また、 本願発明の持ち手部 （1 ) は、 この部分を指でつまんで、顔の上方あるい は、 顔の下方に引張った状態で、 唇を開閉運動することで、 顔全体の筋肉、 特に、 口角挙筋（8 )、大頰骨筋（9 )や口角下制筋（1 0 ) に負荷を与えるものである。 持ち手部の素材は、どのような材料でもよく、例えば、金属製や木製でも構わない。 しかし、 一体成形ができる等の、 加工し易い点から、 ポリプロピレン、 ウレタン、 エストラマー等の樹脂で形成されていることが望ましい。 し力 し、上述した記載や 図 1〜6に記載した形状や材料に限るものではない。 また、 本願発明の持ち手部 ( 1 ) は、 より好ましくは、 顔の上方あるいは、 顔の下方に引張った状態で、 唇を 開閉運動するな動作により、顔全体の筋肉、特に、 口角挙筋、大頰骨筋や口角下制 筋等の筋肉に負荷が掛け易いように、折れ曲がっているか、湾曲していることが好 ましい。また、 口腔內を痛めることのないよう負荷をかけた場合に持ち手部の折れ 曲がりや湾曲等が少し伸ばされ、 しなるような弾性を有するゴム、 シリコンゴム等 の材料で形成されていることがより好ましい。 また、 さらに指でつまみ易く、 引つ かかりが出来易いつまみ部を有していることが好ましい。つまみ部の形状やその材 質も上述した記載や図 1〜 6に記載した形状や材料に限るものではない。
また、 本願発明では、 当て部 （2) と持ち手部 ( 1 ) の間を連結部 （1 1 ) で連 結しても良い。 この連結部 （1 1 ) は、 口腔内に入れることが無いので、 特に、 材 質の規定はない。 榭脂性、 木製、金属製でも良いが、 当て部および持ち手部と連結 あるいは接合できるねじ等の機械的な継手構造を有している。
なお、本願発明の頰スリム器具は、基本的に当て部 （2 ) を左右の類と口腔上の 歯肉または、左右の頰と口腔下の歯肉の間に挿入して使用するものであるが、左右 の当て部（2 )の一方を左右どちらかの頰中央部の笑筋ゃ頰筋に当てて、歯を閉じ、 つまみ部（3 )を指でつまんで、当て部（3 )を当てた笑筋ゃ頰筋側に負荷をかけ、 唇と頰全体を閉じて、 開いての繰り返しの運動をしても高い効果が得られる。 産業上の利用可能性
( 1 )持ち手部と、左右の頰と口腔上の歯肉または、左右の類と口腔下の歯肉の間 に挿入できる一対の当て部とより構成しているため、歯肉と頰の間に器具を容易に セットでき、持ち手部を指で引っ張ることにより、任意の負荷を容易にかけること ができる。具体的には、顔の上方あるいは、顔の下方に持ち手部を引張った状態で、 唇の開閉運動をすることで、 顔全体の筋肉、 特に、 口角拳筋、 大頰骨筋および、 口 角下制筋に負荷を与えることができる。
( 2 ) 前記 （1 ) によって、 当て部は口腔の上下を問わないので、 シヮの解消. 頰 のシェイプアップに影響のある、 口角拳筋、大類骨筋、 口角下制筋に別個に負荷を かけ、 開閉運動をすることができる。
( 3 ) 前記 （1 ) によって、 引き締めたい筋肉付近に当て具を当てて口角拳筋、 大 類骨筋および、 口角下制筋に直接負荷をかけることで、頦のたるみを引き締める口 角拳筋、 大頰骨筋、 口角下制筋を部分的かつ効果的に鍛えることができ、 これらの 個所にある脂肪を燃焼させることができる。 したがって、頰全体をスリムにシヱイ プアップできる。
( 4 ) 前記 （1 ) によって、 唇奥の上部及び下部に本発明品をセットし、 つまみ部 を指で引っ張り負荷をかけながら、唇と頰をつぼめるように運動すれば、顔全体の 筋肉を運動させることができる。

請求の範囲
1 . 持ち手部と、左右の頰と口腔上の歯肉または、左右の類と口腔下の歯肉の間に 揷入できる一対の当て部より構成され、持ち手部を顔の上方あるいは、下方に引張 つた状態で、唇の開閉運動をすることで、顔全体の筋肉に負荷を与えることができ る頻スリム器具。
2 .請求項 1において、前記持ち手部と前記当て部とを連結する連結部を有する頰 スリム器具。
3 . 請求項 1または、 2において、 持ち手部につまみ部を形成した頰スリム器具。
4 . 持ち手部と、左右の頰と口腔上の歯肉または、左右の頰と口腔下の歯肉の間に 挿入できる一対の当て部と、前記持ち手部と前記当て部を連結する連結部より構成 され、持ち手部を顔の上方あるいは、下方に引張った状態で、唇の開閉運動をする ことで、 顔全体の筋肉に負荷を与えることができる頰スリム器具。
