当前, 随着电信技术的不断发展, 用户对于电信服务的要求也日益 提高, 许多个性化的电信业务由此涌现。 但是, 现有电信业务中还没有 能够由主叫终端为被叫终端定制作为振铃提示的多媒体资源的业务, 为 叙述方便, 本文中将这种业务简称为彩像业务, 并将主叫终端所定制的 用于作为振铃提示向被叫终端播放的多媒体资源称为彩像资源, 彩像资 源可包括: 图片、 文字、 音频、 视频中的一种或者其任意组合。 发明内容
本发明提供了一种实现彩像业务的系统和方法, 该系统能够实现由 主叫终端为被叫终端定制彩像资源。
本发明还提供了一种应用服务器(AS, Application Server ), 实现对 彩像业务的控制。
本发明还提供了一种用户终端, 作为彩像业务的被叫终端, 能够播 放主叫终端为其定制的彩像资源。
本发明还提供了一种多媒体资源功能实体 (MRP , Multimedia Resource Function ), 实现在彩像业务中向被叫终端播放主叫终端为被叫 终端定制的彩像资源。 一种实现彩像业务的系统包括:
资源存储实体, 其用于存储主叫终端定制的彩像资源;
资源播放实体, 其用于从资源存储实体下载所述彩像资源, 并播放 所述彩像资源;

这里, 提出了两种实现彩像业务的系统。
( 1 )本发明第一种实现彩像业务的系统
图 1是本发明第一种用于实现彩像业务的系统的组网图, 图 1中, 由被叫终端作为资源播放实体, 这种情况下, 要求被叫终端自身具有彩 像资源下载和播放能力。

( 2 )本发明第二种实现彩像业务的系统
图 2是本发明第二种用于实现彩像业务的系统的组网图。 图 2中, 由被叫终端之外的具有彩像资源下载和播放能力的实体作为资源播放 实体, 这种情况下, 对于被叫终端自身是否具有彩像资源下载和播放能 力没有要求。
其中, 主叫终端定制彩像业务后, 其定制的彩像资源存储于资源播 放实体可访问的资源存储实体中, 彩像业务控制实体可实时获知主叫终 端定制的彩像资源的存储地址。
彩像业务控制实体用于在主叫终端呼叫被叫终端时, 将主叫终端定 制的彩像资源的存储地址发送给资源播放实体, 并用于通过转发资源播 放实体与被叫终端之间交互的彩像会话信息, 建立资源播放实体与被叫 终端之间的用于播放彩像资源的媒体通道, 且在获知被叫用户的摘机事 件后, 指示资源播放实体停止向被叫终端播放彩像资源。
资源播放实体用于从资源存储实体下载主叫终端定制的彩像资源, 并在呼叫流程进行到需要向被叫终端播放振铃提示时, 向被叫终端播放 所下载的彩像资源。 不同的网絡中分别由不同的网络实体作为资源播放 实体,例如在 IMS架构中,可由多媒体资源功能实体(MRF, Multimedia Resource Function )作为资源播放实体。
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例, 并参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
以下实施例均以在 IMS架构下实现彩像业务的方法为例,详细说明 本发明是如何实现彩像业务的。
由于在 IMS网络中,业务通常由应用服务器( AS , Application Server ) 统一提供, 因此, 以下实施例中都以 AS作为彩像业务控制实体。 优选 情况下,以主叫终端第三方注册的会话业务 AS作为彩像业务控制实体, 所述的主叫终端第三方注册的会话业务 AS 是指由第三方, 通常是 S-CSCF, 代替主叫终端注册的会话业务 AS。 以下, 将主叫终端第三方 注册的会话业务 AS简称为会话业务 AS。
实施例一:
本实施例采用本发明第一种实现彩像业务的系统的原理, 也就是 说, 本实施例中的被叫终端具有彩像资源下载和播放能力。 本实施例中,主叫终端定制的彩像资源存储在 IMS网絡中可由统一 资源定位器(URL, Uniform Resource Locator )地址寻址到的资源存储 实体中, 并由会话业务 AS作为彩像业务控制实体, 会话业务 AS可实 时获知主叫终端定制的彩像资源的 URL地址。 具体地, 主叫终端定制 的彩像资源的 URL地址可存储在会话业务 AS中,也可存储在诸如归属 签约用户服务器( HSS, Home Subscriber Server )之类会话业务 AS能够 访问并获取数据的数据中心。
图 3a示出了会话业务 AS的结构示意图。 如图 3a所示, 在本实施 例中, 会话业务 AS包括:
彩像资源通知模块, 在接收到主叫终端发来的正式会话信息后, 获 取主叫终端定制的彩像资源的存储地址并发送给被叫终端。
可选地, 会话业务 AS还包括: 彩像资源地址存储模块, 用于存储 主叫终端定制的彩像资源的存储地址。
图 3b示出了作为资源播放实体的被叫终端的结构示意图。 如图 3b 所示, 在本实施例中, 作为资源播放实体的被叫终端包括:

步骤 301 : 定制了彩像资源的主叫终端发送携带描述正式会话信息 的会话描述协议 (SDP, Session Description Protocol ) 消息体的邀请 ( INVITE )消息给会话业务 AS。 以下, 将描述正式会话信息的 SDP消 息体标识为 SDP-1。 步骤 302:会话业务 AS获得主叫终端定制的彩像资源的 URL地址, 将该 URL地址添加到邀请消息中 , 并发送添加了 URL地址的邀请消息 给被叫终端。 具体地, U L地址可以添加在邀请消息的 Call-Info头域、 诸如 Alert-Info 之类的其他可选域, 或者可扩展标记语言 (XML , extensible Mark Language )脚本中。

步骤 303: 被叫终端根据邀请消息中所添加的 URL地址, 从资源存 储实体下载主叫终端定制的彩像资源。 其中, 可根据 URL地址格式的 不同,分别采用相应的下载方式,例如超文本传输协议(HTTP, Hypertext Transfer Protocol )方式或者文件传输协议 ( FTP, File Transfer Protocol ) 方式。
步驟 304 ~ 307: 被叫终端通过会话业务 AS返回表示会话进展情况 的 183消息给主叫终端,该 183消息中携带被叫终端应答 SDP- 1的 SDP 消息体 SDP- , SDP-1' 描述协商好的正式会话信息; 主叫终端通过会 话业务 AS发送响应 183消息的临时响应确认 ( PRACK )消息给被叫终 端;被叫终端通过会话业务 AS返回响应 PRACK消息的 200 OK消息给 主叫终端。
步骤 308: 被叫终端开始播放主叫终端定制的彩像资源, 并通过会 话业务 AS发送表示被叫终端振铃的 180消息给主叫终端。 这里, 被叫 终端可以先开始播放彩像再发送 180消息, 也可以先发送 180消息再开 始播放彩像, 二者之间没有严格的执行顺序。
步骤 309 ~ 310: 当被叫用户摘机时, 被叫终端通过会话业务 AS发 送表示被叫用户摘机的 200 OK消息给主叫终端; 主叫终端通过会话业 务 AS返回响应步骤 309中的的 200 OK消息的确认 ( ACK ) 消息给被 叫终端, 被叫终端停止播放主叫终端定制的彩像资源。
至此, 彩像业务使用完毕, 主叫终端和被叫终端之间正式会话的媒 体通道建立完成。
实施例二:
本实施例采用本发明第二种实现彩像业务的系统的原理, 也就是 说,由 IMS网络中被叫终端之外具有彩像资源下载和播放能力的实体作 为资源播放实体。 通常, 在 IMS中, MRF作为资源播放实体。 MRF可 通过实时传输协议(RTP )媒体流的方式向被叫终端播放彩像资源。 相 应地,本实施例中的彩像资源应该是适于采用 RTP媒体流方式播放的多 媒体资源。
在本实施例中, 主叫终端定制的彩像资源存储在 IMS 中可由 URL 地址寻址到的资源存储实体中, 并由会话业务 AS作为彩像业务控制实 体, 会话业务 AS可实时获知主叫终端定制的彩像资源的 imL地址。 具 体地, 主叫终端定制的彩像资源的 URL地址可存储在会话业务 AS中, 也可存储在诸如 HSS之类会话业务 AS能够访问的数据中心。
. 图 4a示出了会话业务 AS的结构示意图。 如图 4a所示, 在本实施 例中, 会话业务 AS包括:
彩像资源通知模块, 在接收到主叫终端发来的正式会话信息后, 获 取主叫终端定制的彩像资源的存储地址并发送给 MRP;

至此, 彩像业务使用完毕。
步骤 418 ~ 419: 会话业务 AS前传表示被叫用户摘机的 200 OK消 息给主叫终端; 主叫终端通过会话业务 AS返回响应步骤 418中的 200 OK消息的 ACK消息给被叫终端。

本实施例也采用本发明第二种实现彩像业务的系统的原理, 其与实 施例二的主要区别在于: 实施例二采用应用服务器模型的早期媒体方 案, 即使用两个 SDP消息体, 其中一个 SDP消息体用于描述正式会话 信息, 另一个 SDP消息体用于描述彩像会话信息; 本实施例采用网关模 型的早期媒体方案,即仅使用一个 SDP消息体同时描述正式会话信息和 彩像会话信息, 该 SDP消息体的一部分用于描述正式会话信息, 另一部 分用于描述彩像会话信息。
本实施例的会话业务 AS和 MRF的结构分别与图 4a的会话业务 AS 和图 4b的 MRF的结构相同, 在此不予赘述。

步骤 515 - 517: 当被叫用户摘机时,被叫终端发送表示被叫用户摘 机的 200 OK消息给会话业务 AS; 会话业务 AS发送通知结束播放彩像 资源的 ΒΥΈ消息给 MRF; MRF停止通过自身与被叫终端之间的媒体通 道向被叫终端播放主叫终端定制的彩像资源, 并返回响应 BYE 消息的 200 OK消息给会话业务 AS。
至此, 彩像业务使用完毕。
步骤 518 ~ 521: 会话业务 AS发送更新 ( UPDATE ) 消息给被叫终 端, 该消息用于通知被叫终端将 SDP-3' 中彩像会话信息部分的属性修 改为去激活, 从而使被叫终端停止接收彩像资源; 被叫终端将 SDP-3' 中彩像会话信息部分的属性修改为去激活, 停止接收彩像资源, 并返回 响应更新消息的 200 OK消息给会话业务 AS; 会话业务 AS前传表示被 叫用户摘机的 200 OK消息给主叫终端; 主叫终端通过会话业务 AS返 回响应表示被叫摘机的 200 OK消息的 ACK消息给被叫终端。
此时, 主叫终端和被叫终端之间正式会话的媒体通道建立完成。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现彩像业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
资源存储实体, 存储主叫终端定制的彩像资源;
资源播放实体, 从资源存储实体下载所述彩像资源, 并播放所述彩 像资源;
彩像业务控制实体, 获取主叫终端定制的彩像资源的存储地址, 并 将所述彩像资源的存储地址发送给资源播放实体。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述彩像业务控制实 体是主叫终端第三方注册的会话业务应用服务器 AS。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述资源存储实体位 于所述会话业务 AS可以访问的归属签约用户服务器 HSS; 或位于所述 会话业务 AS上。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述资源播放实 体是被叫终端。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述资源播放实 体是多媒体资源功能实体 MRF, 所述 MRF向被叫终端播放所述彩像资 源。
6、 一种实现彩像业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
将主叫终端定制的彩像资源存储在资源存储实体中;
彩像业务控制实体获取主叫终端定制的彩像资源的存储地址, 并将 所述彩像资源的存储地址发送给资源播放实体;
资源播放实体根据收到的地址从资源存储实体下载所述彩像资源 并播放所述彩像资源。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩像业务控制实 体是主叫终端第三方注册的会话业务 AS。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述下载方式是超文 本传输协议 HTTP方式、 或文件传输协议 FTP方式;
所述地址是统一'资源定位器 URL地址。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩像业务控制 实体获取彩像资源的存储地址包括:
彩像业务控制实体从自身保存的主叫终端定制的彩像资源的 URL 地址或从其可以访问的归属签约用户服务器 HSS 下载主叫终端定制的 彩像资源的 URL地址。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩像业务控制 实体将彩像资源的存储地址发送给资源播放实体包括: 彩像业务控制实 体将所述彩像资源的 URL地址携带于邀请消息中发送给资源播放实体。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 U L地址具体 携带于所述邀请消息的 Call-Info头域、 或 Alert-Info域、 或可扩展标记 语言 XML脚本中。
12、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述资源播放实体是 被叫终端。
13、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述资源播放实体是 多媒体资源功能实体 MRF;
所述资源播放实体播放彩像资源包括:
建立 MRF与被叫终端之间用于播放彩像资源的媒体通道;
MRF通过建立的媒体通道向被叫终端播放所述彩像资源。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述建立 MRF与被 叫终端之间用于播放彩像资源的媒体通道包括:
MRF发送彩像会话信息至被叫终端; 被叫终端向 MRF返回协商好的彩像会话信息。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩像业务控制 实体是主叫终端第三方注册的会话业务 AS;
所述 MRF发送彩像会话信息至被叫终端包括:
MRF通过会话业务 AS将彩像会话信息发送给被叫终端;
所述被叫终端向 MR 返回协商好的彩像会话信息包括:
被叫终端通过会话业务 AS向 MRF返回协商好的彩像会话信息。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MRF通过会话 业务 AS将彩像会话信息发送至被叫终端包括:
MRF将描述彩像会话信息的第一会话描述协议 SDP消息体发送至 会话业务 AS;
会话业务 AS将第一 SDP消息体和主叫终端发来的描述正式会话信 息的第二 SDP消息体发送至被叫终端;
所述被叫终端通过会话业务 AS向 MR 返回协商好的彩像会话信息 包括:
. 被叫终端向会话业务 AS返回描述协商好的彩像会话信息的第一应 答 SDP消息体和描述协商好的正式会话信息的第二应答 SDP消息体; 会话业务 AS向 MRF返回第一应答 SDP消息体, 向主叫终端发送 第二应答 SDP消息体。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述会话业务 AS将 第一 SDP消息体和第二 SDP消息体携带在邀请消息中发送至被叫终端。
18、 如权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 MR 通过会话 业务 AS将彩像会话信息发送至被叫终端包括:
MRF将描述彩像会话信息的第一 SDP消息体发送至会话业务 AS; 会话业务 AS从主叫终端发来的第二 SDP消息体中提取出正式会话 信息, 从 MRF发来的第一 SDP消息体中提取出彩像会话信息, 生成包 含彩像会话信息和正式会话信息的第三 SDP消息体, 并将第三 SDP消 息体发送至被叫终端;
被叫终端向会话业务 AS返回包含描述协商好的正式会话信息和协 商好的彩像会话信息的第三应答 SDP消息体;
会话业务 AS向 MRF发送包含描述协商好的彩像会话信息的第一应 答 SDP消息体,向主叫终端发送包含描述协商好的正式会话信息的第二 应答 SDP消息体。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述会话业务 AS将 第三 SDP消息体携带在邀请消息中发送至被叫终端。
20、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述资源播放实体在 被叫终端振铃时向被叫终端播放彩像资源;
该方法进一步包括:
彩像业务控制实体在获知被叫用户摘机的事件后, 指示资源播放实 体停止向被叫终端播放彩像资源。
21、 如权利要求 20 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩像业务控制 实体是主叫终端第三方注册的会话业务 AS;
所述彩像业务控制实体获知的被叫用户摘机事件是被叫终端通过 表示被叫用户摘机的 200 OK消息发送给会话业务 AS的;
所述彩像业务控制实体指示资源播放实体停止向被叫终端播放彩 像资源包括:
会话业务 AS发送通知结束播放彩像资源的结束 BYE消息至 MRP; MRF接收到 ΒΥΈ消息后, 停止向被叫终端播放主叫终端定制的彩 像资源。
22、 如权利要求 20所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 彩像业务控制实体通知被叫终端停止接收彩像资源; 彩像业务控制实体将获知的被叫用户摘机事件通知给主叫终端 , 主 叫终端和被叫终端开始通话。
23、 一种应用服务器 AS, 在彩像业务中作为主叫终端第三方注册 的会话业务 AS, 其特征在于, 包括:
彩像资源通知模块, 在接收到主叫终端发来的正式会话信息后, 获 取主叫终端定制的彩像资源的存储地址并发送给资源播放实体。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的 AS, 其特征在于, 还包括:
彩像业务控制模块, 通过转发资源播放实体与被叫终端之间交互的 彩像会话信息, 以使资源播放实体与被叫终端之间的用于播放彩像资源 的媒体通道得以建立; 在获知被叫用户的摘机事件后, 指示资源播放实 体停止向被叫终端播放彩像资源。
25、 如权利要求 23所述的 AS, 其特征在于, 还包括:
彩像资源地址存储模块, 存储主叫终端定制的彩像资源的存储地 址。
26、 一种用户终端, 在彩像业务中作为被叫终端, 其特征在于, 包 括:
彩像资源下载模块, 在接收到彩像业务控制实体发来的主叫终端定 制的彩像资源的存储地址后, 从彩像存储实体获取所述彩像资源; 彩像资源播放模块, 在被叫用户摘机前播放所述彩像资源; 在检测 到被叫用户摘机后, 停止播放所述彩像资源。
27、 一种多媒体资源功能实体 MRP, 其特征在于, 包括: 彩像资源下载模块, 在接收到彩像业务控制实体发来的主叫终端定 制的彩像资源的存储地址后, 从彩像存储实体下载所述彩像资源; 彩像资源播放模块, 与被叫终端交互彩像会话信息, 建立与被叫终 端之间的用于播放彩像资源的媒体通道, 并通过所建立的媒体通道向被 叫终端播放彩像资源; 在接收到彩像业务控制实体发来的被叫用户摘机 事件通知后, 停止播放所述彩像资源。
