Abstract

L'invention concerne un homogénéisateur (11, 11', 11'') permettant d'élaborer des produits aptes à l'écoulement, tels que des émulsions, des suspensions ou des produits analogues, lequel homogénéisateur comporte un rotor (13, 13', 13''), pourvu de pales de rotor (20, 21, 22) et pouvant être entraîné au moyen d'un moteur (27), ainsi qu'un stator tournant (14, 14', 14'') pourvu d'éléments d'écoulement (23, 24). L'objectif de cette invention est de simplifier la structure d'homogénéisateurs à stator tournant connus. A cet effet, un dispositif d'accouplement (34, 35, 36, 39, 46) est prévu, lequel dispositif permet d'accoupler le stator (14, 14', 14'') au rotor (13, 13', 13'') ou de le désaccoupler dudit rotor de manière sélective, le stator (14, 14', 14'') en position accouplée pouvant être entraîné par le rotor (13, 13', 13'').
