(57) [Summary] [Problem] The laminated corrugated cardboard block currently used for the girder of a corrugated cardboard pallet or packing support material has a vertical surface with a wavy pattern due to the strength when pasting it on a deck board or backing paper. In many cases, the adhesive flows into the gap formed between the liner and the core of the corrugated cardboard, and the amount of the adhesive used is large, and the adhesive strength is low. [Solution] As a solution to these problems, the surface of the laminated block where the wavy pattern appears is crushed by a pressure roller, the gap formed between the liner and the core is closed, and the surface is processed into a flat surface and bonded. It was possible to produce a crushed laminated corrugated cardboard block with a small amount of an agent and a strong adhesive force.

Description

[Detailed description of the invention]

[0001] The present invention relates to a corrugated cardboard pallet and a support or fixing material for packing.

[Related Art] Conventionally, laminated corrugated cardboard blocks have been frequently used as packing supports and fixing materials for girders of corrugated cardboard pallets, home electric appliances, communication office equipment, and the like. It is used by attaching a laminated block to a deck board or backing paper with an adhesive.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] When this laminated block is attached to a deck board or a mount, it is often the case that the flute of a corrugated ball is stood upright from the viewpoint of strength. However, this method has a problem that the adhesive flows into the corrugated gap formed between the liner and the core of the corrugated cardboard, so that the amount of the adhesive used increases and the adhesive strength is weak.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a method for solving these problems, a surface of a corrugated pattern of a laminated corrugated cardboard block is mechanically crushed to reduce and close a gap of a corrugated pattern, and the surface is closed. It is designed to be flattened to increase the bonding area, increase bonding strength, and reduce the amount of adhesive used.

[Embodiment of the Invention] Hereinafter, an example of a girder of a corrugated cardboard pallet, which is a typical use form of the invention, will be described. Usually, the girder of a corrugated cardboard pallet is about 10 to 15 corrugated cardboard sheets, and the laminated board made by laminating and aligning the direction of the fruit is cut into a size of 9 cm in length, 10 cm in width and 20 cm to 110 cm in length. The block is made by crushing the surface with a pressure roller.

FIG. 1 shows an ordinary cut laminated cardboard block 1. The corrugated surface 1A on which the block corrugated pattern appears is crushed by a roller from above and below, the corrugated gap 1B is reduced, and the surface is further flattened.

FIG. 2 shows a crushed laminated corrugated cardboard block 2 after processing in which a corrugated surface is crushed. In the processing method, a laminated stepped ball block 1 is passed between conveyors having a number of rollers on the upper and lower sides, and a crushed surface 2A is formed while gradually applying pressure by rollers.

[0008] The first roller of the pressure roller conveyor is a gear-tooth roller, which makes irregularities on the corrugated surface 1A, the second roller is a meshing roller, which crushes the irregularities, and the third roller is a flat surface roller. Finish to crushed surface 2A. It is effective that the pitch of the gear teeth is 3 mm to 5 mm.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of a corrugated cardboard pallet in which a beam 3 is attached to a deck board 3A.

FIG. 4 shows a fixing block 4 in which the laminated corrugated cardboard blocks, which are stitched vertically and horizontally without being aligned in the direction of the flutes, are similarly crushed by a roller.

FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of a packing support in which a fixing block 4 is attached to a mount 5A.
