发明内容
为了克服现有的水过滤吸尘器的不足,本实用新型提供一种改进的吸尘器 的水过滤装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是 - 一种改进的吸尘器的水过滤装置, 包括顶部设有开口的水箱箱体、 一封闭 箱体的盖板、 空气导入管及空气导出口, 其中空气导入管的管口浸入箱体的水 中, 其特征是: 在空气导入管管口处设置一挡流件, 该挡流件界定出一与箱体 内部空间贯通的且一端封闭的气水混合腔, 该混合腔的幵口背对空气导出口。
所述的挡流件安装在盖板上。
所述的挡流件包括连成一体的功能部和延展部, 功能部的壁面界定出气水 混合腔, 延展部大致呈板状, 与盖板固定连接且宽度与空气导出口的宽度对应。
所述挡流件的功能部设有面向空气导入管管口的导引弧面, 其截面大致呈 倒 形。

本实用新型的有益效果是, 通过在空气导入管管口处设置一界定出一与箱 体内部空间贯通的且一端封闭的气水混合腔的挡流件, 有效地限定了由吸尘器 吸入的气流产生的水花飞溅范围, 提高了气水分离的效果, 减少了水汽对下游 的电机部件的影响。

具体实施例
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
参阅图 2和图 3,一种改进的吸尘器的水过滤装置,包括顶部设有开口的上 大下小的桶型水箱箱体 1、一封闭箱体的盖板 2、空气导入管 3及空气导出口 10, 其中空气导入管 3的管口 30浸入箱体 1的水中。
其结构特点是: 在空气导入管管口 20处设置一挡流件 4, 该挡流件 4界定 出一与箱体内部空间 11贯通的且一端封闭的气水混合腔 42,该混合腔的开口背 对空气导出口 10。
所述的挡流件 4包括连成一体的功能部 40和延展部 41, 功能部 40的截面 大致呈倒 " U "形, 设有面向空气导入管管口 20的导引弧面(400, 401 ), 其壁 面界定出气水混合腔 42;所述的延展部 41大致呈板状,与盖板 2固定连接且宽 度与空气导出口 10的宽度对应。所述的功能部 40和延展部 41之间设有加强肋 板 43。
当吸尘器启动后, 电机驱动叶轮产生吸力, 尘土等脏物随同空气一起被吸 入到水过滤装置中与箱体 1内的水相混, 从而实现水过滤的目的。 在此过程中, 混有尘土等脏物的气流从管口 20喷入到一端封闭的气水混合腔 42中, 在气水 混合腔 42和大致呈板状的挡流件延展部 41的限定下, 箱体 1内的水在气流的 作用下产生剧烈翻滚所产生的水花被控制在预定的范围内, 并强制地延长了气 流的滞留时间, 使气水从份分离, 减少了水汽对下游的电机部件的影响。
作为优选实施例, 所述由挡流件 4功能部 40界定的气水混合腔 42的幵口 靠近水箱箱体底面 11的一侧 420沿入体方向内缩, 这样有利于水能迅速补充。

4. 根据权利要求 3—种改进的吸尘器的水过滤装置, 其特征是: 所述挡流 件的功能部设有面向空气导入管管口的导引弧面, 其截面大致呈倒 "U "形。
