Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vakuumpumpe, insbesondere zum Erzeugen eines Unterdrucks in einem Bremskraftverstärker eines Kraf tfahrzeugs, mit einem aus einem relativ harten, insbesondere duroplastischen Kunststoffmaterial gebildeten Pumpengehäuseteil (1), insbesondere einem Pumpenflansch, das beziehungsweise der eine Dichtung (30) aus einem relativ weichen, insbesondere elastomeren Kunststoff material aufweist, und mit einem Rückschlagventil (5), das eine Rückschlagventilmembran (10) aufweist, wobei die Rückschlagventilmembran und die Dichtung einstückig ausgeführt sind. Weitere Erfindungen sind ein Spritzgiesswerkzeug (41,42,44,46,52,54) für das Pumpengehäuseteil (1) der erf indungsgemässen Vakuumpumpe, ein Verfahren zum Herstellen der erf indungsgemässen Vakuumpumpe mittels des erf indungsgemässen Spritzgiesswerkzeugs und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen zweier Dichtungen in einem Arbeitsgang in irgendeiner Vakuumpumpe mit einem Pumpengehäuseteil, mit einer Dichtung und mit einem eine Rückschlagventilmembran aufweisenden Rückschlagventil.
