Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Oberflächenstrukturen und Element mit Oberflächenstruktur zur Verwendung für Biosensoren und die Herstellung von Zellleitstrukturen. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Herstellung zu vereinfachen und eine reproduzierbare Strukturierung zu ermöglichen. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Substrat mit einer Schicht aus überwiegend tetraedisch gebundenem amorphen Kohlenstoff versehen. Durch lokales Beschießen mit einer Strahlung oder mittels eines Mikrohandhabungssystems, zwischen dessen Spitze und der Schicht eine Potentialdifferenz vorhanden ist, wird eine lokale Umwandlung des amorphen Kohlenstoffs in graphitische Bindungsstrukturen erreicht, was zur Bildung von zueinander beabstandeten Bereichen mit größerem Volumen und/oder größerer elektrischer Leitfähigkeit führt. Auf solche Bereiche wird eine metallische Beschichtung aufgebracht, auf die wieder Fängermoleküle über an sich bekannte Bindungsmechanismen abgeschieden werden.
