具体地, 所述回铃音管理控制单元包括回铃音资源信息单元、 回铃音查 询单元、 资源管理单元和用户管理单元: 所述回铃音控制单元, 用于向所选 择的媒体资源发送播放指令, 指示媒体资源播放回铃音; 所述回铃音资源信 息单元, 用于存储通用个人号码的回铃音信息和媒体资源信息; 所述回铃音 查询单元, 根据主叫信息和媒体资源信息为回铃音的播放配置最佳的媒体资 源; 所述资源管理单元, 用于检测 /接收媒体资源中的回铃音信息, 更新回铃 音信息与媒体资源信息; 所述用户管理单元, 用于为用户端提供其特定号码 的设置 /取消回铃音的管理维护。
当 UPT用户号码被呼叫时, 网络触发相应的应用服务器的业务,应用服 务器中的 UPT业务功能实体根据用户登记的信息把本次呼叫路由到一个具 体的目的号码上。在呼叫振铃时,媒体资源选择单元向 UPT业务数据功能实 体的回铃音管理控制单元中的回铃音查询单元查询选择本次呼叫播放具体 的回铃音和播放回铃音的媒体资源。回铃音管理控制单元是整个 UPT业务数 据功能实体的一部分, 当然也可以单独部署, 其主要功能是存储媒体资源以 及回铃音相关的信息,维护 UPT业务可用的回铃音资源信息, 包括铃音全局 的唯一标识、 及其他相关信息, 如媒体资源位置信息, 媒体资源所支持的回 铃音信息等; 回铃音管理控制单元根据呼叫的主叫信息、 目的号码以及用户 为该目的号码订阅的回铃音信息等为本次呼叫选择一个媒体资源, 由此媒体 资源向主叫播放被叫定制的回铃音音。
例如作为被叫的 UPT用户分别为不同的目的号码登记了不同的回铃音, 假设本次呼叫业务要路由到一个具体的固定电话上, 那么本次呼叫播放的回 铃音就应该是 UPT用户为固定电话设置的回铃音,当选择播放该回铃音的具 体媒体资源实体,需要参考主叫信息,选择判断的依据可以是距离主叫远近, 系统的负荷等因素。 媒体资源选择模块根据查询到的媒体资源信息, 通知
UPT应用服务器指示相关的媒体资源向主叫用户播放回铃音。 当被叫应答 时, 应用服务器指示媒体资源暂停播放回铃音, 并接通主被叫进行通话。 卞 面以实施例详细说明本发明方案。
假设用户 1申请了 UPT业务, 其 UPT号码是 7002323 , 用户 1根据作息习惯 通过 UPT应用服务器的管理接口设置不同的转移号码, 分別为办公电话和手 机号码两个号码, 工作时间把呼叫转移到公司电话 2878XXXX, 其他时间把 呼叫转移到手机 135XXXXXXXX上。 如附图 4所示, 用户 1的 UPT应用服务器 除了存储有 UPT号码的信息外, 还可以通过业务提供的用户管理单元分别为 两个号码 2878XXXX和 135XXXXXXXX登记呼叫的回铃音信息为: 回铃音 1 和回铃音 2, 具体在业务数据库中存储的用户配置信息如表 1所示, 用户可以 根据具体实际需求增加默认回铃音等配置信息, 通过用户管理界面对配置信 息进行更新配置操作。

7002323 135XXXXXXXX 回铃音 2编码 表 1 为了实现对媒体资源的优化管理, 避免网络资源的浪费, 可以根据需要 对回铃音信息进行统一编码, 进行统一管理, 并配置回铃音和媒体对应关系 的相关信息表,如表 2所示。在 UPT业务数据功能实体中增加媒体资源的信 , 由资源管理单元进行信息的更新和维护。 如表 3所示, 媒体资源相关信息存 储在资源管理单元中, 资源管理单元可以检测或接收媒体资源上报的回铃音 信息, 动态更新表 2和表 3中的相关内容。 回铃音查询单元主要为业务提供查 询接口并执行相关查询动作。 例如 UPT应用服务器发送一条查询请求, 其中 包含主叫信息, UPT号码和本次呼叫具体目的号码等, 回铃音查询单元根据 主叫信息, 如表 3中的媒体资源信息, 匹配出离主叫最近、 负荷良好的媒体 资源。再根据 UPT号码和本次呼叫的具体目的根据表 1的信息匹配出本次呼叫 的具体的回铃音。 然后根据两次得出的结果和表 2中的信息相互校验。 如果 相符合, 则把该媒体资源地址和回铃音信息反馈给 UPT庄用服务器, 由应用 服务器指示该媒体资源为主叫播放回铃音。 如果匹配不成功说明距离主叫最 近的媒体资源不支持 UPT用户设置的回铃音, 回铃音查询功能按照前面的方 法找出次佳的媒体资源并将相关的信息反馈给业务。 同时通知资源管理单 元, 资源管理单元根据该回铃音的使用情况通过相关途径把该回铃音从其他 媒体资源上分发到该媒体资源, 并更新表 2的相关信息, 以后再有类似的呼 叫时, 就能够使用该最佳媒体资源为主叫用户提供回铃音服务。 当然要达到 同样的目的可以能还有其他的信息组织方式, 以上方法只是其中的一种, 而 且为了实现其他具体的功能如回铃音切换, 默认回铃音等可以在以上信息基 础上再增加相关的属性。

表 3 在本实施例中, 假设网络中有两个媒体资源同时为网络提供回铃音资 源, 媒体资源信息如表 4, 其中, 如果负荷信息分为 10个级别, 则存储在业 务数据库中的具体回铃音对应的相关信息如表 5所示 , 实际负荷变化由资源 管管理单元根据实际情况进行更新。

如果在非工作时间, 用户 1的同学以用户 A为主叫从北京拨打用户 1的 UPT号码呼叫用户 1 , 结合附图 2, 描述 UPT业务的呼叫流程。
1、 用户 A使用用户 1的 UPT号码呼叫用户 1;
2、 UPT应用服务器根据用户登记的信息选择具体的被叫号码,这里为 用户 1的手机号码 135XXXXXXXX, 并向呼叫会话控制功能实体发送业务请 求消息;
3、 呼叫会话控制功能实体根据接收到的业务请求消息, 呼叫用户终 端 135XXXXXXXX, 将呼叫请求发送至 135XXXXXXXX;
4、 呼叫会话控制功能实体根据用户终端 135XXXXXXXX是否返回响 应振铃消息来判断 135XXXXXXXX是否处于空闲模式, 如果是, 则执行步驟
5、 呼叫会话控制功能实体向应用服务器发送触发业务消息;
6、 应用服务器向回铃音资源管理控制模块发送查询请求信息, 回铃 音资源管理控制模块根据主被叫相关信息结合媒体资源负荷配置最佳的媒 体资源, 并向应用服务器返回查询结果;
应用服务器中的媒体资源选择模块将本次呼叫的相关信息,如主被叫号 码、 被叫号码和被叫设置的回铃音信息等发送到回铃音资源管理控制模块, 为本次呼叫配置最佳的媒体资源播放回铃音。 结合附图 3, 说明配置媒体资 源播放回铃音的流程。 回铃音查询单元根据主叫号码信息查知用户 A位置为 北京, 对存储的媒体资源情况比较, 由于媒体资源 2位于北京, 所以选择媒 体资源 2为本次呼叫的最佳媒体资源 , 进一步根据号码 135XXXXXXXX查询 本次呼叫要播放的回铃音是回铃音 2, 并通过验证位于北京的媒体资源 2支持 播放回铃音 2, 回铃音查询单元向应用服务器返回媒体资源 2和回铃音 2信息, 同时向资源管理单元发送通知信息, 资源管理单元更新回铃音 2的使用率, 资源管理单元还可以通过相关途径把该回铃音从其他媒体资源上分发到该 媒体资源, 并更新表 2的相关信息, 应用服务器在接收到回铃音 2和媒体资源 2地址信息后, 指示媒体资源 2播放回铃音, 用户 1通过手机 135XXXXXXXX 接听后, 业务系统指示媒体资源停止播放回铃音, 并接通主被叫进行通话。 实现这一步前提是要在回铃音资源管理控制模块中保存媒体资源的相关 信息, 如位置、 所能支持的回铃音信息, 系统负荷等, 其中回铃音信息可以 采用全网唯一标识的方法, 这样要查询支持某一特定回铃音的媒体资源时, 就可以准确的判断其对应的具体的媒体资源。 具体的回铃音信息还需要查询 本次呼叫的具体号码对应用户所设置的回铃音。 在选择媒体资源时还需要参 考主叫的信息, 筛选距离主叫最近的媒体资源来为主叫播放回铃音, 如果选 择出的最佳媒体资源不支持该回铃音, 资源管理单元就选择次佳的媒体资 源, 直到找到一个满足条件的媒体资源为主叫服务。 同时为了网络中回铃音 资源的优化组合, 当最佳的媒体资源不支持该回铃音时, 资源管理单元主动 把该回铃音从其他支持的媒体资源分发到该最佳的媒体资源上, 并更新媒体 资源管理控制系统中该媒体资源所支持的回铃音相关的信息。 以备后续在有 类似的回铃音呼叫时, 可以由该最佳媒体资源为其提供回铃音服务。
7、 应用服务器根据接收到的结果向相应的媒体资源发送播放回铃音 的指示;
8、 媒体资源向应用服务器返回请求响应;
9、 应用服务器向呼叫会话控制功能实体返回响应消息, 包含媒体资 源的相关信息, 如媒体资源地址、 端口、 媒体流支持的协议等;
10、 呼叫会话控制功能实体将相关媒体资源的信息返回给主叫用户终 端 A, 媒体资源开始向主叫播放被叫设置的回铃音;
11、 被叫终端用户应答呼叫后, 向呼叫会话控制功能实体发送应答消 息;
12、 呼叫会话控制功能实体通知应用服务器主叫应答;
13、 应用服务器接到主叫应答消息后, 请求媒体资源结束彩铃的播放。
14、 媒体资源响应应用服务器的请求, 结束彩铃的播放, 并向应用服 务器返回响应消息。
15、 应用服务器向主叫发送应答消息, 主被叫进行通话。
本发明实施例主要为 UPT 系统提供了一个统一的回铃音资源管理控制 平台, 易于结合 UPT系统实现回铃音的全网统一管理控制; 可以根据呼叫的 主叫号码、 被叫号码和回铃音本身信息由系统选择一个最佳的媒体资源为主 叫提供回铃音, 优化网络资源。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此,本领域普通技术人员知道,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下, 就可使本发明有许多变形和变化, 任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭露的技 术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种实现通用个人号码回铃音业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括, 根据被叫信息确定播放的回铃音, 以及,
根据主叫信息、 媒体资源信息和所述回铃音信息确定播放该回铃音的媒 体资源;
所述媒体资源播放所述回铃音。
2. 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于,
所述被叫信息包括通用个人号码;
为所述通用个人号码中的被叫具体号码设置对应的回铃音。
3. 如权利要求 2所述方法, 其特征在于,
根据主叫信息、 媒体资源信息选择最佳媒体资源;
建立回铃音和支持该回铃音播放的媒体资源对应信息表; 所述信息表包 括主叫信息、 媒体资源信息;
根据所述信息表确定播放该回铃音的最佳媒体资源。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述主叫信息为主叫位置信 息; 所述媒体资源信息为媒体资源的位置信息或负荷信息。
5. 一种实现通用个人号码回铃音业务的装置, 其特征在于, 包括, 媒体资源选择单元, 用于根据主叫信息、 媒体资源信息和根据被叫信息 确定播放的回铃音确定播放该回铃音的媒体资源; 以及,
回铃音控制单元, 用于指示媒体资源播放回铃音。
6. 如权利要求 5所述装置, 其特征在于还包括,
回铃音查询单元, 用于根据媒体资源选择单元发送的查询请求查询媒体 资源信息, 以及配置播放所述回铃音的媒体资源。
7. 如权利要求 6所述装置, 其特征在于还包括,
资源管理单元, 用于检测或接收媒体资源中的回铃音信息, 更新回铃音 与媒体资源对应信息, 向回铃音查询单元提供查询信息。
8. 如权利要求 7所述装置, 其特征在于还包括,
回铃音资源信息单元, 用于存储通用个人号码的具体目的号码对应的回 铃音信息, 向回铃音查询单元提供查询信息。
9. 一种实现通用个人号码回铃音业务系统, 包括应用服务器和媒体资 源, 其特征在于,
所述应用服务器中包括媒体资源选择单元和回铃音控制单元, 其中, 所述媒体资源选择单元, 用于根据主叫信息、 媒体资源信息和根据被叫 信息确定播放的回铃音确定播放该回铃音的媒体资源;
所述回铃音控制单元, 用于指示媒体资源播放回铃音。
10. 如权利要求 9所述系统, 其特征在于, 还包括 UPT业务数据功能实 体, 所述 UPT业务数据功能实体中包括回铃音查询单元, 用于根据媒体资源 选择单元发送的查询请求查询媒体资源信息, 以及配置播放所述回铃音的播 放媒体资源。
11. 如权利要求 10所述系统, 其特征在于所述 UPT业务数据功能实体 中还包括资源管理单元, 用于检测或接收媒体资源中的回铃音信息, 更新回 铃音与媒体资源对应信息, 向回铃音查询单元提供查询信息。
12. 如权利要求 11所述系统, 其特征在于所述 UPT业务数据功能实体 中还包括回铃音资源信息单元, 用于存储通用个人号码的具体目的号码对应 的回铃音信息, 向回铃音查询单元提供查询信息。
