Abstract

Für die Durchführung eines Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Mikro- und/oder Nanopartikeln einer chemischen Verbindung weist eine Vorrichtung einen Behälter 3 mit einem Rührer 4 auf. Dem Behälter werden Wasser und ein erstes Edukt zugeführt, die miteinander zu einer Reaktionsflüssigkeit gemischt werden, die über eine Leitung 13 von einer Pumpe 15 in die Flüssigkeitszone 16a einer Membraneinheit 16 gefördert wird. Eine Membran 17 unterteilt die Membraneinheit 16 in die Flüssigkeitszone 16a und eine Gaszone 16b. In die Gaszone 16b wird ein gasförmiges zweites Edukt eingeleitet, das durch die Membran hindurch an die Membranoberfläche diffundiert, dort einerseits mit dem ersten Edukt der Reaktionsflüssigkeit reagiert und andererseits in die vorbeiströmende Reaktionsflüssigkeit eingetragen wird, in der die beiden Edukte reagieren und Partikel der chemischen Verbindung ausgefällt werden.
