Definitions

  • This invention especially for circular knitting machines, ensures high elasticity and its duration on the fabric.
  • the main thread and the elastomeric yarn for plating are fed into the needle hook, whereby also easy feeding of the main thread for smooth goods is possible.
  • This type of feeding of both yarns in the needle hook prevents the conventional fiber yarn, by friction of the cotton yarn, the yarn guide resulting short fiber fluff also prevents the accumulation of this short fiber fluff on Elastomergarn. Furthermore, with this invention, the deformation of the elastomer rollers is spared.
  • the circular knitting machines for the production of knit fabrics consist of needles and containment boards that form the stitches.
  • the governing bodies as thread feeders; who bring the threads to thread guides, as thread guides; the basic threads and elastomeric yarns in needle hooks, which form the mesh, perform, with a deflection of the thread through Fadenleitbleche is mandatory.
  • the yarn guide which is one of the most important management bodies, serves depending on the machine type in different forms but for the same purpose by guiding and plating the supplied filament and Elastomergarn, but need to guide under a deflection of 90 degrees, which is on Fadenleitblechen and eyelets and leading edges Friction from cotton yarn causes fiber buildup and leads to contamination from the knitting area of the machine. To keep the pollution as low as possible, compressed air and fans are needed. Nevertheless, it does not quite help to keep the machine clean.
  • elastomeric rolls attached to the yarn guide in the usual manner are required, which guide the elastomer yarn positively fed with a yarn feeder for plating into the needle hook.
  • These elastomer rollers serve to ensure a safe and uniform supply of the elastomeric yarn, but in turn, the accumulated by the deflection of 90 degrees and friction from the main thread on the Fadenleitblechen fluff contaminate the elastomer rollers which rotate on a wire. If the elastomer rollers do not rotate correctly due to this fouling, the correct feeding into the needle hook is endangered by the elastomeric thread, which can lead to plating errors and the reduction in the elasticity of the fabric and can lead to unnecessary yarn breaks.
  • This invention for circular knitting machines enables cotton and elastomeric yarn to be made into plaques; that in the usual embodiment unavoidable deflection occurs during feeding of the basic thread over the large channel of the double leadership role, the basic thread suffers no friction and no fiber can settle from the yarn and cause no contamination. So; This is the most important point that the thread is deflected or fed over the rotating double guide roller by the thread guide, whereby no friction and of course no pollution arises.
  • the elastomeric yarn is passed over the small channel of the double guide roller in the needle hook, the small channel and the large channel on the same axis relatively rotate. Since the environment or management organs remain as clean as possible and no resulting from contamination standstill of the double guide rollers, the elastomeric yarns, over the double guide rollers have the same speed ratio, characterized the same thread tension in the needle hook out, which is a very qualitative material to produce.
  • the achieved increase in the quality of the fabric comes from the fact that the main thread and the Elastomergarn on the double guide rollers, their stable position, which can not be changed in a certain distance and ratio side by side, evenly and also fed each thread in the same position in the needle hook and be plated, with no friction and pollution.

  • the direction of the basic thread ie the input and output of the thread, which is passed through the eyelet (3) on the large channel (1) of the double guide roller and guided from there into the needle hook, changes because of the thread guide shaft (6) and its Position (7) not.
  • the elastomeric yarn guided by the yarn feeder is fed into the needle hook via the small channel (2) of the double guide roller, which is turned by running the ground yarn.
  • the key point here is that the elastomeric yarn, driven by the ground yarn, turns over the small channel (2) of the double guide roll and passes into the needle hook.
  • This guiding of the elastomer yarn allows the same thread tension with individual systems at the constant speed of the double guide roller, which increases the elasticity of the goods.
  • the double guide roller of the thread guide in the ball bearing housing (5) is equipped with a ball bearing (4) and poses over the double guide roller, no contamination of the ball bearing (4) is formed and no speed difference occur in the same rotating double guide rollers.
  • the diameter change ratio between the large channel (1) and the small channel (2) of the double guide roller is determined for the difference in the length of the main thread and the elastomeric thread to avoid unnecessary friction.
  • the joint feeding of base and elastomer yarn in the fixed distance ratio and positions of the threads allows flawless plating with the position (7) on Fadenbowerschaft (6).
