发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安装工艺筒单、 工作性能可靠, 并且在壁挂架 折回时, 平板电视比较贴近墙面的壁挂架的角度调节装置。

本发明采用以上结构, 倾角调节装置的后支架的上下两个连接面上各设 有一个或两个连接孔与一个或两个转动连杆通过带有阻尼的转动轴连接, 提 高了转动连杆和倾角调节装置连接处的承受力, 实现壁挂重物左右方向角度 调节, 前后两支架下方的连接孔设在后支架与转动连杆连接的下连接面的下 方, 在壁挂架折回时, 平板电视比较贴近墙面, 倾角调节装置的前后两支架 采用下孔通过带有阻尼的转动轴连接, 上孔活动连接, 方便调节壁挂架的倾 角, 并且有四个连接点, 尤其采用后支架的上连接孔与连接片通过带有阻尼 的转动轴连接, 使得该装置承受力较强。 这样整个装置结构就比较轻巧、 紧 凑; 在前后支架上端装上拉力弹簧, 平衡了大部分被挂物的重力矩, 该拉力 弹簧安装工艺筒单, 下孔上的带有阻尼的转动轴确保整个装置调节倾角时的 定位, 方便实现壁挂重物的俯仰方向角度调节。
