作为一种改进,所述连接圈的中心孔内连接一塑料衬套,所述的转轴间隙配合在塑料衬套的内孔内,所述单向轴承的外圆周壁与塑料衬套的内孔的内壁紧贴合。单向轴承的外圆周壁与塑料衬套的内孔的内壁紧贴合,从而使两者之间弹性相抵,在相对转动时具有平稳的转动摩擦力。
作为一种改进,所述连接圈的侧壁上设有一贯穿其两端的纵向开口,且纵向开口两侧的外壁上设有两个相对的径向凸壁,所述的两个径向凸壁上安装有调节螺丝。所述调节螺丝起着拉紧纵向开口进而实质上使连接圈的中心孔夹紧包容物的作用,因此该调节螺丝可以调节连接圈的中心孔孔径的大小,从而调节转轴上单向轴承与安装孔内壁之间的摩擦力大小。
作为一种改进,所述塑料衬套上设有一贯穿其两端的纵向缺口。该纵向缺口用于方便塑料衬套夹紧单向轴承的外圆周壁,从而可以方便地调节塑料衬套与单向轴承之间的摩擦力。
作为优选,所述的转轴包括轴肩部和光杆部,所述的单向轴承安装光杆部上,所述转轴的光杆部外侧设有带两平行切边的凸块,所述转轴的轴肩部上设有一纵向切面,所述第二摇臂的一侧壁上设有与转轴的轴肩部上纵向切面相配合安装的孔,第二摇臂的另一侧壁上设有与转轴的凸块两平行切边相配合安装的长形通孔;所述转轴的凸块外端设有压紧螺丝。在第二摇臂向下转动时,单向轴承的外圆与衬套的内壁摩擦,从而不会使挂板上的显示器及第二摇臂因自重造成向下倾斜。
作为一种改进,所述底座的底部连接有支撑板,所述支撑板上螺纹连接一调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆的下端连接一旋钮,调节螺杆的上端固定连接一垫片,且垫片与底座之间设有可夹持在桌面板上的空间。该调节螺杆可以将支架本体固定连接在桌面上使用。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
如图1和图2所示;
本发明平板显示器支架,它包括支架本体和显示器挂板组件,所述的支架本体包括底座1、第一摇臂2和第二摇臂3,所述第一摇臂2的一端与底座1上的转轴可转动连接,第一摇臂2的另一端与第二摇臂3的一端可转动连接,所述的显示器挂板组件包括挂板22和连接块20,所述连接块20的一端与第二摇臂3铰接,所述连接块20的另一端与挂板22铰接,所述第一摇臂2和第二摇臂3之间设有一转动座4,所述转动座4的下端与第一摇臂2可转动连接,所述第二摇臂3通过转轴7与转动座4铰接,所述的转轴7上连接一单向轴承8,所述单向轴承8的外圆周壁与转动座4上转轴7的安装孔内壁紧贴合,所述转轴7的两端固定安装在第二摇臂3两侧壁上。
单向轴承8的外圆周壁与转动座4上转轴7的安装孔内壁紧贴合,也就是说单向轴承8的外圆周壁与转动座4上转轴7的安装孔内壁之间压紧贴合,且两者之间可以相对转动,并具有转动摩擦力。
所述单向轴承8的外圆周壁与转动座4上转轴7的安装孔内壁紧贴合,是指所述转动座4的上端固定连接一连接圈5,所述连接圈5上设有供转轴7安装的中心孔6,所述转轴7与中心孔6的内壁间隙配合,且转轴7上单向轴承8的外圆周壁与中心孔6的内壁紧贴合。
所述连接圈5的中心孔6内连接一塑料衬套13,所述的转轴7间隙配合在塑料衬套13的内孔14内,所述单向轴承8的外圆周壁与塑料衬套13的内孔14的内壁紧贴合。
所述连接圈5的侧壁上设有一贯穿其两端的纵向开口,且纵向开口两侧的外壁上设有两个相对的径向凸壁16,所述的两个径向凸壁16上安装有调节螺丝17。
所述塑料衬套13上设有一贯穿其两端的纵向缺口15。
所述的转轴7包括轴肩部10和光杆部9,所述的单向轴承8安装光杆部9上,所述转轴7的光杆部9外侧设有带两平行切边的凸块11,所述转轴7的轴肩部10上设有一纵向切面12,所述第二摇臂3的一侧壁上设有与转轴7的轴肩部10上纵向切面12相配合安装的孔18,第二摇臂3的另一侧壁上设有与转轴7的凸块11两平行切边相配合安装的长形通孔;所述转轴7的凸块11外端设有压紧螺丝19。
所述底座1的底部连接有支撑板23,所述支撑板23上螺纹连接一调节螺杆24,所述调节螺杆24的下端连接一旋钮25,调节螺杆24的上端固定连接一垫片26,且垫片26与底座1之间设有可夹持在桌面板上的空间。
实施例二:
如图3和图4所示:
本发明一种平板显示器支架,它包括支架本体和显示器挂板组件,所述的支架本体包括底座1、第一摇臂2和第二摇臂3,所述第一摇臂2的一端与底座1上的转轴可转动连接,第一摇臂2的另一端与第二摇臂3的一端可转动连接,所述的显示器挂板组件包括挂板22和连接块20,所述的第二摇臂3由上臂27和下臂21组成,所述的连接块20与挂板22铰接,所述第一摇臂2和第二摇臂3之间设有一转动座4,所述转动座4的下端与第一摇臂2可转动连接,所述第二摇臂3的上臂27的一端通过转轴7与转动座4铰接,上臂27的另一端与连接块20铰接,第二摇臂3的下臂21的一端与转动座4侧壁铰接,下臂21的另一端与连接块20铰接;所述的转轴7上连接一单向轴承8,所述单向轴承8的外圆周壁与转动座4上转轴7的安装孔内壁紧贴合,所述转轴7的两端固定安装在第二摇臂3的上臂27的两侧壁上。
单向轴承8的外圆周壁与转动座4上转轴7的安装孔内壁紧贴合,也就是说单向轴承8的外圆周壁与转动座4上转轴7的安装孔内壁之间压紧贴合,且两者之间可以相对转动,并具有转动摩擦力。
所述单向轴承8的外圆周壁与转动座4上转轴7的安装孔内壁紧贴合,是指所述转动座4的上端固定连接一连接圈5,所述连接圈5上设有供转轴7安装的中心孔6,所述转轴7与中心孔6的内壁间隙配合,且转轴7上单向轴承8的外圆周壁与中心孔6的内壁紧贴合。
所述连接圈5的中心孔6内连接一塑料衬套13,所述的转轴7间隙配合在塑料衬套13的内孔14内,所述单向轴承8的外圆周壁与塑料衬套13的内孔14的内壁紧贴合。
所述连接圈5的侧壁上设有一贯穿其两端的纵向开口,且纵向开口两侧的外壁上设有两个相对的径向凸壁16,所述的两个径向凸壁16上安装有调节螺丝17。
所述塑料衬套13上设有一贯穿其两端的纵向缺口15。
所述的转轴7包括轴肩部10和光杆部9,所述的单向轴承8安装光杆部9上,所述转轴7的光杆部9外侧设有带两平行切边的凸块11,所述转轴7的轴肩部10上设有一纵向切面12,所述第二摇臂3的一侧壁上设有与转轴7的轴肩部10上纵向切面12相配合安装的孔18,第二摇臂3的另一侧壁上设有与转轴7的凸块11两平行切边相配合安装的长形通孔;所述转轴7的凸块11外端设有压紧螺丝19。
所述底座1的底部连接有支撑板23,所述支撑板23上螺纹连接一调节螺杆24,所述调节螺杆24的下端连接一旋钮25,调节螺杆24的上端固定连接一垫片26,且垫片26与底座1之间设有可夹持在桌面板上的空间。
实施例三:
如图5和图6所示:
所述连接块20的一端水平铰接在第二摇臂3的上端,这样在转动连接块20时,所需要的力矩小,操作省力。其他同实施例一,故不细述。
以上实施例仅对本发明权利要求做了较为详细的说明,不能理解为对权利要求的限制,凡是在本发明权利要求保护范围内的任何改进,均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种平板显示器支架,它包括支架本体和显示器挂板组件,所述的支架本体包括底座(1)、第一摇臂(2)和第二摇臂(3),所述第一摇臂(2)的一端与底座(1)上的转轴可转动连接,第一摇臂(2)的另一端与第二摇臂(3)的一端可转动连接,所述的显示器挂板组件包括挂板(22)和连接块(20),所述连接块(20)的一端与第二摇臂(3)铰接,所述连接块(20)的另一端与挂板(22)铰接,其特征在于:所述第一摇臂(2)和第二摇臂(3)之间设有一转动座(4),所述转动座(4)的下端与第一摇臂(2)可转动连接,所述第二摇臂(3)通过转轴(7)与转动座(4)铰接,所述的转轴(7)上连接一单向轴承(8),所述单向轴承(8)的外圆周壁与转动座(4)上转轴(7)的安装孔内壁紧贴合,所述转轴(7)的两端固定安装在第二摇臂(3)两侧壁上。
  2. 一种平板显示器支架,它包括支架本体和显示器挂板组件,所述的支架本体包括底座(1)、第一摇臂(2)和第二摇臂(3),所述第一摇臂(2)的一端与底座(1)上的转轴可转动连接,第一摇臂(2)的另一端与第二摇臂(3)的一端可转动连接,所述的显示器挂板组件包括挂板(22)和连接块(20),所述的第二摇臂(3)由上臂(27)和下臂(21)组成,所述的连接块(20)与挂板(22)铰接,其特征在于:所述第一摇臂(2)和第二摇臂(3)之间设有一转动座(4),所述转动座(4)的下端与第一摇臂(2)可转动连接,所述第二摇臂(3)的上臂(27)的一端通过转轴(7)与转动座(4)铰接,上臂(27)的另一端与连接块(20)铰接,第二摇臂(3)的下臂(21)的一端与转动座(4)侧壁铰接,下臂(21)的另一端与连接块(20)铰接;所述的转轴(7)上连接一单向轴承(8),所述单向轴承(8)的外圆周壁与转动座(4)上转轴(7)的安装孔内壁紧贴合,所述转轴(7)的两端固定安装在第二摇臂(3)的上臂(27)的两侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的平板显示器支架,其特征在于:所述单向轴承(8)的外圆周壁与转动座(4)上转轴(7)的安装孔内壁紧贴合,是指所述转动座(4)的上端固定连接一连接圈(5),所述连接圈(5)上设有供转轴(7)安装的中心孔(6),所述转轴(7)与中心孔(6)的内壁间隙配合,且转轴(7)上单向轴承(8)的外圆周壁与中心孔(6)的内壁紧贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的平板显示器支架,其特征在于:所述连接圈(5)的中心孔(6)内连接一塑料衬套(13),所述的转轴(7)间隙配合在塑料衬套(13)的内孔(14)内,所述单向轴承(8)的外圆周壁与塑料衬套(13)的内孔(14)的内壁紧贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的平板显示器支架,其特征在于:所述连接圈(5)的侧壁上设有一贯穿其两端的纵向开口,且纵向开口两侧的外壁上设有两个相对的径向凸壁(16),所述的两个径向凸壁(16)上安装有调节螺丝(17)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的平板显示器支架,其特征在于:所述塑料衬套(13)上设有一贯穿其两端的纵向缺口(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的平板显示器支架,其特征在于:所述的转轴(7)包括轴肩部(10)和光杆部(9),所述的单向轴承(8)安装光杆部(9)上,所述转轴(7)的光杆部(9)外侧设有带两平行切边的凸块(11),所述转轴(7)的轴肩部(10)上设有一纵向切面(12),所述第二摇臂(3)的一侧壁上设有与转轴(7)的轴肩部(10)上纵向切面(12)相配合安装的孔(18),第二摇臂(3)的另一侧壁上设有与转轴(7)的凸块(11)两平行切边相配合安装的长形通孔;所述转轴(7)的凸块(11)外端设有压紧螺丝(19)。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的平板显示器支架,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的底部连接有支撑板(23),所述支撑板(23)上螺纹连接一调节螺杆(24),所述调节螺杆(24)的下端连接一旋钮(25),调节螺杆(24)的上端固定连接一垫片(26),且垫片(26)与底座(1)之间设有可夹持在桌面板上的空间。
