Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un module d'échangeur de chaleur destiné à un échangeur de chaleur d'accumulateurs d'énergie électrochimiques. Selon ledit procédé, des canaux d'échangeur de chaleur ainsi que des demi-tubes répartiteurs aller et collecteurs de retour sont ménagés dans deux bandes de matériau respectives par emboutissage profond; des tubes répartiteurs aller et collecteurs de retour sont formés par rabattement sur 180° des extrémités des bandes de matériau, comprenant les demi-tubes répartiteurs aller et collecteurs de retour, puis un module d'échangeur de chaleur est obtenu par alignement et assemblage des bandes de matériau ainsi pourvues des tubes répartiteurs aller et collecteurs de retour.
