Abstract

L' invention concerne un système de détermination du débit massique d' oxydes d'azote émis dans les gaz d' échappement d'un moteur à combustion interne comprenant une unité de contrôle électronique (7) comprenant des premiers moyens de calcul (17) capables de calculer le débit massique d' oxydes d' azote à partir de valeurs de débits de carburant injecté, de signaux d'un capteur de la vitesse de rotation du moteur et d'un ensemble mémorisé de valeurs de débits massiques d' oxydes d' azote en fonction du débit de carburant injecté et de la vitesse de rotation N du moteur. L'unité de contrôle électronique (7) comprend également des deuxièmes moyens de calcul (18) capables de calculer le débit de carburant injecté à partir des valeurs de richesse mesurées par une sonde à oxygène (10), et de fournir aux premiers moyens de calcul (17) les valeurs calculées de débit de carburant injecté.
