Abstract
[PROBLÈMES] Proposer un élément électrique capable d'augmenter une zone de contact entre une électrode interne de signal et une électrode externe de signal, ainsi que de limiter la contrainte attribuée par une formation de couche. [MOYENS POUR RÉSOUDRE LES PROBLÈMES] Un élément électrique comprend une pluralité d'électrodes internes de signal (11). L'électrode interne de signal (11) comprend une unité plate (111) et des unités d'étirage (112, 113). Les unités d'étirage (112, 113) sont disposées aux deux extrémités de l'unité plate (111). L'unité plate (111) a une longueur L3 et une largeur W2. Les unités d'étirage (112, 113) ont une longueur L2 et une largeur W2 a une extrémité dans la direction de la longueur DR2 et W1 à l'autre extrémité dans la direction de la longueur DR2. L'électrode interne de signal (11) est connectée à l'électrode externe de signal par les unités d'étirage (112, 113). De plus, une rainure de division est formée dans une électrode interne de signal (11F) et une électrode interne de masse (21C).
