Abstract

Dans des systèmes de téléphonie VoIP connus, une communication avec un utilisateur dont seul le code d'utilisateur est connu d'un service Internet ne peut pas être établie sans autre forme de procès. L'interface utilisateur selon l'invention est conçue sous forme de module d'extension pour un navigateur. Ce navigateur reçoit un document (D) par Internet et cherche des codes d'utilisateur (I1-I3) dans le document reçu (D), tout en comparant des chaînes de caractères apparaissant dans le document avec des codes d'utilisateur enregistrés dans une banque de données. Une fois les codes d'utilisateur trouvés (I1-I3), le module d'extension ajoute un élément d'entrée correspondant (SY1-SY3) au document, de sorte qu'une liaison de communication peut être établie avec l'utilisateur correspondant lorsqu'un élément d'entrée (SY1-SY3) est activé.
