Abstract
By suitable workings of two materials, preferably metal sheet of aluminium and panel of plasterboard, two V-shaped elements are obtained which are connected to each other by a suitable material to provide a novel product for angles between two walls and at the ceilings without using reinforcing angle staffs and following stucco works for stopping. This peculiarity of the product is the innovative solution of the present patent application for industrial invention. The solution proposed by the present patent application can be used with different support profiles and different types of panels used for the finish of interiors.
Description
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AN INNER ANGLE STAFF WITH VARYING ANGLE
The use of technical solutions for interiors is even more directed to dry systems made by plasterboards and profiles of zinc plated steel. Among the components of the inside finish the attention should be drawn to false ceilings, walls or box-like elements, especially walls made by plasterboards.
The current state of art provides that the stopping between two plasterboards is made by laying a peripheral profile so-called staff angle which is made by:
• metal profile perforated along the whole surface;
• microperforated paper tape;
• microperforated paper tape with metal layer;
• fibreglass net tape. The listed products have a film of adhesive material or a flash line on their inner surface to adhere to panels which are then smoothed to complete the stopping.
Said joints raised with respect to the wall are then filled with stucco to complete the stopping.
The peripheral finish is a problem of all building yards as regards both to the working precision and the building time.
The solution of the finding is the connection of two elements which are shaped separately and joined to make a product for an innovative stopping.
The present patent application for industrial
invention aims at providing a panel for right, acute and obtuse angle corners by changing the dihedral angle.
A further object of the patent application is to provide a panel of plasterboard allowing angled walls to be made without the need of stucco work to level the discontinuity between corner and wall. Another object of the present patent application is to provide a panel which can be made easily and quickly. Still a further object is to provide a panel which is stiffened by its angle arrangement.
The present solution will be more readily understood with reference to the accompanying drawings where it is shown according to embodiments given by way of an indicative, not limiting example.
Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the panel;
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the panel showing the components thereof;
Fig. 3 shows a cross section view of the panel with the V-shaped metal sheet and side wings applied to the milled area;
Fig. 4 shows a V-shaped panel milled at the adjacent sides and provided with a step connected to the wings on either side.
Fig. 5 shows a V-shaped section of the milled panel and the metal sheet formed by a broken line;
Fig. 6 shows a variation with double profile also valid as variation for the sections of Figs. 4 and 5;
Figs. 7, 8, 9 and 10 are the sections of the above- described elements showing different profiles of the milled panel;
Figs. 11, 12 and 13 are axonometric views with relative cross section views of the products of the present invention cut in columns and provided with holes 3', 4' , 5' , and 6' ;

Fig. 15 shows a milled panel A"' which is connected to a metal sheet 4" with the profile of a broken line;
Fig. 16 shows a milled panel 5"' which is connected to a metal sheet 5" with a V-shaped cross section and a side step;
Figs. 17, 18 and 19 are views of the panels and relative metal sheets with different bending angles;
Fig. 20 shows a double profile with two bending angles to form a box-like elements as shown in Fig. '21;
Figs. 21, 22, 23, 24 show a variety of panels with different dihedron angles;
Fig. 25 shows two embodiments of the present invention to provide a web;
Fig. 26 shows the product of the present state of art with staff angle profiles and stucco works;
Figs. 27 and 28, as a comparison with the state of art, show embodiments of the present invention applied to a wall and a false ceiling, respectively.
With reference to the figures the product 1 of the present invention consists of two materials, i.e. the milled panel 2 provided with a metal sheet 3 having a V-shaped cross section .and side wings which are then secured to the upper surface of the panel.
The V-shaped profile has spaced apart slots 4 or slotted columns 5 along its extension so as to form articulated joints in the final product 1. It is evident from the foregoing that the panel disclosed and illustrated can form a dihedron angle varying from 90° to 270° , thus providing a reinforced extrados, however, without the thickness of the reinforcing elements consisting of the staff angle profile conventionally used for stopping. With reference to the annexed drawings the product and its applications are directed to false ceilings, walls, or box-like elements.
The advantages of the present invention can be summarized as follows: • no waste of time for stucco works,
• working precision,
• easy application,
• provision of varying angles,
• easy integration in the existing profiles,
• lower waste of material,
• the product is adaptable to different materials for stopping,
• lower cost of installation,
• greater impact strength of the angle.
It is presently advantageous that the product is made of a panel of plasterboard connected to a metal sheet, however, the use of other materials such as wood and plastics is not excluded.
In any case formal, structural modifications can be made to the proposed invention without departing from the scope of the present industrial invention as defined in the appended claims.
