Abstract

A paper pallet, board and the like characterized in that wherein at least two pieces of board are bounded together at a pre-determined length (1) and height (3) and wherein a bonding agent is used thereof to bind said pieces of board too form a panel with a pre-determined dimension of at least a width (2), a height (3), a thickness (4) and a broadness (5).

Claims

1. A paper pallet, board and the like having a panel with a plurality of support members and wherein used as a base for moving or lifting material by mean of a lifting or moving equipment characterized in that wherein the pallet comprises of a plurality of elongated first blocks which are bonded together to form a first panel and wherein another plurality of set of second blocks is placed onto the said first panel and wherein the first set of blocks is bonded together at throughout the longitudinal length by using a bonding means and wherein said binding agent is an inserting agent (6) and wherein each of the said blocks is in an 'L' shaped configuration and wherein when two of said 'L' shape blocks are bonded together, they form a piece of elongated board which is in a 'T' shaped configuration.
2. A paper pallet, board and the like as claimed in Claim 1 wherein another set of blocks with similar configuration is bonded to each of the already bonded blocks thereby creating a thicker block.
3. A paper pallet, board and the like as claimed in Claim 1 wherein the position of the 'L' shaped blocks are changed to form a single block with a hollow section along the elongated length of the said blocks and wherein a thicker block would consists of more 'L' shaped blocks bonded together to form a square type block with a hollow elongated section therewith.

A paper pallet, board and the like as claimed in Claim 1 wherein instead of using a means of inserting a bonding agent between two elongated blocks, said blocks are bonded together by using a layer of paper together with a bonding agent such as a glue and wrapping the said blocks in a spiral manner and in a tight manner to form a solid, strong and rigid structure.
A paper pallet, board and the like as claimed in Claim 4 wherein is provided therein an inserting agent (26) wherein said inserting agent (26) is a smaller block made with identical manner as claimed earlier which is the same length and inserted in the hollow section and bonded thereafter to further strengthen the said block and wherein this configuration is used when the said hollow section is much larger and to reduce the risk of said hollow section collapsing when huge loads are placed onto it.
6. A paper pallet, board and the like as claimed in Claim 4 wherein number of insertion and the position of the said insertion can vary according and by this creating smaller hollow section for strength and for lifting purposes.
7. A paper pallet, board and the like as claimed in Claim 1 wherein the pallet is formed by using a flat panel which is folded in a vertical and horizontal manner throughout the elongated length of said panel and wherein by bonding two side by side vertically folded members, one vertical member with a greater thickness is created and wherein the vertical and horizontal portion extends to the entire length of the said panel or board.
8. A paper pallet, board and the like as claimed in Claim 7 wherein when a larger thickness of vertically folded member is required, the vertical folded portion is repeated continuously then followed by a horizontal fold and wherein to form a pallet, at least two boards are required and folded in a mirror image manner so that when both are joined together it will form a rigid and strong panel.
