一种带隔板的煤粉燃烧器 技术领域
本发明属于一种煤粉燃烧器,具体地属于电站煤粉锅炉启动点火 和低负荷稳燃用燃烧器,同时也可做主燃烧器。 背景技术
当前煤供应紧张,锅炉用的煤盾难以得到保证, 造成电站运行过 程中高负荷时, 炉内结渣严重, 而在低负荷运行时又必须投油助燃, 严重影响了电站锅炉的安全经济运行。燃烧器是电站锅炉着火和稳燃 用的关键, 为了节约火力发电厂锅炉启动及稳燃过程中的燃油消耗, 因此开发一种可以大幅度提高燃烧效率的煤粉燃烧器,在电站锅炉中 应用大面积推广, 成为一种迫切需求。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单,使用寿命长, 能提高燃烧效率的带隔板的煤粉燃烧器。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用以下的技术方案: 一种带隔 板的煤粉燃烧器, 包括燃烧器本体、 及置入燃烧器本体的燃烧室, 一 高温火焰导管伸入燃烧室, 其特征在于: 所述的燃烧器本体进口处连 接有弯头, 所述弯头内设有一弧形隔板。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明还采用以下进一步的技术方案: 所述弧形隔板的横截面为 C型或一字型。 所述燃烧室内壁成型有环型撞击块。
所述燃烧器本体出口处设有气膜风燃烧室,气膜风燃烧室设有环 形进口。
这种结构的燃烧器与现有技术相比具有以下优点: 1、 结构简单, 制造成本低, 2、 煤粉易于集中到燃烧室内, 从而提高火焰温度和燃 烧效率, 达到了节约能源的目的。 附图说明

参见图 1、 图 2、 图 3,本发明包括燃烧器本体 1、 及置入燃烧器 本体 1的燃烧室 2 , —高温火焰导管 3伸入燃烧室 2 , 燃烧器本体 1 进口处连接有弯头 4, 所迷弯头 4内设有一弧形隔板 5。 所述弧形隔 板 5的横截面为 C型或一字型。该隔板具有两方面的作用, 一方面可 以起到导流作用从而降低煤粉燃烧器的阻力,另一方面由于弯头的离 心作用, 大部分煤粉被集中到弧形隔板的凹面, 并被顺利输送到燃烧 室内, 高温火焰导管将一股高温气流导入燃烧室, 由于煤粉浓度高, 着火点低, 煤粉可被小股高温气流点燃。 所述燃烧室 2内壁成型有环 型撞击块 6,煤粉进入燃烧室 2与撞击块 6碰撞向中心聚集, 从而起 到强化混合燃烧的作用。所述燃烧器本体 1出口处设有气膜风燃烧室 7, 气膜风燃烧室 7设有环形进口 8 , —股相对温度较低的冷却风从 环形进口 8进入气膜风燃烧室 7内,使燃烧器主体 1壁面冷却, 从而 延长燃烧器使用寿命。
本发明可根据煤种不同可设置多级燃烧室,一般烟煤可采用两燃 烧室, 无烟煤可采用三燃烧室,根据煤种不同考虑是否使用气膜风燃 烧室。
本燃烧器用于电站煤粉锅炉启动点火和低负荷稳燃,既可以用作 辅助燃烧器, 也可以用于主燃烧器, 其结构筒单, 制造成本低, 适合 在电站锅炉中应用和推广。
上述实施例仅供说明本发明之用, 而并非对本发明的限制, 有关 技术领域的普通技术人员, 在不脱离发明的精神和范围的情况下, 还 可以做出各种变化和变型,因此所有等同的技术方案也属于本发明的 范畴, 本发明的专利保护范围应由各权利要求限定。

权利要求
1、 一种带隔板的煤粉燃烧器, 包括燃烧器本体(1)、及置入燃烧器 本体(1)的燃烧室(2), 一高温火焰导管 (3)伸入燃烧室(2), 其特征在于: 所述的燃烧器本体 (1)进口处连接有弯头 (4), 所述弯头 (4) 内设有一弧形隔板(5)。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种带隔板的煤粉燃烧器, 其特征在于: 所述弧形隔板(5)的横截面为 C型或一字型。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一种带隔板的煤粉燃烧器, 其特征在 于: 所述燃烧室 (2) 内壁成型有环型撞击块(6)。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一种带隔板的煤粉燃烧器, 其特征在 于: 所述燃烧器本体(1) 出口处设有气膜风燃烧室(7), 气膜 风燃烧室 (7)设有环形进口 (8)。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的一种带隔板的煤粉燃烧器, 其特征在于: 所述燃烧器本体( 1 )出口处设有气膜风燃烧室( 7 ), 气膜风燃 烧室 (7)设有环形进口 (8)。
