Abstract

L'invention peut servir à produire des matériaux de construction et notamment des briques. Elle permer d'élargir la gamme des paramètres angulaires d'orientation réciproque des éléments dudit ensemble. Cet ensemble de formage et d'empilement de briques brutes comprend une presse (1) dans la table de laquelle on a disposé un moule (2) comportant des logements (3) pour briques brutes (4), un convoyeur à bande (5) pour briques brutes (4) qui est disposé le long de l'axe d'acheminement pour les briques brutes (4) depuis la presse (1) jusqu'auconvoyeur à bande (5), un wagonnet de cuisson à la vapeur (6), un extracteur (8) disposé mobile le long du convoyeur à bande (5) et destiné à transférer les briques brutes (4) de la presse (1) au convoyeur à bande (4) et dispositif d'empilement (9) servant à transporter les briques brutes (4) depuis la bande de conveyeur (5) pour briques brutes (4) jusqu'au wagonnet de cuisson à la vapeur (6). Les parois longitudinales du moule (2) et la voie (7) sur laquelle on a disposé mobile le wagonnet de cuisson à la vapeur (6) sont placées à un angle qui est supérieur à 60° mais inférieur à 90° ou supérieur à 90° mais inférieur à 120° par rapport au convoyeur à bande (5) pour briques brutes (4). Les logements (3) du moule (2) sont disposés en quatre rangées, orientées à un angle supérieur à 0° mais égal ou inférieur à 10° par rapport au convoyeur à bande (5) destiné aux briques brutes (4); chaque rangée comporte au moins deux logements (3).
