本实施例中所述翻转机构4包括与所述回转中心件31固定连接的固定座以及与所述固定座可相对滑动连接的活动套403,所述平板主体1与所述活动套403固定连接。固定座固定安装在回转中心件31上,活动套403相对于固定座滑动,即实现了活动套403相对于回转中心件31的翻转,由此实现活动套403绕回转中心件31的转动,通过将智能平板的平板主体1与活动套403固定连接,在活动套403翻转的过程中带动平板主体1翻转实现角度调节。
具体的,所述固定座包括内固定座401以及外固定座402,所述内固定座401与所述外固定座402之间形成活动套安装空间,所述活动套403设置在所述 活动套安装空间中,并可在所述活动套安装空间中滑动。
所述外固定座402可沿所述回转中心件31的径向向靠近或远离所述内固定座401的方向运动,可选择性通过所述内固定座401与所述活动套403之间的摩擦力以及所述外固定座402与所述活动套403之间的摩擦力实现对所述活动套403位置的固定。所述内固定座401、外固定座402以及活动套403均呈弧形结构,活动套403安装空间同样呈弧形。
当所述外固定座402沿所述回转中心件31的径向向靠近所述内固定座401的方向运动,所述活动套403安装空间缩小,所述内固定座401与所述外固定座402将所述活动套403夹紧,所述内固定座401与所述活动套403之间产生较大摩擦力,同时所述外固定座402与所述活动套403之间产生较大摩擦力,通过摩擦力实现所述活动套403相对于所述固定座的位置固定,当所述外固定座402沿所述回转中心件31的径向向远离所述内固定座401的方向运动,所述活动套403安装空间增大内固定座401以及外固定座402均与活动套403分离,摩擦力消失,所述内固定座401与所述外固定座402解除对所述内固定座401的夹紧,所述活动套403可相对于所述固定座进行翻转运动。
所述内固定座401与所述外固定座402通过连接螺栓404连接,所述活动套403上设置有能够使所述连接螺栓404穿过的弧形滑槽405。本实施例中所述连接螺栓404为两个,通过两个连接螺栓404从相互间隔的两个位置对内固定座401与外固定座402进行连接,有助于连接的稳定性。弧形滑槽405的长度与两连接螺栓404之间的距离的差值限定了活动套403相对于固定座能够翻转的范围,因此,为了保证翻转范围,优选的将弧形滑槽405的长度设置的尽量大,而在保证连接稳定性的前提下将两连接螺栓404之间的距离设置的尽量近。
所述支撑装置2还包括支撑架21以及设置在所述支撑架21上方的活动套 管22,所述活动套管22可沿自身轴线方向向靠近或远离所述支撑架21的方向移动,所述升降机构3设置在所述活动套管22中并与所述活动套管22固定连接,所述支撑架21与所述活动套管22相连接的位置设置有用于调节所述活动套管22相对于所述支撑架21的高度的调平机构23。本方案所述的支撑装置2通常包括两个支撑架21,回转中心件31同时固定连接两个所述支撑架21,在使用过程中需要保证回转中心件31保持水平,通过在支撑架21上设置调平机构23,在回转中心件31发生倾斜的情况下可通过调平机构23进行调节,以保证回转中心件31处于水平位置。本实施例中在两个所述支撑架21其中的一个上设置所述调平机构23,在其他实施例中还可以采用在两个所述支撑架21上均设置调平机构23的方式。
所述调平机构23包括设置在所述支撑架21朝向所述活动套管22的端部的顶出件24,所述顶出件24可选择性伸出所述支撑架21朝向所述活动套管22的端面。
所述支撑架21朝向所述活动套管22的端面设置有端板25,所述端板25上设置有顶出件安装孔26,所述顶出件安装孔26为螺纹孔,所述顶出件24的外表面设置有与所述螺纹孔相配合的外螺纹,所述顶出件24通过螺纹结构的旋转运动可沿所述顶出件安装孔26的轴向移动从而选择性与位于所述活动套管22上的限位件27抵接。
所述顶出件24朝向所述活动套管22的端部设置有第一限位凸台,所述活动套管22上与所述第一限位凸台对应的设置有第二限位凸台,在组装状态下第一限位凸台位于所述第二限位凸台靠近所述活动套管22的一侧,且所述第一限位凸台与所述第二限位凸台相抵接,当所述顶出件24向远离所述活动套管22的方向运动时,可将所述活动套管22向支撑架21方向拉动,实现调平机构23 的抬高以及拉低两个方向的调节。
固定座与活动套403的固定方式并不局限于上述情况,在其他实施例中还可以采用其他固定方式实现固定,如图6-8所示,在另一个优选实施例中,所述内固定座401上沿其圆周方向设置有若干固定摩擦片406,所述活动套管22上沿其圆周方向设置有若干活动摩擦片407,若干所述固定摩擦片406与若干所述活动摩擦片407相互交错设置且部分重叠,所述固定座通过所述固定摩擦片406选择性抵接所述活动摩擦片407实现对所述活动套403位置的固定。
本实施例中所述若干固定摩擦片406与所述活动摩擦片407之间相互抵接的状态下,由两者之间的摩擦实现相对固定,通过多个固定摩擦片406以及多个活动摩擦片407间隔设置,相邻的两摩擦片之间均产生摩擦力,该方案大幅度的增加了摩擦面积,具有良好的固定效果。在固定摩擦片406与活动摩擦片407不相互接触的状态下,设置有活动摩擦片407的活动套403可相对于设置有固定摩擦片406的固定座在固定座限定的弧度范围内发生翻转。
具体的,所述固定座具有用于安装所述活动套403的活动套安装空间,所述活动套403设置在所述活动套安装空间中,并可在所述活动套安装空间中绕所述旋转中心件转动,相邻所述固定摩擦片406与所述活动摩擦片407之间具有相互接触的第一状态以及相互分离的第二状态,在所述第一状态下,通过固定摩擦片406与活动摩擦片407之间的摩擦力实现限制所述活动套403相对于所述固定座的旋转,在所述第二状态下解除所述活动摩擦片407与所述固定摩擦片406之间的摩擦,使所述活动套403可相对于所述固定座进行转动。
还包括用于控制所述固定摩擦片406与所述活动摩擦片407相互接触或分离的控制组件,所述控制组件包括用于控制所述固定摩擦片406向所述活动摩擦片407方向运动的压缩弹簧408,以及用于解除所述压缩弹簧408对所述固定 摩擦片406的作用力的按压把手409。
所述控制组件还包括控制杆,所述控制杆可带动所述固定摩擦片406向靠近或远离所述活动摩擦片407的位置移动,所述压缩弹簧408套设在所述控制杆上,所述按压把手409与所述固定座铰接,且所述按压把手409上具有可选择性挤压所述控制杆的控制凸台。还包括用于安装所述控制组件的控制安装座,所述控制安装座与所述固定座固定连接,所述控制杆同时贯穿所述固定摩擦片406、所述活动摩擦片407以及所述控制安装座,所述控制杆靠近所述按压把手409的一端设置所述压缩弹簧408,通过所述压缩弹簧408控制所述固定摩擦片406与所述活动摩擦片之间的位置关系。
于本文的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“右”、等方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述和简化操作,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”,仅仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,包括平板主体以及用于支撑所述平板主体的支撑装置,所述支撑装置包括用于带动所述平板主体升降的升降机构,所述升降机构上设置有回转中心件,所述回转中心件上设置有用于带动所述平板主体翻转的翻转机构,所述平板主体与所述翻转机构固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,所述翻转机构包括与所述回转中心件固定连接的固定座以及与所述固定座可相对滑动连接的活动套,所述平板主体与所述活动套固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,所述固定座包括内固定座以及外固定座,所述内固定座与所述外固定座之间形成活动套安装空间,所述活动套设置在所述活动套安装空间中,并可在所述活动套安装空间中滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,所述外固定座可沿所述回转中心件的径向向靠近或远离所述内固定座的方向运动,可选择性通过所述内固定座与所述活动套之间的摩擦力以及所述外固定座与所述活动套之间的摩擦力实现对所述活动套位置的固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,所述内固定座与所述外固定座通过连接螺栓连接,所述活动套上设置有能够使所述连接螺栓穿过的弧形滑槽。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,所述内固定座上沿其圆周方向设置有若干固定摩擦片,所述活动套上沿其圆周方向设置有若干活动摩擦片,若干所述固定摩擦片与若干所述活动摩擦片相互交错设置且部分重叠,所述固定座通过所述固定摩擦片选择性抵接所述活动摩擦片实现对所述活动套位置的固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,还包括用于控制所述固定摩擦片与所述活动摩擦片相互接触或分离的控制组件,所述控制组件包括用于控制所述固定摩擦片向所述活动摩擦片方向运动的压缩弹簧,以及用于解除所述压缩弹簧对所述固定摩擦片的作用力的按压把手。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,所述支撑装置还包括支撑架以及设置在所述支撑架上方的活动套管,所述活动套管可沿自身轴线方向靠近或远离所述支撑架的方向移动,所述升降机构设置在所述活动套管中并与所述活动套管固定连接,所述支撑架与所述活动套管相连接的位置设置有用于调节所述活动套管相对于所述支撑架的高度的调平机构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,所述调平机构包括设置在所述支撑架朝向所述活动套管的端部的顶出件,所述顶出件可选择性伸出所述支撑架朝向所述活动套管的端面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可旋转、升降的智能平板,其特征在于,所述支撑架朝向所述活动套管的端面设置有端板,所述端板上设置有顶出件安装孔,所述顶出件安装孔为螺纹孔,所述顶出件的外表面设置有与所述螺纹孔相配合的外螺纹,所述顶出件通过螺纹结构的旋转运动可沿所述顶出件安装孔的轴向移动从而选择性与位于所述活动套管上的限位件抵接。
