Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à séparer des polluants dans un gaz de fumée d'une installation thermique, notamment une installation d'incinération de déchets, de combustible de remplacement et de biomasse, au moins une surface chauffante de ce dispositif servant à récupérer la chaleur du gaz de fumée dégagé lors de la réaction thermique d'une matière de charge. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif comprend au moins une surface de séparation disposée en amont de la surface chauffante dans le sens du gaz de fumée. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé destiné à séparer des polluants dans un gaz de fumée. Cette invention permet de diminuer l'attaque de la corrosion sur les surfaces chauffantes d'une chaudière, que la technique actuelle ne permet pas de protéger suffisamment de la corrosion, de prolonger la durée de vie de ces surfaces chauffantes, d'améliorer le transfert thermique des surfaces chauffantes montées en aval et de réduire la perte de pression au niveau du gaz de fumée afin, par voie de conséquence, d'augmenter les temps de fonctionnement de l'installation.
