Definitions
- the invention relates to a sweeping device, in particular a sweeping device, in particular a carpet sweeper, with at least one rotating brush having elastically bendable bristles.
- a carpet sweeper which can be slid over the floor mounted on wheels.
- the carpet sweeper has brush rollers driven by the wheels.
- a sweeping device which is characterized in that a bending device is provided, which elastically bends the bristles before their impact on the surface to be swept.
- the bending device is arranged such that the re-released bristles meet while they stretch on the surface to be swept.
- the bending device elastically bends the bristles before they impinge on the surface to be swept and releases them again, so that the re-stretching bristles whip-like meet the surface to be cleaned.
- the bending device may for example consist of a stop which is arranged in the rotation region of the bristles.
- the bending device is arranged at a distance from the rotational axis of the brush, which is smaller than the radius of the brush.
- the sweeping device has a housing.
- the bending device may be part of the housing.
- the rotating brush is arranged in a cylindrical brush housing which is open towards the surface to be swept.
- the bending device is part of the brush housing.
- the inner diameter of the brush housing is chosen smaller than the outer diameter of the brush, so that in this embodiment, one of the edges of the directed to be swept surface opening of the brush housing serves as a bending device.
- a dirt collecting container is provided with an inlet opening, wherein the brush transports the swept up dirt in the dirt collecting container.
- a further bending device is provided, which bends the bristles each after leaving the floor to be swept and releases again before reaching the inlet opening. This ensures that the bristles fling the recorded debris whip-like in the opening of the dirt collector. The part of the sweepings, the unwanted
- Hf returned to the surface to be cleaned is therefore particularly low in this embodiment.
- the diameter of the bristles increases towards the free ends.
- This embodiment has the advantage that the bristles at the free ends offer a good cleaning effect due to their increased diameter there, since the effective projected to the surface to be swept cross-sectional area is sufficiently large.
- the bristles of the cleaning brush according to the invention are flexible and movable, as they are easier to bend due to the smaller diameter in the region of their attachment and thus can easily and easily penetrate into any corner of the corners to be swept. This is a particular advantage over conventional brushes, since their bristles either do not get into the corners or unfold there due to the small effective diameter a bad sweeping effect.
- the club-shaped - at the ends heavier - bristles the effect of knocking is reinforced by the stretching bristles.
- the diameter of the bristles increases continuously towards the free ends. This embodiment is particularly suitable for more sensitive surfaces and lighter soiling.
- the diameter of the bristles increases stepwise towards the free ends. This embodiment is particularly suitable for the removal of coarse and adhering contaminants, since with the help of existing on the steps of the bristles edges an additional cleaning effect is achieved.
- the posts are at least partially made of rubber.
- the at least one brush is designed as a brush roller. This version is particularly suitable for
- the brush is designed as a disc brush, which serves in particular as a corner brush.
- the brush brushes are formed in an advantageous embodiment by a respective rotary shaft, are arranged on the bristles.
- the bristles may advantageously be arranged inclined to the ground to be swept.
- the bristles of the disc brushes are accordingly arranged in the projection in the direction of the vertical axis of rotation radially on the rotary shaft.
- the bristles of the disc brushes are arranged in a projection perpendicular to the vertical axis of rotation at an angle on the rotary shaft, which is less than 90 degrees, preferably about 70 degrees. This angle allows both easy movement of the sweeper over the ground, as well as a good additional sweeping action; especially in corners.
- the free ends of the bristles of all disc brushes are arranged in the same plane. This avoids that disturbing torque occurs through the rotating disc brushes driving the sweeper over the ground.
- the sweeping device has both at least one brush roller and a disc brush. This design is well suited for both cleaning large areas and sweeping corners.
- the sweeping device has at least three disc brushes, preferably designed as corner brushes.
- the sweeping device has a polygonal shape, in particular a triangular shape or a quadrangular shape. Particularly advantageous is the triangular shape, because a sweeping device in this form can be easily and conveniently performed in corners.
- the disc brushes are advantageous meadow in the corners of a polygon, in particular a triangle or a quadrangle arranged. This version is particularly tip over.
- the cleaning brush rotates or rotate the cleaning brushes - preferably driven by a motor - during a sweeping process.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the sweeping device according to the invention comprises at least one - preferably electric - drive device which drives the rotating brush or the rotating brushes.
- the drive device may be designed, for example, as an electric drive motor.
- the drive motor is battery operated or battery operated.
- the rotating plate brushes carry during the sweeping process at least a substantial part of the weight of the sweeping device. This ensures that the sweeping device can be easily and simply guided in all directions over the ground.
- This version is particularly easy to guide us in any direction over the surface to be swept.
- the handle in a particular embodiment receives the battery and / or the battery for the drive motor and / or the further drive motor.
- the sweeping device has a plurality of brushes, wherein each brush is associated with at least one stop element.
- the bristles of the disc brushes protrude at least partially out of the housing and / or beyond the outer contour of the housing as corner brushes in order to ensure that even angled corners can be swept out.
