[32] 所述万向头系统 2设有万向头 21、 固定轴 22和用于固定平板显示器的连接板 23 , 以使用方向为基准, 所述万向头的后部设有上、 下凸缘 211、 212, 所述上凸 缘的中心设有一个扁圆形孔 2111, 所述下凸缘的中心设有一个渐变异径孔 2121 , 所述扁圆形孔和所述渐变异径孔的几何中心轴位于一直线上, 所述渐变异径 孔的上部为扁圆形且下部为圆形, 且所述上凸缘上的扁圆形孔大于下凸缘上的 渐变异径孔的扁圆形上部, 所述连接头的中空柱体 131位于上、 下凸缘间, 所述 固定轴 22的上端为圆柱形且下端为与渐变异径孔的扁圆形上部相匹配的扁圆柱 形, 所述固定轴的上、 下两端皆设有内螺纹孔, 固定轴穿于所述连接头的中空 柱体中, 固定轴的上端穿出所述连接头的中空柱体并穿于上凸缘上的扁圆形孔 中, 上凸缘上的扁圆形孔中设有与其相匹配的中心带圆孔的扁圆形压紧块 213, 所述扁圆形压紧块位于所述固定轴的上端, 设有第一紧固螺栓 214, 第一紧固螺 栓的螺纹端由上至下穿过扁圆形压紧块上的圆孔并与固定轴上端的内螺纹孔相 旋合, 第一紧固螺栓的大头端止档于所述扁圆形压紧块的下端, 所述固定轴扁 圆柱形的下端插于所述渐变异径孔扁圆形的上部中, 设有第二紧固螺栓, 第二 紧固螺栓的螺纹端与所述固定轴的下端的内螺纹孔相旋合, 第二紧固螺栓的大 头端大于所述渐变异径孔上部且小于所述渐变异径孔下部, 第二紧固螺栓的大 头端位于所述渐变异径孔中, 所述万向头的上凸缘中的扁圆形压紧块的下端面 和连接头的中空柱体的上端间以及万向头的下凸缘和连接头的中空柱体的下端 间皆设有圆环状摩擦片。 上述万向头与连接头的连接结构的目的在于使平板显 示器能够根据需要向左或向右摆动, 适当调整第一紧固螺栓的拧紧力矩即可获 得合适的摩擦力, 使平板显示器可以向左或向右灵活摆动。 由于固定轴下端为 扁圆柱形且上端连接有扁圆形压紧块, 所以固定轴自身并不跟随万向头摆动而 转动, 第一、 二紧固螺栓亦不会跟随其转动, 摩擦力矩始终能保持恒定。
[33] 以使用方向为基准, 万向头 21的前面为球面状凹形, 其中心开设有方孔 215, 所述方孔贯通所述万向头的前、 后面, 所述连接板 23的中部为与万向头前面球 面状凹形相匹配的球面状凸起, 所述连接板的中心开设有穿孔, 设有方杆紧固 螺栓, 所述方杆紧固螺栓具有大头端、 方杆段和螺纹端, 所述方杆紧固螺的方 杆段与所述方孔相匹配, 设有紧固螺母, 所述方杆紧固螺栓的螺纹端由前往后 穿过连接板中心的穿孔和万向头中心的方孔并与紧固螺母相旋合, 所述方杆紧 固螺的方杆段穿于所述方孔和连接板中心的穿孔中, 所述方杆紧固螺栓的大头 端止档于所述连接板的前面, 所述连接板与万向头间及所述连接板与方杆紧固 螺栓的大头端间皆设有球面形摩擦片, 球面形摩擦片的中心为与所述方杆段相 匹配的摩擦片方孔。 上述万向头与连接板的连接结构的目的在于使平板显示器 能够根据需要变换仰角和左右偏角, 亦可适当旋转其垂直角度。 将方杆紧固螺 栓的紧固力矩适当调整即可获得满意的摩擦力, 因为方杆紧固螺栓被万向头中 部方孔所固定, 方杆紧固螺栓不会随着连接板的摆动而跟转, 从而能在较长吋 间内保证摩擦力的恒定, 极大地方便了使用。
[34] 以使用方向为基准, 所述万向头的上端开设有凹槽 216, 所述凹槽开口于万向 头的上面和前面, 所述凹槽的底部开设有内螺纹孔, 设有带螺孔的弧形止动块 2 4, 所述弧形止动块的前面与所述连接头的球面状凸起相匹配, 设有止动螺栓 25 , 当平板显示器位置调整好后, 所述弧形止动块置于万向头上端的凹槽中, 止 动螺栓的螺纹端同吋旋合于所述弧形止动块的螺孔和凹槽底部的内螺纹孔中, 弧形止动块的前面压紧连接板。 此结构的目的在于, 当平板显示器在调整位置 后可以用止动螺栓将弧形止动块向下调整, 弧形止动块在向下移动过程中由于 弧形的原因而将连接板卡住, 使其不能随意被扳动。
[35] 以使用方向为基准, 所述万向头为球面状凹形的前面上开设有第一弧形槽 217 , 所述万向头与连接板间的球面形摩擦片上设有与第一弧形槽相匹配的圆柱形 凸台, 所述圆柱形凸台嵌于所述第一弧形槽中并可在第一弧形槽中移动, 由于 第一弧形槽具有一定的角度, 因而可将连接板相对其中心的转角限制在一个合 适的范围内。 所述连接头的中空柱体的下端开设有第二弧形槽, 所述万向头上 与第二弧形槽相对应的部位设有定位销, 所述定位销插于所述第二弧形槽中并 可在第二弧形槽中移动, 由于第二弧形槽具有一定的角度, 因而可以把万向头 相对于连接头的左右倾角限制在一个合适的范围内。
[36] 所述连接板为 X形。
[37] 经结构设计, 使得平板显示器可在以下范围内调节:
[38] 平板显示器可围绕立杆作 360。旋转;
[39] 平板显示器可上抬 181.1mm, 下降 137.2mm;
[40] 平板显示器可前倾 30°, 后倾 30° ;
[41] 平板显示器可左倾 50°, 右倾 50°。
[42] 单人只需用手扳动平板显示器, 略加外力即可任意调整其高低位置、 前后倾角 及左右倾角, 将平板显示器拉到使用者认为合适的距离, 或将平板显示器转向 他人供他人观看, 移动或调节的整个过程极其方便。
[43] 本发明的安装过程如下:
[44] 安装吋先将固定座系统的 U形板卡入桌子外侧的边缘, 选择好合适安装位置后 即用手拧紧压紧螺栓, 将压紧盖紧紧压在桌面的下表面; 然后将支撑座装于旋 转锥套上, 并将安放在支撑座下的定位套用螺钉紧固与立柱上; 将平板显示器 用螺栓与 X形连接板相连接, 调节弹簧长度使其压缩力与平板显示器重量相平衡 , 平板显示器在自由状态不会自行下垂即可; 调整平板显示器的前后、 左右倾 角, 然后定位防松, 所有安装及调试工作即告完成。
[45] 本发明在适当修改固定座系统的安装方式后可用于壁挂式或悬挂式系统, 例如 将本发明固定座系统中的支座适当修改并将其固定于墙壁, 即成为壁挂式支架

权利要求书
[Claim 1] 1、 一种平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在于: 包括支撑臂系统 (1
) 、 万向头系统 (2) 和固定座系统 (3) , 以使用方向为基准, 所述固定座系统中设有支座 (31) 、 立柱 (32) 、 U形板 (33) 、 压紧螺栓 (34) 、 压紧盖 (35) 、 定位套 (36) 和旋转锥套, 所 述立柱固定于所述支座上面, 所述 U形板套于桌面边缘, 所述 U形 板的上面固定于所述支座, 所述 U形板的下面开设有内螺纹孔, 所 述压紧螺栓的螺纹端与所述内螺纹孔相旋合, 压紧螺栓的螺纹端 上端位于 U形板上的内螺纹孔上方且固定有压紧盖, 压紧盖的上面 压紧桌面边缘的下表面;
所述支撑臂系统设有支撑臂 (11) 、 支撑座 (12) 和连接头 (13 ) , 所述定位套 (36) 套于立柱 (32) 且定位套调整至所需高度 吋用螺钉将其固定于立柱, 所述旋转锥套枢套于所述立柱且其下 端止档于所述定位套的上端, 所述支撑座固定套于旋转锥套上, 所述支撑臂的一端与所述支撑座相铰接;
所述支撑臂的另一端与所述连接头相铰接, 所述连接头具有一竖 直向的中空柱体 (131) , 所述万向头系统 (2) 与所述连接头的 中空柱体可转动连接, 所述支撑臂系统设有两根平动杆 (14) , 两根平动杆分别对称设于支撑臂的左右两侧, 每根平动杆的两端 分别与支撑座 (12) 和连接头 (13) 铰接, 所述支撑臂和平动杆 与所述支撑座和连接头的各连接点构成平行四边形的双连杆平动 机构。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在于: 以 使用方向为基准, 所述支撑臂的内部设有卸载用弹簧 (15) , 所 述弹簧的固定端位于支撑臂的前部, 所述弹簧的自由端固定有可 滑动弹簧座 (16) , 设有连杆 (17) , 所述连杆的一端与所述支 撑座 (12) 相铰接, 所述连杆的另一端通过圆柱销与可滑动弹簧 座相铰接, 所述圆柱销上套设有便于可滑动弹簧座滑动的滚轮 (1 8) , 所述滚轮的直径大于所述可滑动弹簧座的宽度, 所述支撑座 、 连杆和支撑臂构成连杆机构。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在于: 所 述支撑座与所述平动杆的连接点处套设有定位环, 当连杆机构超 越死点位置吋, 支撑臂的侧边止档于所述定位环。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在于: 以 使用方向为基准, 所述支撑臂的前部设有由两个楔形块和调节螺 栓组成的调节弹簧座 (19) , 两个楔形块具有相互贴合的斜面, 调节螺栓同吋旋合于两个楔形块中, 所述弹簧 (15) 的固定端固 定于所述调节弹簧座。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4之一所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在 于: 以使用方向为基准, 所述支撑臂的外部固定套设有布线罩 (4 ) , 所述布线罩的内部上、 下面均设有容纳线路的走线凹槽。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在于: 所 述万向头系统 (2) 设有万向头 (21) 、 固定轴 (22) 和用于固定 平板显示器的连接板 (23) , 以使用方向为基准, 所述万向头的 后部设有上、 下凸缘 (211、 212) , 所述上凸缘的中心设有一个 扁圆形孔 (2111) , 所述下凸缘的中心设有一个渐变异径孔 (212 1) , 所述扁圆形孔和所述渐变异径孔的几何中心轴位于一直线上 , 所述渐变异径孔的上部为扁圆形且下部为圆形, 且所述上凸缘 上的扁圆形孔大于下凸缘上的渐变异径孔的扁圆形上部, 所述连 接头的中空柱体 (131) 位于上、 下凸缘间, 所述固定轴 (22) 的 上端为圆柱形且下端为与渐变异径孔的扁圆形上部相匹配的扁圆 柱形, 所述固定轴的上、 下两端皆设有内螺纹孔, 固定轴穿于所 述连接头的中空柱体中, 固定轴的上端穿出所述连接头的中空柱 体并穿于上凸缘上的扁圆形孔中, 上凸缘上的扁圆形孔中设有与 其相匹配的中心带圆孔的扁圆形压紧块 (213) , 所述扁圆形压紧 块位于所述固定轴的上端, 设有第一紧固螺栓 (214) , 第一紧固 螺栓的螺纹端由上至下穿过扁圆形压紧块上的圆孔并与固定轴上 端的内螺纹孔相旋合, 第一紧固螺栓的大头端止档于所述扁圆形 压紧块的下端, 所述固定轴扁圆柱形的下端插于所述渐变异径孔 扁圆形的上部中, 设有第二紧固螺栓, 第二紧固螺栓的螺纹端与 所述固定轴的下端的内螺纹孔相旋合, 第二紧固螺栓的大头端大 于所述渐变异径孔上部且小于所述渐变异径孔下部, 第二紧固螺 栓的大头端位于所述渐变异径孔中, 所述万向头的上凸缘中的扁 圆形压紧块的下端面和连接头的中空柱体的上端间以及万向头的 下凸缘和连接头的中空柱体的下端间皆设有圆环状摩擦片。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在于: 以 使用方向为基准, 万向头 (21) 的前面为球面状凹形, 其中心开 设有方孔 (215) , 所述方孔贯通所述万向头的前、 后面, 所述连 接板 (23) 的中部为与万向头前面球面状凹形相匹配的球面状凸 起, 所述连接板的中心开设有穿孔, 设有方杆紧固螺栓, 所述方 杆紧固螺栓具有大头端、 方杆段和螺纹端, 所述方杆紧固螺的方 杆段与所述方孔相匹配, 设有紧固螺母, 所述方杆紧固螺栓的螺 纹端由前往后穿过连接板中心的穿孔和万向头中心的方孔并与紧 固螺母相旋合, 所述方杆紧固螺的方杆段穿于所述方孔和连接板 中心的穿孔中, 所述方杆紧固螺栓的大头端止档于所述连接板的 前面, 所述连接板与万向头间及所述连接板与方杆紧固螺栓的大 头端间皆设有球面形摩擦片, 球面形摩擦片的中心为与所述方杆 段相匹配的摩擦片方孔。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在于: 以 使用方向为基准, 所述万向头的上端开设有凹槽 (216) , 所述凹 槽开口于万向头的上面和前面, 所述凹槽的底部开设有内螺纹孔
, 设有带螺孔的弧形止动块 (24) , 所述弧形止动块的前面与所 述连接头的球面状凸起相匹配, 设有止动螺栓 (25) , 当平板显 示器位置调整好后, 所述弧形止动块置于万向头上端的凹槽中, 止动螺栓的螺纹端同吋旋合于所述弧形止动块的螺孔和凹槽底部 的内螺纹孔中, 弧形止动块的前面压紧连接板。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征在于: 以 使用方向为基准, 所述万向头为球面状凹形的前面上开设有第一 弧形槽 (217) , 所述万向头与连接板间的球面形摩擦片上设有与 第一弧形槽相匹配的圆柱形凸台, 所述圆柱形凸台嵌于所述第一 弧形槽中并可在第一弧形槽中移动, 所述连接头的中空柱体的下 端开设有第二弧形槽, 所述万向头上与第二弧形槽相对应的部位 设有定位销, 所述定位销插于所述第二弧形槽中并可在第二弧形 槽中移动。
10、 根据权利要求 6至 9之一所述的平板显示器万向支架, 其特征 在于: 所述连接板为 X形。
