  • This invention refer to therapy of joint fractures, varied bone fractures or other hard injuries of limbs where it is need its immobilisation in bended joint position (the most often of elbow or knee-joint) under needed angle from 90° to 10°. Also, area of this invention is the setting (correction, in fact - extension) of hard contracted joints (on example 30° , 40° or more degrees).

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour l'immobilisation et la fixation thérapeutique des membres en formant un angle, qui est un instrument bifonctionnel, réglable et réutilisable pour une cicatrisation optimale (et sans chirurgie) de fractures complexes et d'autres traumatismes des membres (du fait qu'il permet un bon repositionnement de l'os, une bonne fixation et une bonne coalescence) et également pour l'extension d'articulations fortement contractées. Il consiste en un assemblage de tiges d'articulation qui est installé au niveau de l'articulation traitée en formant l'angle thérapeutique nécessaire et raccordé avec des baguettes et des spirales le long de la totalité du membre traité. Ce dispositif adaptable est un instrument thérapeutique plus efficace que les plâtres et peut être utilisé lors d'une thérapie orthopédique et traumatologie moderne des membres.
