Abstract

Le dispositif d'injection (3) selon l'invention, destiné à être fixé sur la paroi de la partie inférieure d'un récipient contenant un produit à refroidir en vrac, comprend un corps cylindrique creux dans lequel est inséré une soupape (17) forcée par un ressort (19), un canal traversant(18) sensiblement parallèle à ladite soupape destiné à être alimenté en fluide cryogénique sous pression, une extrémité dudit canal traversant étant reliée au système d'alimentation en fluide cryogénique et l'extrémité opposée débouchant au niveau du siège (13) de la soupape.
