is possible is transmitted to the user terminal in a web push method or a web pull method which is currently used.
However, as described above, conventional methods for transmitting information on whether a reservation is possible provide only simple information on whether the reservation is possible. More specifically, for example, when a reservation is impossible, a user has to retrieve and access another web server providing similar services, and then newly execute the above-mentioned reservation request procedure.
Also, when the reservation is possible, the user executes only a reservation process through a corresponding reservation page. As a result, in order to acquire information related to the reservation, for example, food, transfer system, incidents in destination of the seat reservation, and the like, the user has to disadvantageously retrieve the related web sites repeatedly.

Also, the module may be implemented in hardware or software, or any combination thereof.
Also, an advertisement service using bulletin contents will be described as a method for providing response information in real-time and a system for the same according to the present invention. A service for processing bulletin contents of an answering type will be described as a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and a reservation service for providing reservation information and related information relative to the reservation will be described as a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a method for providing response information in real-time and a system for the same according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
More specifically, FIG. 1 is a system configuration diagram illustrating an advertisement service method using bulletin contents according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 1 , a system for performing an advertisement service method using bulletin contents includes a user terminal 1000, an advertisement service system 1200, a web site 1100, and an advertisement information provider 1300. The user terminal 1000 receives a client module from an advertisement service system 1200 and installs the client module, so that it accesses the web site 1100 via wired/wireless network, registers bulletin contents relative to queries of a user, and receives, in real-time, responses with respect to the registered bulletin contents. Also, when responses with respect to the bulletin contents registered by a user are registered, the user terminal 1000 receives response information and advertisement information with respect to the bulletin contents via the advertisement service system 1200, and displays the received information on a screen.
In this instance, when the responses with respect to the bulletin contents are registered at the time of registering the bulletin contents, the web site 1100 includes an item (hereinafter, 'real-time response notification item') which receives, in real-time, the registered response information via a client module installed in the user terminal 1000. In this regard, the web site 1100 receives response information and advertisement information with respect to the bulletin contents via the advertisement service system 1200, and displays received information on a screen, only when the realtime response notification item is selected by a user at the time of registering the bulletin contents,. When a request for installation of the client module in the user terminal 1000 is received via the web site 1100, the advertisement service system 1200 installs the client module in the user terminal 1000. Also, when response information with respect to the bulletin contents registered by a user is received from the web site 1100, the advertisement service system 1200 extracts advertisement information relative to the bulletin contents or response information from an advertisement provided from the advertisement information provider 1300, and transmits the response information and the extracted advertisement information to the user terminal 1000.
In this instance, the advertisement service system 1200 may link the bulletin contents registered in the web site 1100 with user terminal information. When the response information with respect to the bulletin contents of the user is received from the web site 1100, the advertisement service system 1200 may transmit the response information and advertisement information to the user terminal 1000 via the client module installed in the user terminal 1000 using the linked user terminal information.
FIG. 2 is an operation flowchart illustrating a process where a client module is installed in a user terminal of the system illustrated in FIG. 1.
Referring to FIG. 2, a real-time response notification program, that is, the client module according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention is installed such that a user accesses a web site where desired information is acquired via the user terminal in operation SHOO, and registers bulletin contents of the user via a bulletin board provided in the web site in operation SI lOl. In this instance, in operation S 1102, the user selects the real-time response notification item at the time of registering the bulletin contents, and when response with respect to the bulletin contents registered by the user is registered, response information and advertisement information are received in real-time via the client module installed in the user terminal.
At this time, when the client module capable of receiving, in real-time, the response information with the bulletin contents is not installed in the user terminal, a real-time program, that is, a client module is downloaded and installed. For example, in operation Sl 103, certification content for installation of the module is transmitted to the user terminal via the web site. When the installation of the module is agreed to by the user in operation Sl 104, the client module is installed in the user terminal via the advertisement service system in operations Sl 105 and Sl 106. In this instance, the client module may be automatically downloaded and installed in real-time at the time of selecting the real-time response notification item, or downloaded and installed by a user selection.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an example of an operation flow with respect to a method for providing response information in real-time using a bulletin contentaccording to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. More specifically, it is assumed that the client module is installed in advance in the user terminal, and an operator for the web site 1100 accesses a web site so as to check a registration time when the bulletin content is primarily registered. In this regard, the above assumption is an essential point according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be herein omitted.
Referring to FIG. 3, the method for providing response information in real-time using the bulletin content according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention comprises determining whether a bulletin content of a user registered via a network is a bulletin content where a response notification is requested in real-time; checking whether a response corresponding to the bulletin contentis registered when the bulletin content is the bulletin content where the response notification is requested in real-time; extracting advertisement information relative to at least one of the bulletin content and the response when the response is registered; and transmitting, to a terminal of the user, information with respect to the response and the extracted advertisement information so that the response information and the extracted advertisement information are displayed on a screen of the user terminal via a client program module installed, by an approval of the user, in the user terminal.
Specifically, in operation S 1200, in the method for providing response information in real-time using the bulletin content according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention, a user terminal accesses a web site via a wired or wireless network, and desired bulletin content in a bulletin board provided in the web site is registered. At this time, the real-time response notification item capable of receiving, in real-time, response information via the client module at the time of registering the bulletin content is selected.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of a registration window where bulletin contents are registered according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 4, the real-time response notification item 1310 previously included in the bulletin content-registration window is selected at the time of registering the bulletin contents in the bulletin board provided in the web site, so that response information with respect to the bulletin contents can be received in real-time via the client module installed in the user terminal. In this instance, in operation S 1200, when a response with respect to the bulletin content registered in the bulletin board is registered, user terminal information with respect to the bulletin contents is received so as to transmit to a user terminal of corresponding bulletin contents. Here, in operation S 1201, the received user terminal information and bulletin content information registered by the user are transmitted to the advertisement service system via the web site.
In operation S 1202, the advertisement service system receives the bulletin content information and the user terminal information and links the received information with the user terminal. In this instance, the bulletin content information and the linked user terminal information may be log-in information of the user, or client module information installed in the user terminal.
In operation S 1203, when a response with respect to the user bulletin content is registered, the advertisement service system receives response information from the web site. In operation S 1204, the advertisement service system extracts advertisement information relative to the bulletin contents and the response content from advertisement information provided from an advertisement information provider.
Here, the advertisement information may be provided by a contract concluded between a company providing advertisement information and a company providing an advertisement service system.
In this instance, advertisement information provided from the advertisement information provider may be stored in a database provided in the advertisement service system, or in an external advertisement information storage device. Specifically, when the advertisement information is stored in the internal database, the advertisement service system extracts advertisement information from the internal database. Conversely, when the advertisement information is stored in the external advertisement information storage device, the advertisement service system accesses the advertisement information storage device and extracts advertisement information. In this instance, the advertisement service system extracts a keyword from at least one of the response content and the bulletin content, and extracts advertisement information relative to the extracted keyword. Specifically, the advertisement service system retrieves the extracted keyword in a database where advertisement information is stored, so that advertisement information relative to the keyword can be extracted. For example, when the keyword is 'gastric ulcer', the advertisement service system retrieves 'gastric ulcer' in the database, so that advertisement information relative to 'gastric ulcer' can be extracted. Here, a method for extracting a keyword from a specific content is well-known in the related art, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be herein omitted. In this instance, the advertisement service system may extract advertisement information assigned in advance according to a bulletin board where bulletin contents are registered. Specifically, when the bulletin board is divided according to categories, advertisement information with respect to each bulletin board is previously assigned, and when responses with respect to the bulletin contents are registered, advertisement information previously assigned in the bulletin board is extracted.
In operation S 1205, when advertisement information is extracted from the bulletin contents or the response content, the advertisement service system transmits, to the user terminal, the response content and the extracted advertisement information via the client module installed in the user terminal. At this time, the transmitted advertisement information may be banner advertisement information.
In this instance, when the user terminal linked with the bulletin contents is not in a state of being capable of receiving the response information and the extracted advertisement information, for example, when the user terminal is off, or when the client module is completed to be operated, the advertisement service system determines whether the user terminal receives the response information and the extracted advertisement information for each predetermined time period. In this regard, when the user terminal is converted into the state of being capable of receiving the response information and the extracted advertisement information, the advertisement service system transmits, to the user terminal, response information with respect to the bulletin contents and the extracted advertisement information.
In operation S 1206, the user terminal displays the response information with respect to the bulletin contents, and the extracted advertisement information on a display window of the user terminal.
In this instance, the response information displayed on the display window may be response information with respect to the bulletin contents or notification content for notifying that the response content is registered. FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of response information and advertisement information displayed on a display window of a user terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating another example of response information and advertisement information displayed on a display window of a user terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 5, as can be seen from response information 1410 and advertisement information 1440 displayed on the display window of the user terminal, the response information 1410 may include notification information notifying a response of the bulletin content, response content 1420, and additional information 1430. specifically, since all response content with respect to the bulletin content are included in the response information, a user does not have to access a web site where the bulletin contents are registered so as to check the response content. Also, since the additional information relative to the bulletin content and the response is included in the response information, additional information may be acquired.
In this instance, the additional information 1430, as illustrated in FIG. 5, may be information capable of constantly receiving information relative to the bulletin content or the response content, and whether the additional information 1430 is constantly received is preferably to be determined depending on selection of the user.
In this instance, advertisement information 1440 may include a flash image, brand image, and the like, and also include web site information relative to advertisement information. In this regard, the advertisement information 1440 is automatically moved to the web site included in the advertisement information 1440 at the time of selecting the advertisement information 1440.
Referring to FIG. 6, as can be seen from response information 1510 displayed on the display window of the user terminal and advertisement information 1540, the response information 1510 includes notification information 1520 for notifying the response of the bulletin content, site information 1530 including a uniform resource locator (URL) information which is automatically moved to a web site where the response content is registered or a bulletin board of the web site when selected by the user.
Specifically, the user clicks on the site information 1530 including the URL information so as to check the response contents with respect to the bulletin content, so that it is automatically moved to a web site where the response content with respect to the bulletin content is registered. Also, when it is automatically moved to the web site where the bulletin content is registered, the bulletin content registered by the user may be automatically selected. In this instance, the advertisement information 1540, as illustrated in FIG. 5, may include a flash image, brand image, and the like, and also include web site information relative to advertisement information.
Referring again FIG. 3, when the response information and the advertisement information displayed on the display window of the user terminal are the same as the example of FIG. 6, a user automatically accesses a web site by clicking on the response information so as to check the response content with respect to the bulletin content in operation S 1207, and checks response contents of bulletin contents registered by the user via a bulletin board of the web site in operation S 1209.
Also, when the advertisement information displayed on the display window is selected, information (advertisement information selection) indicating the advertisement information is selected is automatically transmitted to the advertisement service system in operation S 1208, and the advertisement service system updates a selection number of the corresponding advertisement, and checks a selection number with respect to each advertisement information in operation S 1210. Specifically, advertising effect may be checked by the advertisement selection number updated with respect to each advertisement information. Also, advertising revenues may be acquired from an advertisement information provider providing advertisement information, for example, pharmaceutical companies, credit card companies, financial companies, insurance companies, and the like through the advertisement selection number.
Obviously, when the advertisement information is selected in the user terminal, it is automatically moved to a web site linked with the advertisement information, so that many advertisement information relative to the bulletin content and the response content can be acquired.
Applications of the user terminal according to the present exemplary embodiment of the present invention may be expanded to include a general personal computer, a wired/wireless linked mobile phone, notebook, portable device such as a personal digital assistant (PDA), and the like. The user terminal allows message data of response information and advertisement information expressed by a client module program to be transmitted to a specific mobile communication terminal in a short message type such as a short message service (SMS). In this regard, the user terminal may designate bulletin information, which is intended to be converted into message data in the advertisement service system, in a client module according to the present invention, and transmit a telephone number of the mobile communication terminal previously inputted by the user, thereby allowing the response information and the advertisement information with respect to the bulletin contents to be transmitted in a short message type. In this instance, the advertisement information is preferably transmitted in a text type.
Also, the message data of the response information and the advertisement information may be transmitted in a message type such as a multi message service (MMS). At this time, the transmitted message data may include brief information on a message including a picture, a moving image, and the like, or message content converted into a rich site summary (RSS). In this instance, the advertisement information is preferably transmitted in an image type such as brand image, flash image, moving image, and the like.
FIG. 7 is a configuration block diagram illustrating an example of a system for providing response information in real-time according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. More specifically, FIG. 7 is a configuration block diagram illustrating an advertisement service system using bulletin content according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention.
Referring to FIG. 7, the advertisement service system using bulletin content according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention comprises a bulletin content response notification-determining unit 1610, a bulletin content response registration-determining unit 1620, an advertisement information-extracting unit 1630, and an advertisement information-transmitting unit 1640.
The bulletin content response notification-determining unit 1620 determines whether a bulletin content registered by a user via a network is a bulletin content where a response notification is requested in real-time. Specifically, the bulletin content response notification-determining unit 1620 determines whether the response notification is requested in real-time according to whether an functional item, which is capable of receiving, in real-time, a response with respect to bulletin content registered by a user via a client module installed in a user terminal, for example, the real-time response notification item illustrated in FIG. 4, is selected at the time of registration of the bulletin content. The bulletin content response registration-determining unit 1620 checks whether the response corresponding to the bulletin content is registered when the bulletin content is the bulletin content where the response notification is requested in real-time. At this time, when the response is registered, information indicating the response is registered may be automatically transmitted through a web site where the bulletin content is registered. Also, the bulletin content response registration- determining unit 1620 may access response information with respect to the bulletin content stored in the web site for each predetermined time period, and determine whether the response is registered.
When the response corresponding to the bulletin content is registered, the advertisement information-extracting unit 1630 extracts advertisement information relative to the bulletin content or the response. In this instance, the advertisement information may be provided by a contract concluded between a company providing advertisement information and a company providing an advertisement service system. Also, the advertisement information provided from the advertisement information provider may be stored in a database (advertisement DB) provided in the advertisement service system. In this instance, the advertisement information-extracting unit 1630 extracts a keyword from at least one of the bulletin content and the response content, and also extracts advertisement information relative to the extracted keyword. Specifically, when a bulletin board where the bulletin content is registered is divided according to categories, advertisement information with respect to each bulletin board is previously assigned, and when responses with respect to the bulletin contents are registered, advertisement information previously assigned in the bulletin board is extracted.
The advertisement information-transmitting unit 1640 transmits response information corresponding the bulletin contents and the extracted advertisement information to the user terminal, so that the response information and the extracted advertisement information are displayed on a screen of the user terminal.
In this instance, the advertisement information transmitted to the user terminal may be Internet advertisement information such as banner advertisement information.
In this instance, when the user terminal is not in a state of being capable of receiving the response information and the extracted advertisement information, for example, when the user terminal is off, or when the client module installed in the user terminal is completed to be operated, the advertisement information-transmitting unit 1640 determines whether the user terminal receives the response information and the extracted advertisement information for each predetermined time period. Also, when the user terminal is converted into the state of being capable of receiving the response information and the extracted advertisement information, the advertisement information-transmitting unit 1640 transmits the response information and the extracted advertisement information to the user terminal. As described above according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention, advertisement information relative to the response information corresponding to the bulletin contents registered by the user, the bulletin contents, or the response contents may be provided to the user terminal in real-time, thereby maximizing an advertising effect.
Also, according to the present invention, advertisement agencies and companies providing advertisement services may increase their advertising revenues due to maximization of the advertising effect.
Also, according to the present invention, response information with respect to bulletin contents registered by a user is transmitted in real-time, thereby improving quality of services, which leads to sales increase.
Also, according to the present invention, a number of times of clicking on the advertisement information by a user is measured to check an advertising effect, so that satisfaction of the user with respect to the response content can be checked. FIG. 8 is a system configuration diagram illustrating a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 8, a system for performing the present exemplary embodiment of the invention includes a user terminal 110, a bulletin content processing server 120, and a terminal 130 of a person in charge of bulletin content processing. The user terminal 110 accesses the server 120 via a wired or wireless network according to a user operation, receives bulletin content through a bulletin board where the bulletin content is registered, receives a processing procedure for the received bulletin content in real-time, and display the received processing procedure on a screen. In this instance, the bulletin content may include information of the user, date, and the like.
In this instance, a method in which the user terminal 110 receives the processing procedure for the petition and public petition may be selected in real-time in the bulletin content, and transceiving the processing procedure may be executed by a predetermined program. The server 120 for processing bulletin content receives bulletin content through the user terminal 110, performs the processing procedure for the received bulletin content , and transmits the processing procedure to the user terminal 110 in real- time.
In this instance, in order to transmit the processing procedure to the user terminal 110 in real-time, the bulletin content is linked with user information. Here, the linkage between the bulletin content and the user information may be performed either in the server 120 or the user terminal 110.
In this instance, the bulletin content and the user information may be linked with each other by log-in information of the user and received bulletin content, and also linked with each other by intrinsic information of the received bulletin content and the user terminal. In this instance, the server 120 receives the bulletin content, designates an organization and person in charge of bulletin content processing according to the bulletin contents, and links information on the designated person in charge of bulletin content processing with the bulletin content. Here, the linkage between the bulletin content and the information on the person in charge of bulletin content may be performed either in the server 120 or the terminal 130 of the person in charge of bulletin content processing.
The terminal 130 receives, in real-time, contents for reception of the bulletin content from the server 120, displays the received contents on a screen, and transmits, to the server 120, a processing procedure for bulletin content performed by the person in charge of bulletin content processing.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a part of an operation flow with respect to an installation process of a client module which is a real-time program performed between a bulletin content processing server and a user terminal according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 9, the installation process of the real-time program includes a process for installation of a client module through reception of the bulletin content, and further includes a process for linking the bulletin content with the user information when the client module is installed.
Specifically, a user accesses or visits a bulletin board of the bulletin content processing server via the user terminal, and registers bulletin content in operations S201 and S202. At this time, when the bulletin content is registered, the user may select an item where the user terminal is able to receive the processing procedure for bulletin content in real-time. At this time, when a client module capable of receiving the processing procedure for the bulletin content is not installed in the user terminal, a client module capable of receiving the processing procedure in real-time, that is, a program, may be downloaded and installed in operations S203 and S204. For example, the server 120 for processing the bulletin content transmits a certification content for installation of the client module to the user terminal. Next, when the user agrees to the installation of the client module, the server 120 installs the client module in the user terminal in operations S205 and S206. In this instance, the client module may be automatically downloaded and installed at the time of selecting an item capable of receiving the processing procedure for the bulletin content. Also, the client module may be downloaded and installed according to a user selection.
When the client module is installed in the user terminal, bulletin content registered by the user and user information are linked with each other in operation S207. This is a process where the user terminal is able to receive the processing procedure for the received bulletin content in real-time, and thus the process may be performed either in the user terminal or the server 120 for processing bulletin content. At this time, the received bulletin content and the user information may be linked with each other by the received bulletin content and log-in information of the user, and also linked with each other by the received bulletin content and the user terminal. In this instance, linkage data between the bulletin content and the user information may be stored either in a database provided in the server 120, or a database of a real-time program, that is, a client module.
FIG. 10 is a flowchart illustrating an example of an operation flow with respect to the method for providing response information in real-time according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. More specifically, FIG. 10 is an operation flowchart illustrating a process where a processing procedure for bulletin content is displayed in real-time in a user terminal and a terminal of a person in charge of bulletin content processing of the system illustrated in FIG. 8. It is assumed that a client module is installed in the terminal of the person in charge of bulletin content processing. Specifically, the client module received from the bulletin content processing server is previously installed in the terminal of the person in charge of bulletin content processing. Referring to FIG. 10, when the user terminal receives bulletin content through a bulletin board for bulletin content of the bulletin content processing server in operation S301, information on reception of the bulletin content is transmitted to the client module of the user terminal in operation S302, and the information on reception of the bulletin content is displayed on a screen of the user terminal through the client module in operation S303.
In this instance, the server 120 for processing bulletin content determines whether an event with respect to the received bulletin content is generated. Next, when the event is generated, the server 120 transmits contents for the generated event to the user terminal or the terminal of the person in charge of bulletin content processing. Here, the content for the generated event with respect to the received bulletin content may include an event for designating a person in charge of bulletin content processing, an event for processing completion with respect to the received bulletin content, an event for inputting satisfaction with the bulletin content processing, and the like. In this instance, whether an event with respect to the bulletin content received in the bulletin content processing server is generated for each predetermined time period may be determined, and whether an event is generated at the time of receiving a signal for requesting a processing procedure for the bulletin content received from the user terminal may be determined. For example, when the signal for requesting the processing procedure for the bulletin content, which is received by the user terminal through a user operation or for each predetermined time period, is transmitted to the server 120, whether an event with respect to the bulletin content received by the server 120 is updated may be determined. At this time, whether the event is updated is stored in a database where the received bulletin content is stored, together with a linkage relation between the received bulletin content and the user terminal, so that whether the event is updated at the time of receiving the signal requesting the processing procedure can be determined.
Obviously, when the linkage relation is stored in a database of the server 120, the server 120 receives only the signal requesting the processing procedure, and whether the event is updated may be determined. Conversely, when the linkage relation is stored in a database provided in the user terminal, for example, in a database provided in a real-time program, that is, a client module capable of receiving event information in real-time, the server 120 receives specific data (for example, reception number of bulletin content or registration number in a bulletin board) of bulletin content information received by the server 120 from the user terminal, and an event requesting signal, so that whether an event with respect to received bulletin content is updated can be determined.
In this regard, the server 120 determines whether the event with respect to the received bulletin content is generated, and transmits contents for the generated event to the user terminal or the terminal of the person in charge of bulletin content processing. Hereinafter, a process where the server 120 for processing bulletin content transmits information on event occurrence to a user terminal or a terminal of a person in charge of bulletin content processing, and displays the transmitted information will be described in detail.
In operation S304, the server 120 determines a person in charge of bulletin content received by a user. An organization and person in charge of bulletin content are designated though the received bulletin content and a database of the person in charge of bulletin content previously provided at the time of reception of bulletin content by the user. In this instance, a method of connecting the bulletin content and contents of the database, such as a method of determining a type of the bulletin content, a method of determining a person in charge according to the type of the bulletin content, and a method of processing bulletin content according to designation of a plurality of persons in charge or sequential verification of persons in charge is well-known in the related art, and thus the detailed descriptions will be herein omitted.
In operation S305, when the person in charge of bulletin content is determined, the received bulletin content and information on the person in charge are linked with each other. In this instance, a process where the received bulletin content and information on the person in charge are linked with each other is the same as that in FIG. 9. Specifically, the linkage between the received bulletin content and the information of the person in charge may be performed either in the bulletin content processing server or the terminal of the person in charge. Also, the received bulletin content and the information of the person in charge are linked with each other by log-in information of the person in charge and the received bulletin content, and also linked with each other by intrinsic information of the received bulletin content and the terminal of the person in charge.
Also, when the person in charge of bulletin content is determined, information on determination of the person in charge is transmitted to the user terminal in operation S306, and the information on determination of the person in charge is displayed on a screen of the user terminal in operation S307.
Here, a process for linking the received bulletin content with the information on the person in charge of bulletin content, and a process for transmitting the information on determination of the person in charge to the user terminal may be simultaneously performed or sequentially performed. In operations S308 and S309, the person in charge of bulletin content processing verifies contents for a bulletin content event received in real-time through a client module installed in the terminal of the person in charge, accesses a bulletin board to verify the bulletin content , and processes the bulletin content .
The bulletin content processing server receives an event of processing completion for the bulletin content generated in the terminal of the person in charge in operation S310, transmits information on processing completion for the bulletin content to the client module of the user terminal, and displays contents for processing completion for the bulletin content in the user terminal in operations S311 and S312.
Obviously, the information on processing completion for bulletin content may be directly processed through the client module installed in the terminal of the person in charge.
In operation S313, the user may check processing results for the bulletin content received by using the information on processing completion for bulletin content . For example, when content of an event for processing completion for bulletin content displayed on a screen is clicked, it is automatically moved to a site for processing bulletin content linked with the content of the event. In this instance, the site for processing bulletin content may be linked either with contents of all events displayed on the user terminal, or with only content of an event previously determined.
In operation S314, when content of an event for processing completion for bulletin content displayed on a screen is moved to a bulletin board for processing bulletin content by a user selection, the user selects the received and processed bulletin content. Obviously, the received and processed bulletin content may be automatically selected at the time of moving to the bulletin board.
Here, in order to estimate satisfaction with the received and processed bulletin content, a user certification of the received bulletin content is performed in operation S315. For example, a user pin number certification registered at the time of reception of the bulletin content by the user may be performed.
When performance of the user certification is completed, an item for selecting or inputting the user satisfaction is displayed, and the satisfaction with processing the bulletin content is inputted by the user.
Here, satisfaction of users with processing bulletin content may be checked through the satisfaction with processing the bulletin content in view of the person in charge of bulletin content processing. Also, when the person and organization in charge of bulletin content are determined according to the bulletin content, the satisfaction with processing the bulletin content may be utilized as data capable of comparing satisfaction between respective organizations in charge, which leads to an increase in responsibility of the person in charge, thereby improving qualities of bulletin content services.
When the satisfaction with processing bulletin content is inputted by a user in operation S316, the bulletin content processing server transmits generation of an event for satisfaction with processing bulletin content to the terminal of the person in charge in operation S317. Next, the person in charge verifies content of the generated event, accesses a web site of the bulletin content, and verifies the satisfaction in operations S318 and S319.
A method for processing bulletin content according to the present invention will be described in detail concentrating on the public petition/bulletin content processing server of FIG. 8 with reference to FIGS. 11 to 13.
FIG. 11 is a flowchart illustrating another example of an operation flow with respect to the method for providing response information in real-time according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. More specifically, FIG. 11 illustrates an operation flowchart between the bulletin content processing server 120 and the user terminal 110 of FIG. 8.
Referring to FIG. 11, bulletin content is received by a user in operation S410, the received bulletin content and user information are linked with each other in operation S420, whether an event with respect to the received bulletin content is generated is determined in operation S430, and when the event is generated, content of the event is transmitted to the user terminal to be displayed on a screen of the user terminal in operations 440 and S450. Also, when a processing for the bulletin content is completed, satisfaction with the completed processing for the bulletin content is received in operation S460.
In operation S410, a user receives bulletin content through a bulletin board of the bulletin content processing server via the user terminal. In this instance, the user may select an item capable of receiving a processing procedure for bulletin content in real-time by the user terminal at the time of reception of the bulletin content. In this instance, when the user terminal is not in a state of being capable of receiving the processing procedure, a program capable of receiving the processing procedure in realtime is required to be downloaded and installed. At this time, the program may be automatically downloaded and installed at the time of selecting the item capable of receiving the processing procedure for bulletin content, or downloaded and installed by a user selection.
In operation S420, in the processing procedure, the bulletin content received by the user terminal is transmitted in real-time, and operation S420 is performed either in the user terminal or in the bulletin content-processing server. Also, the bulletin content and user information may be linked with each other by log-in information of the user and the received bulletin content, and also linked with each other by the received bulletin content and the user terminal.
In this instance, linkage data between the bulletin content and the user information may be stored either in a database provided in the bulletin content processing server, or a database of the corresponding program provided in the user terminal.
In operation S430, whether an event with respect to the processing procedure for the bulletin content received by the user is generated is determined. Here, the event to be generated may include an event for designating a person in charge of bulletin content processing, an event for processing completion with respect to the received bulletin content, and the like.
In this instance, whether the event with respect to the bulletin content received in the bulletin content processing server is generated for each predetermined time period may be determined, and whether an event is generated at the time of receiving a signal for requesting a processing procedure for the bulletin content received from the user terminal may be determined. For example, when the signal for requesting the processing procedure for the bulletin content, which is received by the user terminal through a user operation or for each predetermined time period, is transmitted to the bulletin content processing server, whether an event with respect to the bulletin content received by the bulletin content processing server is updated may be determined. At this time, whether the event is updated is stored in a database where the received bulletin content is stored, together with a linkage relation between the received bulletin content and the user terminal, so that whether the event is updated at the time of receiving the signal requesting the processing procedure can be determined.
Obviously, when the linkage relation is stored in a database of the bulletin content processing server, the bulletin content processing server receives only the signal requesting the processing procedure, and whether the event is updated may be determined. Conversely, when the linkage relation is stored in a database provided in the user terminal, for example, in a database provided in a program capable of receiving event information in real-time, the bulletin content processing server receives specific data (for example, reception number of bulletin content or registration number in a bulletin board) of bulletin content information received by the bulletin content processing server from the user terminal, and an event requesting signal, so that whether an event with respect to received bulletin content is updated can be determined.
According to the results of operation S440, operation S450 transmits, to the user terminal, a new event content for the bulletin content, for example, an event for designating a person in charge of bulletin content processing, and an event for processing completion with respect to the received bulletin content in a predetermined format.
In this instance, the user terminal receives the event content and displays the received event content on a screen in real-time. Specifically, the user terminal displays the event content of the bulletin content received from the bulletin content processing server through a program installed in the user terminal, so that the user can check a processing procedure for bulletin content.
In this instance, in a general bulletin board, when the log-in information of the user is in a state of log-out when the bulletin content and the log-in information are linked with each other, or when the user terminal is off, the event content is not transmitted to the user terminal. However, according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention, in a bulletin board, even when the log-in information of the user is in a state of log-out or the user terminal is off, a client program is operated, thereby directly transmitting the event content to the user terminal.
Applications of the user terminal according to the present exemplary embodiment of the present invention may be expanded to include a general personal computer, a wired/wireless linked mobile phone, notebook, portable device such as a PDA, and the like. The user terminal allows information message data expressed by a client module program to be transmitted to a specific mobile communication terminal in a short message type such as an SMS. In this regard, the user terminal may designate bulletin information, which is intended to be converted into message data in the bulletin content processing server 120, in a client module according to the present invention, and transmit a telephone number of the mobile communication terminal previously inputted by a user, thereby allowing the information message data to be transmitted in a short message type. Also, the information message data may be transmitted in a message type such as an MMS. At this time, the transmitted message data may include brief information on a message including a picture, a moving image, and the like, or message content converted into an RSS.
When the user terminal receives all event contents capable of being generated during processing of the bulletin content in operation S450, satisfaction with the processing procedure for the bulletin content is received by the user in operation S460.
FIG. 12 is a flowchart illustrating an example of operation S460 illustrated in FIG. 11, in detail.
Referring to FIG. 12, according to operation S460, bulletin content is automatically moved to a bulletin board for processing bulletin content in operation S510, the received and processed bulletin content is selected in operations S520, a user certification of the processed bulletin content is performed in operation S530, and satisfaction of a user with processing bulletin content is received in operations S 540 and S550.
In operation S510, when event content for processing completion for bulletin content displayed on the screen of the user terminal is clicked, it is moved to a site for processing bulletin content linked with the event content. In this instance, the site for processing bulletin content may be linked with all event content displayed on the user terminal, or linked with only event content previously determined.
In operation S 520, the bulletin content received and processed in the bulletin board for processing bulletin content is selected by the user. Obviously, when it is automatically moved to the bulletin board, the bulletin content received and processed in the bulletin board may be automatically selected.
In operation S530, the user certification for the received bulletin content is performed so as to estimate satisfaction of the user with processing the bulletin content.
For example, a user pin number certification registered at the time of reception of the bulletin content by the user may be performed.
When the user certification is completed, an item for selecting or inputting the user satisfaction is displayed in operation S540, and the satisfaction with processing the bulletin content is inputted by the user in operation S550.
Here, satisfaction of users satisfied with processing bulletin content may be checked through the satisfaction with processing the bulletin content in view of the person in charge of bulletin content processing.
FIG. 13 is a flowchart illustrating another example of an operation flow with respect to the method for providing response information in real-time according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 13, a person in charge of bulletin content received at the time of reception of the bulletin content is determined in operations S610 and S620, the received bulletin content and information on the person in charge are linked with each other in operation S630, and reception event content for bulletin content is transmitted to the terminal of the person in charge so as to be displayed on a screen of the terminal of the person in charge in operation S 640.
In operations S610 and S620, the person and organization in charge of bulletin content processing are determined through the received bulletin content and a database of the person in charge previously provided at the time of reception of the bulletin content by the bulletin content processing server.
In operation S 630, linkage between the received bulletin content and information on the person in charge may be performed either in the bulletin content processing server or in the terminal of the person in charge. In this instance, the received bulletin content and the information on the person in charge may be linked with each other by log-in information of the person in charge and the received bulletin content, and also linked with each other by the received bulletin content and the terminal of the person in charge. In operation S640, the terminal of the person in charge receives and displays the reception event content of bulletin content in real-time. At this time, the terminal of the person in charge is required to have a function capable of receiving the reception event content. When the terminal of the person in charge does not have the function capable of receiving the reception event content, a corresponding program is required to be downloaded and installed.
FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating a screen displayed in the user terminal illustrated in FIG. 8, and FIG. 15 is a diagram illustrating an example of a display screen of the user terminal with respect to a process of dealing with bulletin contents in view of a person in charge for the bulletin contents according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, it is assumed that log-in information of a user and the received bulletin content, and log-in information of the person in charge of bulletin content and the received bulletin content are linked with each other, respectively, and the respective linkage information is stored in a server including a bulletin board of the bulletin content, for example, in the bulletin content processing server of FIG. 8. Referring to FIG. 14, the user terminal accesses a bulletin board where the bulletin content is registered, inputs desired bulletin content, and selects an item in which a processing procedure for bulletin content is received in real-time. Here, the item is expressed as 'request response in TouchLinker', that is, item 710, however, the present invention is not limited thereto. Thus, the item in which the processing procedure for bulletin content is received in real-time, and a name of the item may vary, as necessary, which is well-known in the related art. Hereinafter, it is assumed that the item and a program for the same are expressed as 'TouchLinker'. In this instance, 'TouchLinker' is required to be installed in the user terminal.
When a user selects the item of 'request response in TouchLinker' of the bulletin board to register bulletin content, the registered bulletin content and information of the user are linked with each other. In this instance, the user terminal performs the program 'TouchLinker' by log-in information of the user.
When an event with respect to the received bulletin content is generated in the bulletin content processing server, the content of the generated event is transmitted to 'TouchLinker' of the user terminal, and the user terminal displays the content of the generated event with respect to the bulletin content through 'TouchLinker'. For example, when an event with respect to reception completion of bulletin content is generated as shown in (D, the bulletin content processing server transmits, to the user terminal, event content including a reception date, an organization in charge, and a query number, and displays the event content on a screen in real-time through 'TouchLinker'. When other events for bulletin content, for example, an event for designating a person in charge of bulletin content processing as shown in φ, and an event for processing completion with respect to the received bulletin content as shown in φ are generated, the corresponding event contents are transmitted to the user terminal and displayed on the screen of the user terminal, so that a processing procedure for the bulletin content registered by the user can be checked.
FIG 15 is a diagram illustrating an example of a display screen of the user terminal with respect to a process of dealing with bulletin contents in view of a person in charge of the bulletin contents according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 15, when event content for reception of the bulletin content by the terminal of the person in charge of bulletin content is displayed (not shown), the person in charge verifies the reception of the bulletin content , and transmits a processing procedure for the received bulletin content to 'TouchLinker™' of the user terminal. Specifically, when 'TouchLinker™' is selected, an event with respect to the processing procedure as illustrated in (a) of FIG. 15, and an event with respect to a processing completion for the received bulletin content as illustrated in (b) of FIG. 15 are received by 'TouchLinker™' of the user terminal. Also, when content for the selected 'TouchLinker™' is transmitted to the bulletin content processing server, the bulletin content processing server transmits the received content to the user terminal.
Also, although not shown in FIG. 15, when satisfaction of the user satisfied with the processed bulletin content is inputted by the user, event content for the satisfaction is transmitted to 'TouchLinker™' installed in the terminal of the person in charge of bulletin content in real-time, and displayed.
FIG. 16 is a configuration block diagram illustrating an example of a system for providing response information in real-time according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 16, the system for providing response information in real-time according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention includes a bulletin content reception unit 910, a bulletin content linkage unit 920, an event generation- determination unit 930, and an event transmission unit 940.
The bulletin content reception unit 910 receives bulletin content from a user terminal. In this instance, the bulletin content reception unit 910 determines items capable of being received in real-time from the user terminal at the time of reception of bulletin content, for example, the item 'request response in TouchLinker' illustrated in FIG. 14.
The bulletin content linkage unit 920 links user information with received bulletin content. Also, the bulletin content linkage unit 920 links information on a person in charge of bulletin content with the received bulletin content. In this instance, the bulletin content linkage unit 920 may link log-in information of the user with the received bulletin content, and also link the user terminal with the received bulletin content. In this instance, the bulletin content linkage unit 920 may be provided in the user terminal, a terminal of the person in charge of bulletin content, or a device for receiving bulletin content, for example, the bulletin content processing server of FIG. 8, and most preferably provided in the device for receiving bulletin content. The event generation-determination unit 930 determines whether an event with respect to the received bulletin content is generated. For example, the event generation-determination unit 930 determines whether an event for designating a person in charge of bulletin content to be transmitted to the user terminal, an event for processing completion for the bulletin content, and an event for receiving bulletin content to be transmitted to the terminal of the person in charge are generated.
When an event with respect to the received bulletin content is generated, the event transmission unit 940 transmits content of the bulletin content event to the user terminal to be displayed on a screen of the user terminal. Also, when an event with respect to reception of the bulletin content is generated, the event transmission unit 940 transmits content of the reception event to the terminal of the person in charge, and displays the content of the reception event on the screen of the terminal of the person in charge. .
As described above, according to the present invention, a processing procedure for bulletin content is transmitted to the user in real-time at the time of generation of an event with respect to bulletin content processing procedure, thereby improving convenience of the user.
According to the present invention, the processing procedure for bulletin content is displayed through the received bulletin content and linked user terminal in real-time, so that the user can check the processing procedure in real-time without accessing a bulletin board where the bulletin contents are registered, thereby reducing time.
Also, according to the present invention, satisfaction of a user satisfied with the processing procedure for bulletin content is fed back, which leads to an increase in responsibility of the person in charge, thereby improving qualities of bulletin content services.
FIG. 17 is a diagram illustrating an entire system for performing the present invention according to a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
According to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention, a user using a user terminal 1710 registers a reservation request in a web server 1720 providing reservation services. For this purpose, the web server 1720 provides a web page where a reservation is possible, and the user terminal 1710 is connected with the web server 1720 via an Internet Protocol (IP) network. The reservation request may include general information relative to a reservation such as a desired date, time, place, and the like.
When the reservation request is registered in the web server 1720, the web server 1720 checks an existing reservation state, determines whether the reservation is possible, and transmits the determined result to a CRS 1730 according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention. In this instance, the CRS 1730 transmits information on whether the reservation is possible to the user terminal 1710 either in a web pull method or in a web push method. Accordingly, a predetermined client program module is required to be installed in the user terminal 1710 in order to user the web pull method or the web push method.
Thus, the user checks whether a reservation is possible from the CRS 1730, and inputs information for the reservation by loading a reservation page provided by the web page 1720 when the reservation is possible. Also, the CRS 1730 according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention further transmits useful information relative to the reservation as contents to the user terminal 1710. Specifically, the CRS 1730 collects various information relative to the reservation from a contents server 1740, and provides the collected information to the user. Specifically, the CRS 1730 collects various information relative to the reservation by using information such as related fields inputted at the time of reservation request by the user or related fields for each reservation service previously classified by the web server 1720, and transmits the collected information to the user terminal 1710. When the reservation is impossible, the CRS 1730 may retrieve information from other web servers 1750 where a reservation is possible, and transmit the retrieved results to the user terminal 1710. The above-described contents may be received from a predetermined search engine server using results extracted through a keyword retrieval based on a text inputted according to the reservation request.
The CRS 1730 according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention retrieves the web server 1720 and other web servers 1750 according to reservation request inputted from the user terminal 1710, and transmits, to the user terminal 1710, a domain name or server Internet Protocol (IP) address of the web server 1720 where a reservation is possible depending on the retrieved results. Thus, the CRS according to the present invention transmits various related information to the user terminal 1710 according to the reservation request, thereby improving convenience of the user.
FIG. 18 is a flowchart illustrating an example of an operation flow with respect to the method for providing response information in real-time according to the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 18, in operation S 1801, the user terminal transmits reservation request information inputted from a user to a web server. In operation Sl 802, the web server registers and processes the reservation request information received from the user terminal. In this instance, the web server may record the reservation request information in a database using terminal information of the user terminal or personal information of the user, for example, identification (ID), name, resident registration number, and the like.
When the reservation request information is registered, the web server checks whether the reservation request information recorded in the database is presently possible through operation S 1803, generates information on whether a reservation is possible, and transmits the generated information to the CRS according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention. Specifically, the web server checks an existing reservation state for each predetermined time period, so that whether the reservation of the user is possible can be determined depending on the reservation request information. Also, the web server checks the reservation request information when the existing reservation state is updated, so that whether the reservation is possible can be determined.
Subsequently, in operation S 1804, the CRS receives the information on whether the reservation is possible from the web server, and generates web page information. Also, in operation S 1805, the generated web page information is fed back to the user terminal. More specifically, the CRS checks the information on whether the reservation is possible, which is generated by the web server, depending on the inputted reservation request information from the user, and generates web page information. When the reservation of the user is possible, the CRS generates reservation page information including at least one of contents relative to the reservation request and a reservation page corresponding to the reservation request of the user, and transmits the generated reservation page information acting as the web page information to the user terminal.
FIG. 19 is a diagram illustrating an example of a service screen providing a reservation page according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention of FIG. 18. More specifically, FIG. 19 is a diagram illustrating a service screen 1900 providing a reservation page according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention of
FIG. 18.
When the CRS receives, from the web server, information on whether the reservation of the user is possible, the CRS transmits, to the user terminal, link information providing related information 1901 such as a reservation page provided by the web server, and various contents relative to the user reservation, acting as the reservation page information.
As illustrated in FIG. 19, the reservation request information of the user denotes seat reservation request information, and the web server determines whether an seat reservation of the user is possible, referring to the received seat reservation request information.
The user terminal displays the received reservation page information as a service screen 1900 on a screen of the user terminal. Specifically, the web server receives in advance a reservation request of A airline for Shanghai on July, 27th, 2006 at 14:00 from the user, and checks an existing reservation state. When the reservation is possible, the web server transmits, to the CRS, information indicating the reservation is possible. In this regard, the CRS collects a reservation page provided by the web server and related information 1901 relative to the seat reservation, generates reservation page information, and transmits, to the user terminal, the generated reservation page information. The related information 1901 may include various information such as 'hotel & accommodation in Shanghai', 'food in Shanghai',
'exchange rate of Shanghai', 'weather of Shanghai', and the like. Also, the related information 1901 may further include origin information, and airline information, for example, a web page of the airline, another available ticket of the airline, and the like. Accordingly, the CRS according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention may provide the reservation page and various related information relative to the reservation. Also, when the reservation of the user is impossible, the CRS generates web page information including at least one of contents relative to the reservation request of the user, and transmits the generated web page information to the user terminal.
FIG. 20 is a diagram illustrating an example of a service screen providing a web page according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention of FIG. 18.
When the CRS receives information indicating the reservation of the user is impossible from the web server, the CRS provides another reservation service capable of substituting for the reservation. For this purpose, the CRS transmits, to the user terminal, link information on a valid reservation for another airline ticket having the same data, time, and destination as those in the reservation request of the user, which is provided by another airline, as the web page information. In this instance, the user terminal generates and displays an icon indicating 'see other airlines' 2001. Also, the CRS transmits, to the user terminal, link information on a valid reservation for another airline ticket having the same airline, date, and time as those in the reservation information of the user from among airline tickets for another destination other than for Shanghai, as the web page information. In this instance, the user terminal generates and displays an icon indicating 'see other destinations' 2002. Also, the CRS transmits, to the user terminal, link information on a valid reservation for another airline ticket at another time other than at 14:00 when a reservation is impossible from among airline tickets of A airline for Shanghai on July, 27th, 2006, as the web page information. In this instance, the user terminal generates and displays an icon indicating 'see other time' 2003. Also, the CRS generates web page information including related link information for a new reservation request, and transmits the generated web page information to the user terminal. In this instance, the user terminal generates and displays an icon indicating 'request reservation again' 2004', thereby providing a new reservation request service to the user.
As described above, according to the present invention, the CRS additionally provides related information relative to the reservation request of the user regardless of whether the reservation is possible, thereby improving convenience of the user. Referring again to FIG. 18, in operation S 1805, the user terminal receives web page information from the CRS, and displays the received web page information on a screen through the client program module. In this instance, when the web page information includes a reservation page because the reservation is possible, the user inputs reservation information on the reservation page using the user terminal, and completes the reservation process. Also, when the web page information includes related information for another reservation because the reservation is impossible, the user performs the other reservation using the related information.
According to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention, when the received reservation information indicates the reservation is impossible, the CRS transmits, to another web server, a reservation request query for the reservation request, and receives information on whether the reservation is possible, as a response of the reservation request query. Specifically, when the reservation is impossible, the CRS receives, from the web server, reservation information indicating the reservation is impossible, together with the reservation request information, generates a reservation request query based on the received reservation request information, and transmits the generated query to another web server. The other web server is a server proving similar services with those of the web server, and provides on-line reservation services according to the reservation request information. The other web servers where the reservation request query is transmitted checks whether a reservation of a user is possible referring to each existing reservation state, and returns the checked results to the CRS as responses of the reservation request query. In this regard, the CRS may select a web server where a reservation is possible from among the returned responses, and provide reservation page information provided by the corresponding web server to the user terminal.
According to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention, the related information included in the reservation information or the web page information may be advertisement information. Specifically, the related information may be at least one of advertisement information from among Internet advertisements such as targeting ads including a text ad, a banner ad, a keyword ad, and an e-mail ad, and context ad and ads acquired by a banner exchange method using an affiliate marketing and a point build-up method. FIG. 21 is a flowchart illustrating another example of an operation flow with respect to the method for providing response information in real-time according to the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention. More specifically, FIG. 21 is a flowchart illustrating a reservation service method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 21, in operation S2101, the user terminal transmits reservation request information inputted from a user to the CRS, and in operation S2102, at least one web server providing on-line reservation services transmits existing reservation state information to the CRS. In this regard, in operation S2103, the CRS determines web servers where a reservation is presently possible from among web servers transmitting the existing reservation state information, referring to reservation request information received from the user terminal. Also, in operation S2103, the CRS extracts reservation pages from the determined web servers. Next, the CRS collects the reservation page and related information corresponding to the reservation request information in operation S2104, and in operation S2105, generates a web page including the reservation page and the related information, and transmits the generated web page to the user terminal. As a more specific example, when the user wishes to make a reservation for a movie ticket, the user transmits, to the CRS, reservation request information including a movie title, show time, place, and a number of tickets. In this instance, at least one theater server connected with the CRS frequently transmits existing reservation state information to the CRS. In this regard, the CRS checks the reservation request information based on the received existing reservation state information, and provides, to the user terminal, a reservation page provided by a theater server where a reservation is presently possible as the web page.
In this instance, the CRS extracts, from the theater server or a predetermined search engine, related information relative to the reservation, such as movie genre, location of the theater, show time, and the like, and transmits the related information and the web page to the user terminal. For example, when the theater is located in Pusan, the CRS extracts related information such as food, public traffic information, accommodation information in Pusan, and the like, and transmits the extracted related information to the user terminal.
In operation S2106, the user terminal displays the received web page on a screen through a client program module installed in advance. In this regard, the user may check the displayed web page and related information included in the web page, and readily retrieve various contents relative to the reservation. In this instance, the related information may be at least one of advertisement information from among Internet advertisements such as targeting ads including a text ad, a banner ad, a keyword ad, and an e-mail ad, and context ad and ads acquired by a banner exchange method using an affiliate marketing and a point build-up method. FIG. 22 is a diagram illustrating an example of a service screen 2200 providing a reservation page according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention of FIG. 21.
The CRS extracts existing reservation state information in which a reservation is presently possible from among existing reservation state information received from web servers based on the reservation request information received from the user terminal. Also, the CRS checks a corresponding web server providing the extracted existing reservation state information, and transmits, to the user terminal, a reservation page provided by the corresponding web server as link information. In this instance, the reservation page is included in a web page to be transmitted to the user terminal. The user terminal receives the web page, and displays the service screen 2200 on the screen. In this regard, the user terminal may provide seat reservation services of B airline, that is, the corresponding web server providing, to the user, the existing reservation state information in which the reservation is presently possible through a segment 'make a reservation' 2201. As described above, according to the present invention, the CRS provides various related information other than a reservation service to the user terminal, thereby improving convenience of the user.
FIG. 23 is a diagram illustrating a reservation service method in which a web push method is applied according to the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As illustrated in FIG. 23, a CRS 2320 according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention provides, to a user terminal 2310, web page information received from a web server 2330 in a web push method. More specifically, the CRS 2320 receives, from the web server 2330, the web page including a reservation page according to reservation request information of the user or related information, and transmits the web page to the user terminal 2310 providing the reservation request information. For this purpose, the user terminal 2310 is required to install, in advance, a predetermined client program module capable of receiving the web page in the web push method. For example, when the user accesses the web server 2330 in order to input the reservation request information, the client program module may be downloaded from the web server 2330. Accordingly, the CRS 2320 where the web push method is applied may provide, to the user terminal 2310, the web page information according to the reservation request information in real-time.
FIG. 24 is a diagram illustrating a reservation service method in which a web pull method is applied according to the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 24, a CRS 2420 according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention provides, to a user terminal 2410, web page information received from a web server 2430 in a web pull method. More specifically, the CRS 2420 receives, from the web server 2430, the web page including a reservation page according to reservation request information of the user and related information, and records the received web page in a database associating with user information. In this regard, the CRS 2420 receives, from the user terminal 2410, a reservation request command of the web page in operations S2402 and S2403, extracts the web page information stored in the database using the user information included in the reservation request command in operation S2404, and provides the extracted web page information to the user terminal 2410 in operation S2405. Accordingly, the CRS according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention, as described with reference to FIGS. 24 and 25, may provide a corresponding service to the user terminal even in the web pull method as well as the web push method.
FIG. 25 is a configuration block diagram illustrating an example of the system for providing response information in real-time according to the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention. More specifically, FIG. 25 is a block diagram illustrating an internal configuration of a CRS 2500 according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention.
As illustrated in FIG. 25, the CRS 2500 includes a reception unit 2510, a determination unit 2520, a related information-extracting unit 2530, a web page- generation unit 2540, and a web page-providing unit 2550.
The reception unit 2510 receives, from a web server providing reservation services, information on whether a reservation is possible according to reservation request information of a user. For this purpose, the reception unit 2510 is connected with the web server via an Internet Protocol (IP) network, and the web server compares the reservation request information from the user terminal and existing reservation state information, and generates information on whether a reservation of the user is presently possible.
The determination unit 2520 determines whether the reservation of the user is possible referring to the information on whether the reservation is possible. The related information-extracting unit 2530 extracts related information relative to the reservation request information according to the determination results of the determination unit 2520.
When the reservation of the user is presently possible, the related information- extracting unit 2530 extracts a reservation page provided by the web server. Also, the related information-extracting unit 2530 further extracts various contents relative to the reservation of the user other than the reservation page as the related information. For example, the user requests a seat reservation of a play, and when the reservation is currently possible, the related information-extracting unit 2530 may further extract various contents such as director information of the play, actor information, the original information, production story, another similar play information, and the like, as well as a reservation page where the seat reservation can be made, as another related information relative to the play.
When the reservation is presently impossible according to existing reservation state information, the related information-extracting unit 2530 extracts a web page provided by the web server and indicating the reservation is impossible, and further extracts only various contents relative to the play as the related information.
When the reservation of the user is possible according to the determination results of the determination unit 2520, the web page-generation unit 2540 generates web page information including the extracted reservation page and the extracted related information. When the reservation of the user is impossible, the web page-generation unit 2540 generates web page information including only the extracted related information. The web page-providing unit 2540 provides the generated web page information to the user terminal. In this regard, when the reservation is possible, the user performs the reservation by loading the reservation page, and conversely when the reservation is impossible, the user only reads the related information. Also, when the reservation is completed, the user may read the related information included in the web page. The CRS 2500 according to the present exemplary embodiment of the invention may further include a query transmission unit 2560 which transmits a reservation request query corresponding to the reservation request information when the reservation is impossible according to the determination results of the determination unit 2520. In this instance, the reception unit 2510 may receive information on whether the reservation is possible acting as a response of the reservation request query, and the web page-generation unit 2540 may select information indicating the reservation is possible from among the received information, and generate web page information including a corresponding reservation page from the corresponding web server where the reservation is possible and the related information. Specifically, when the reservation is impossible, the CRS 2500 may provide, to the user terminal, another reservation page substituting for the reservation page initially requested by the user in the user terminal. For example, when the user requests an seat reservation of A airline and the reservation is impossible, the query transmission unit 2560 transmits, to a web server provided by another airline, reservation request information of the user as a query, and the reception unit 2510 receives a response of the query. Also, when an seat reservation of another airline having the same time and destination as those of A airline is possible according to the response of the query, the related information-extracting unit 2530 extracts a reservation page of a corresponding web server and related information as described above, the web page-generation unit 2540 generates web page information including the extracted reservation page and the extracted related information, and the web-page providing unit 2550 transmits the generated web page information to the user terminal. Accordingly, even when the user requests the seat reservation of the other airline, the reservation may be performed. Also, the user may check useful related information provided together with the reservation page, so that unnecessary time consumption required for retrieving information for queries about food and exchange rate of a destination, and the like can be reduced.
As described above, according to the reservation service method and system for the same of the present invention, related information relative to a reservation and a reservation page are provided according to reservation request of a user in a web pull method or a web push method.
According to the reservation service method and system for the same of the present invention, when a reservation by a user is impossible in a web site providing reservation services, a reservation request is performed in another web site providing the similar services, thereby improving convenience of the user.
According to the reservation service method and system for the same of the present invention, useful related information is provided according to a reservation request of a user, thereby improving convenience of a user.
According to the reservation service method and system for the same of the present invention, information on whether a reservation is possible and advertisement information are simultaneously provided, thereby maximizing an advertising effect.
A method for providing response information in real-time according to the above-described exemplary embodiments of the present invention may be recorded in computer-readable media including program instructions to implement various operations embodied by a computer. The media may also include, alone or in combination with the program instructions, data files, data structures, and the like.
