Description

制鞋模具 技术领域
。本发明涉及一种制鞋模具构造改良的技术领域, 其发明特点为使制作鞋底能快速定位、 有效减少不良品、 降低加工成本及增加鞋体的设计变化。 背景技术 常用的制鞋模具如图 1所示, 包括底模 1通常呈鞋底形状, 并于其 面设有预定形状鞋 底花纹的凹部, 于底模 1 两侧设有可分别向内靠拢之左、 右边模 2, 利用鞋楦头套上鞋面 3 后, 将该鞋楦头向下对合于底模 1之上, 再使左、 右边模 2向内靠拢, 以形成按预先设计的 鞋底的布料空间 4, 将原料注入并待冷却后, 即形成鞋 ΐ 3与鞋底 31形成的鞋体构造, 然而 这样的构造, 常会因为鞋面 3与左、 右边模 2间注料空间无法精准定位的缘故, 而使整组模 具模合后注料时, 会有鞋面注料不均或原 向外溢出的情况发生, 而造成注料完成后成为不 良品或还需要加工修整, 如此一来将无端增加制造成本及加工成本。
另外, 一般利用模具注料形成的鞋底周侧因模具的限制,、往往只能形成圆弧状外形, 并 不能进行任何花纹的设计变化, 在外观上相当的单调乏味。
有鉴于此, 本案发明人将针对上述缺点, 努力研究、 实验与改良, 并配合多年从事相关 行业的制作经验, 而创作出此一实用的发明。 发明内容 本发明制鞋模具构造改良主要为提供一种定位部, 用以一体成型或加以另设的方式设置 于左、 右边模处; 如此, 除能有效解决通常因定位不易所造成的鞋面注料不均及原料向外溢 出而造成不良品及加工成本负担等缺点外, 还能因不同部位花纹的变化而能增加鞋面的花紋 设计, 以增加鞋子的多样设计感及市场竞争力为其主要发明目标。
实施方式:
本发明为有关一种制鞋模具的构造改良, 请参阅图 2-图 4所示, 主要包括底模 10, 顶部 开设有可供预定形成鞋底形状的凹纹; 左、 边模 20, 在底模之左、右侧边相对靠拢, 在该左、 右边模 20的延伸处设有一定位部 30, 该定位部 30呈内凹的空间 301 ;
利用鞋楦头套上鞋面 40后, 与上述左、右边模 20靠拢并模合于该底模 10顶部, 并利用 定位部 30将该鞋面 40卡住, 且该定位部 30之上缘恰紧抵住鞋面 40, 而可供形成鞋体 βθ之 布料空间 50;
当原料由模具下方之注料孔注入时, 原料会瞬间注满布料空间 50内, 由于定位部 30的 限制, 原料将会均匀的包覆着鞋面 40, 更由于定位部 30上缘的紧抵于鞋面 40, 原料并不会 自布料空间 50内溢出, 如此不仅能确保鞋面 40的美观及清洁外, 还能有效降低不良品及降 低加工成本。
请参阅第五图, 此为本发明的另一实施例, 其中的差异在于该定位部 30可利用下方的卡 栓 302紧密卡合于左、 右边模 20的凹槽 201内, 如此一来, 同样一具制鞋模具可配合不同纹 路变化的定位部 30来注料而形成鞋体不同花纹的变化, 而能确保鞋体的多样性。
综合上述, 本发明之制鞋模具构造改良的创新结构及绝佳功效, 确实未见于任何刊物及 市面上之既有产品当中, 亦非为熟悉该项技术者可容易想到, 具有新颖性专利要件是不容置 疑的, 另, 能有效解决常用制鞋模具不易定位、 注料不均、.原料溢出鞋面、 不良品多、 加工 成本高及花纹单调等缺点, 亦具有创造性及工业实用性等专利要件的最佳表现, 其完全符合 我国发明专利申请之要件规定, 因此依法提起申请。

1 . 一种制鞋模具构造改良, 其包括:
底模, 顶部开设有可供预定形成鞋底形状的凹纹;
左、 右边模, 在底模之左、 右侧边相对靠拢;
其特征为具有一定位部, 为设置在左、 右边模的位置上, 且该定位部呈内凹的空间。
2 . 根据权利要求 1所述的制鞋模具构造改良, 其特征为定位部为延伸形成或另外增设 的方式设置于该左、 右边模上。
3 . 根据权利要求 1所述的制鞋模具构造改良, 其特征为定位部之内缘面设计有不同花 纹。
