Abstract

La presente invention se refiere al proceso para elaborar productos carnicos con alto valor nutritivo por la adición de semilla molida de Salvia hispanica L. y al producto carnico con alto valor nutritivo per se debido a las que comparado con un producto carnico elaborado con 100% carne de res presenta un mayor valor nutricional, por el aporte de acidos omega 3, omega 6, mayor cantidad de fibra y proteina, y sumando a esto, Ia ventaja económica que representa su cocción en menor tiempo y un mayor rendimiento en peso.
