Definitions
- the invention relates to a comminution tool with a tool carrier, which carries on a base part a first and a second holder, wherein the two holders are arranged spaced apart in the tool feed direction, each of the holders has at least one cutting element.
- Such a comminuting tool is known from US Pat. No. 6,047,912 and is used for comminution, in particular, of shredded material and tree trunks, but also of waste material.
- On a cylindrical rotor of a machine holders are attached to which the tool carrier can be screwed.
- the tool carriers are U-shaped and have two holders, which are arranged at a distance from each other at a connecting portion.
- Each of the holders carries a cutting element which acts on the material to be comminuted.
- the cutting elements are arranged offset to one another in the radial direction, so that the projecting, arranged in the tool feed direction rear cutting element
- BESTATIGUNGSKOPIE Separates pieces from the material to be crushed and the second cutting element further machined the removed pieces.
- the cutting element is replaceable attached to the tool carrier. It has been shown that with increasing service life wear on the tool carrier occurs, which prevents secure fixing and clamping of the cutting element. In this case, then the entire tool carrier must be replaced.
- At least one of the holder has a receptacle into which a bit holder is exchangeably inserted, that the bit holder interchangeably receives a bit insert and that the bit insert carries the cutting element.
- the tool carrier, the bit holder and the cutting insert form a coordinated wear system.
- the cutting insert which is exposed to the greatest wear, can be replaced if necessary.
- it must be solved only by the chisel holder, which is user-friendly.
- the bit holder is arranged in the area which is subjected to the greatest wear after the cutting insert. In case of wear, especially if the bit insert can not be securely fastened, the bit holder can be replaced.
- the tool carrier which represents a large mass and thus costly component, can be used over a very long life cycle.
- a wear-optimized tool design also results, in particular, when it is provided that the second holder, which is arranged in the rearward direction of the tool feed, carries the bit holder, and that the cutting insert of this chisel holder projecting transversely to the tool feed direction radially over the cutting insert of the first holder. It makes use of the knowledge that the second holder is exposed to the strongest wear.
- the first holder can be equipped with a chisel holder and a cutting insert.
- a chisel insert carrying the cutting element is interchangeably arranged on the first holder.
- a preferred variant of the invention is such that the first holder in the tool feed direction at least partially covers the interface between the second holder and the bit holder assigned to it.
- the bit holder can then be easily connected to the tool holder, if it is provided that the bit holder has a holding lug, which is inserted into a bit holder holder of the second holder, and that the bit holder is fixed by means of a fastening screw braced in the bit holder receptacle , About the bracing, the bit holder can be fixed without play even in the case of manufacturing tolerances.
- the bit holder has at least one support section which is supported flat on a support surface of the second holder.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention may be such that the holding attachment of the chisel holder has a screw receptacle, which is arranged in alignment with a screw receptacle in the second holder, and that the chisel holder is secured by means of a fastening.
- fixing screw which is guided by the screw holder, can be fixed to the second holder.
- Securing the chisel insert to the chisel holder is easily achieved by having the chisel insert secured to the second holder having a base body to which a centering lug is formed, the centering lug being inserted into a centering recess of the chisel holder, and the chisel insert by means of a clamping screw is held in the region of the centering on the bit holder.
- the cutting forces can then be derived via the fit centering centering approach and the clamping screw is kept free of the cutting forces.
- bit insert is supported by means of one or more support surfaces transversely to the tool feed direction positively against mating surfaces of the bit holder.
- the transition region between the bit holder and the bit insert is protected against washouts, it can preferably be provided that the interface between the bit insert and the bit holder in the tool feed direction is at least partially covered by the first holder.
- a precisely fitting fixation of the chisel insert on the first holder can be realized in a simple manner by supporting the chisel insert secured to the first holder by means of a support section in the tool advance direction on a support surface of the first holder such that an additional support surface adjoins this support surface at an angle in that the first holder has a screw receptacle which is screwed in alignment with a threaded receptacle inserted in the support section of the bit insert, and in that the further support surface is the peripheral tool bit insert the screwing supported.
- the chisel insert is thus set against rotation.
- the first holder has two mutually parallel spaced side surfaces which extend in the tool feed direction, and that the bit insert has support portions which bear against the side surfaces. Then the fixing screw fixing the bit insert is kept clear of the cutting forces during the operation insert.
- the transition region of the bit holder to the tool carrier can be protected in a simple manner from abrasive attack, if it is provided that the bit holder has a projection which engages over a front surface arranged in the tool advance direction.
- FIG. 4 shows a further shredding tool in a perspective front view.
- FIG. 1 shows a crushing tool with a tool carrier 10 dargterrorism.
- the tool carrier 10 is constructed in a side view (see Fig. 3) U-shaped from a connecting portion 11 and two integrally molded thereon holders 13, 16.
- the first holder 13 is arranged in the tool advance direction in front of the second holder 16.
- the tool feed direction is indicated in Fig. 3 with an arcuate arrow (V).
- a mounting hole in the tool carrier 10 is introduced in each case. These are used to attach a cylindrical rotor, such as a wood crushing plant.
- the first holder 13 has in the region of its free end on the front side a receptacle 14. This is limited by two mutually perpendicular support surfaces 15.1, 15.2.
- the support surface 15.2 is part of a solid support block 13.2, which extends from the support surface 15.2 counter to the tool feed direction.
- a chisel insert 40 is inserted in the receptacle 14.
- the chisel insert 40 has a base body, on the side two support portions 43 are web-like formed. The support portions 43 lie with their inner surfaces flat against the extending in the tool feed direction side surfaces of the support block 13.2.
- the tool insert 40 continues to be supported with a rear wall 44 extending between the support sections 43 in a planar manner against the support section 15.2 and with a bottom surface on the support section 15.1.
- a fastening screw 15.3 is used for fixing the tool insert 40. This is passed through a screw of the support block and screwed into a threaded receptacle 41 of the tool insert 40.
- the tool insert is prevented with the support portions 43 and the support surface 15.1 at a rotation in the circumferential direction of the fastening screw 15.3.
- the tool insert 40 is equipped at the front with two adjacently arranged, hard material (such as carbide or ceramic) existing cutting elements 42. These are soldered into a receptacle of the bit insert 40.
- the division into at least two cutting elements 42 offers a lower risk of breakage for the cutting elements 42 than if a cutting element 42 extending over the entire width of the bit insert 40 were used.
- the tool carrier 10 is provided on the holder 13 with a thickening 13.1, which widens the cross section of the holder 13. The thickening is arranged in the region behind the transition region between the support surfaces 15.1, 15.2, so that therefore increases the subsequent shear surface and thus the stability is increased.
- the second holder 16 has a standing at an angle to the feed direction support surface 16.2.
- a chisel holder receptacle 16.1 is recessed.
- the chisel holder receptacle 16.1 is, as shown in FIG. 3 can be clearly seen, formed in part-circular cross-section.
- a holding lug 21 of a chisel holder 20 is inserted in the bit holder holder 16.1 .
- the retaining lug 21 is adapted in cross section to the shape of the bit holder receptacle 16.1.
- the bit holder 20 can only be inserted laterally into the bit holder receptacle 16.1 and the retaining lug 21 is held transversely to the feed direction, in centrifugal force, positively.
- a fastening screw 16.4 is used for fixing the chisel holder 20. This can be inserted into a rear side introduced into the holder 16 bore. The bore is aligned with a screw in the retaining lug 21 and can be screwed behind the retaining lug 21 in a threaded receptacle in the holder 16. The position alignment of the threaded receptacle and the screw receptacle in the retaining lug 21 is selected so that the holder 20 is pressed when tightening the fastening screw 16.4 with a subsequent to the retaining lug 21 pressure surface on the support surface 16.2. Thus, the bit holder 20 is tensioned free of play with the holder 16.
- the bit holder 20 is provided on its side facing away from the holding projection 21 with a receptacle for a bit insert 30.
- This receptacle is bounded by two mating surfaces 23, 24, on which the bit insert 30 is supported in a planar manner with support surfaces 32, 33.
- the bit insert 30 has a centering projection, which projects beyond the support surface 32 and engages in a centering receiving corresponding cross-section in the holder 16.
- the bit insert 30 is fixed transversely to the feed direction positively on the bit holder 20.
- a clamping screw 26 is used to attach the bit insert. These is inserted into a screw receptacle in the bit holder 20 and screwed into a mating threaded receptacle in the bit insert 30. In this case, the bit insert 30 is pulled against the counter surface 24.
- a rotationally secure fixing of the bit insert 30 is achieved.
- the projection of the first holder 13 against the feed direction covers both the interface between the tool carrier 10 and the bit holder 20, as well as the interface between the bit holder 20 and the bit insert 30 Tool insert protected from erosion by eroded material.
- FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment variant of a comminuting tool.
- the construction corresponds essentially to that of the comminution tool according to FIGS. 1 to 3, for which reason reference is made to the above statements and here only the differences are discussed.
- the tool carrier 10 according to FIG. 4 has no thickening 16.3 below the chisel holder 20. Rather, the bit holder carries a skirt-like projection 27. This extends the discharge surface 22.
- the projection 27 engages over and covers in the width direction completely formed between the support surface 16.2 and the front surface 16.5 of the second holder 16 edge region. In order for the projection 27 protects the front surface of the second holder 16 before the abrasive attack of the crushed material.
