Abstract

La présente invention relève du domaine de biologie moléculaire, en particulier de la génomique et de la protéomique, se rapporte à une technique polyvalente permettant de détecter des gènes exprimés, ainsi que des transcrits et des protéines codés par lesdits gènes, qui sont présents de manière différentielle dans divers types de cellules d'un organisme, y compris dans des cellules normales et des cellules transformées par diverses pathologies génétiques ou acquises, notamment par transformation tumorale, ou dans des cellules homogènes mais dans des conditions différentes. Des agents protéiques et nucléotidiques synthétisés à l'aide de la technique selon l'invention peuvent servir de médicaments thérapeutiques ou prophylactiques. L'invention concerne également des procédés de diagnostic, qui peuvent être utilisés en médecine pour l'évaluation semi-quantitative rapide du contenu de transcrits de gènes d'expression différentielle et des protéines différentielles correspondantes dans diverses cellules, ce qui permet de déterminer l'état de santé d'un patient, de pronostiquer l'évolution d'une maladie et de donner des recommandations relatives aux méthodes de traitement.
