Abstract

Es wird ein mit Oberflächenwellen arbeitendes elektrisches Bauelement mit einer Mehrwandler-Anordnung angegeben, das gekreuzte Leiterbahnen (211, 221) aufweist. Das Bauelement ist vorzugsweise ein Resonator-Filter mit einer durch Reflektoren begrenzten akustischen Spur (100). In einer Variante weist ein Wandler (112) einen V-Split auf, wobei Teilwandler (112a, 112b) dieses Wandlers jeweils mit einem weiteren Wandler (111, 113) derselben Wandleranordnung leitend verbunden sind. In einer weiteren Variante sind vier Wandler (S1, S2, L1, L2) in einer Brückenschaltung verschaltet, wobei ein erstes Wandlerpaar (S1, S2) in einer ersten Inline-Wandleranordnung (100') und ein zweites Wandlerpaar (L1, L2) in einer zweiten Inline-Wandleranordnung (200') angeordnet ist, und wobei die Wandlerpaare mittels einander kreuzender Leiterbahnen (211, 221) leitend miteinander verbunden sind.
