Abstract

The present invention relates to a mobility device (100) for a domestic or industrial cleaning appliance (1), comprising at least one obstacle bypass means (200) positioned on at least one portion of the periphery of the vacuum cleaner (1) and serving as a bumper, said obstacle bypass means (200) comprising at least one movable part consisting of a strip (5) which is mounted free to rotate in a plane parallel to the plane of movement of said appliance (1) and which is placed so as to protrude with respect to the body of the appliance. It is characterized in that it comprises means (300) for rotationally guiding said strip (5) that are designed to be able to be fitted onto the outside of a shell (20) belonging to said appliance (1).
