Abstract

The invention relates to methods for producing oils from vegetable raw material and can be used for obtaining a fatty cosmetic and medicinal oil from high-oily wastes of tobacco plantations in the form of tobacco seeds. The inventive method consists in carrying out at least a triple mechanical cleaning of tobacco seeds on sieves, in pressing the seeds by means of worm presses, in dividing a product into liquid and solid fractions, in settling the liquid fraction of oil for five days and in carrying out the triple filtration of the oil through paper filters. Wherein, while pressing the tobacco-seeds are divided into two fractions: a liquid fraction in the form of an oil and a solid fraction in the form of a cake.

Description

A method of producing tobacco oil for cosmetic and medical purposes while preserving natural properties.
The invention relates to methods for the production of oils from plant materials and can be used to obtain oily cosmetic, medical oils from high-oil waste from tobacco plantations, tobacco seeds.
The technical result is a phased production of high-oil 'raw materials of fatty oil with the preservation of natural properties, followed by its purification and production of cosmetic and medical tobacco oil that meets the requirements of the pharmacopeia article.
The method for producing cosmetic cosmetic and medical oils involves at least three mechanical cleaning of raw materials - tobacco seeds on sieves, until all kinds of impurities are completely removed, pressing the seeds on screw presses, simultaneously grinding them, and separating them into liquid fractions - oil and solid cake. Выход очищенного косметического, медицинского табачного масла из 100кг семян составляет 8-10 литров.- Fuzu, and the oil remains on top. The top layer is carefully separated from the fuser and sent to the final cleaning, which is carried out by triple filtration through paper filters in a container made of colorless glass. Filtered (purified) <oil is transferred to 5-10 dm orange glass bottles in which it is stored in cool place before implementation. The yield of purified cosmetic, medical tobacco oil from 100 kg of seeds is 8-10 liters.

Determination of toxicity of tobacco oil was carried out on a group of white mice (8 goals). The test oil was injected intragastrically at the maximum possible dose of 5000 mg / kg; no poisoning or death clinics were noted. Toxicological studies were also conducted on white rats weighing 220-230 gr. The studied sample was applied to the clipped portion of the lateral surface of the body, rubbed with a glass rod. We observed the reaction of experimental skin areas. Behavior, the appearance of animals. Signs of skin irritation were not noted, the behavior of animals without features. Thus, tobacco oil does not have a skin-irritating and skin-resorptive property.
