( 2 )轮胎吊 ——轮胎吊是以柴油发动机为动力, 转场灵活, 但庞大的柴油发电机 組效率艮 无功消耗大、 噪声大、 烟尘污染环境也大。 特别是近几年, 燃油价格飞涨, 节能和环保要求增加, 其本身所具有的不足和弱点越来越凸显出来, 这样就给人们正常的 工作带来和很大的不便。 发明内容
本发明的目的是克服了上述现有技术中的缺点, 提供一种能够有效利用电网进行供 电、 经济实用、 结构简单、 成本较低、 操作灵活方便、 安全稳定、 适用范围较为广泛的港 口集装箱轮胎吊电网供电设备。
为了实现上述的目的, 本发明的港口集装箱轮胎吊电网供电设备具有如下构成: 该港口集装箱轮胎吊 >电网供电设备, 包括与供电电网相连接的电^电缆和轮胎吊电源 系统, 其主要特点是, 所述的电线电缆高空固定架设于轮胎吊上方, 且该电线电缆的位置 高于集装箱卡车的高度, 所述的电线电缆上活动设置有与电线电缆电接触的滑线导电装 置, 该滑线导电装置通过导线与所迷的轮胎吊电源系统相连接。

请参阅图 1所示,.该港口集装箱轮胎吊电网供电设备, 包括与供电电网相连接的电线 电缆 1和轮胎吊 5的电源系统, 其中, 所述的电线电缆 1高空固定架设于轮胎吊 5上方, 在本实施方式中, 该电线电缆 1可以通过电线杆或电线塔架 2高空跨接固定架设于轮胎吊 5的上方, 且该电线电缆 1的架设跨度为 10米- 300米, 因此电线杆或电线塔架可以方便 地选取在集装箱堆场 4边的间隙和空地上进行架设; 该电线电缆 1的位置高于集装箱卡车 6的高度, 并略高于轮胎吊 5的高度, 所述的电线电缆 1上活动设置有与电线电缆 1电接 触的滑线导电装置 3 , 所述的滑线导电装置 3为在外力的作用下沿电线电缆延伸方向自由 滑动的滑线导电器 3, 且该滑线导电器 3活动套设于所述的电线电缆 1上, 该滑线导电器 3 通过导线, 并可以通过电源开关、 继电器、 接触器、 滤波器或变压器与所述的轮胎吊 5 的电源系统相连接。
在实际使用当中, 本发明的供电设备中,.电网的电能是以电线电缆 1的形式提供(有 一定的乘性), 电线电缆 1是高空架设的, 通常略高于轮胎吊 5, 以防止碰撞为标准, 也一 定高于集装箱卡车 6, 避免了电线电缆 1、 以及其它导电供电体低空或地面架设或铺设带 来的安全问题、 场地问题, 而且避免了卡车司机和吊车司机开车可能与供电电线电缆 1、 或其它供电体发生的碰撞和磨损问题, 电线电缆 1的高空固定是采用电线杆或电线塔架 2 的形式固定和支撑, 电线塔架 2相互之间距离较远, 通常在十米以上, 可达几十米甚至数 百米,因此电线杆或电线塔架可以方便地选取在集装箱堆场 4边的间隙和空地上进行架设。
所述电线电缆 1同时又起滑线导电器 3的滑线作用, 滑线导电器 3可以在电线电缆 1 上在外力的作用下进行沿滑线方向自由滑动; 并且同时不断地把电线电缆 1上的电能引出 来; 另外, 滑线导电器 3也可以人为或自动地与供电电线电缆 1分离和合并。
所述滑线导电器 3引出的电能与轮胎吊 5的电源系统相连接, 其中间可以通过电源开 关、 继电器、 接触器、 滤波器或变压器等, 再与所述的电源系统相连接, 居需要, 也可 以对轮胎吊 5束接进行电网供电。
采用了上述的港口集装箱轮胎吊电网供电设备, 由于在港口上方高空架设了电线电缆 1 ,且通过设置于该电线电缆 1上且可沿其延伸方向自由滑动的滑线导电装置 3与轮膽吊 5 的电源系统相连接, 从而使得轮胎吊 5可以在需要的时候通过电网进行电能供给; 同时由 于电线电缆 1和滑线导电装置 3有一定的柔性, 集装箱轮胎吊 5的大车移动基本和原来的 一样, 不需要特别要求直线运行; 不仅如此, 该电线电缆 1的高空固定采用电线杆或电线 塔架 2形式固定和支撑, 电线塔架 2相互之间距离较远, 通常在 10米以上, 可达几十米 甚至上百米, 因此、 可以方便地将电线杆或电线塔架 2安排在港口集装箱堆场 4边的间隙 和空地上, 避免了对场地的特别要求; 而且由于滑线导电装置 3可以人为或自动地与供电 电线电缆 1分离和合并, 从而为轮胎吊 5的转场提供了极大地便利; 另外, 供电采用电线 电缆 1和电线杆或电线塔架 2, 材料普通, 经济实用, 结构简单, 成本较低, 施工方便, 操作灵活方便, 而且安全稳定, 适用范围较为广泛, 特别适合在港口码头广泛应用, 可大 大提升现有设备的节能降耗、 减少污染等重要性能指标。
