Abstract

Procédé permettant d'extraire le mégot d'anode (110) et les timbales (130) accrochés à une anode usée ou à une anode neuve rebutée, comprenant les étapes suivantes: a) mise en place du mégot (110) entre un dispositif de butée (200) et un dispositif d'attaque (300), ledit dispositif de butée présentant une première butée (211) bloquant le mégot, ledit dispositif d'attaque étant pourvu, autour de chaque rondin, d'un évidement présentant une deuxième butée qui bloque lesdites timbales, la distance axiale entre les butées étant égale ou supérieure à la hauteur des timbales; b) déplacement du mégot pour qu'il arrive contre la première butée; c) déplacement du dispositif d'attaque; le mégot se fragmente; d) évacuation des fragments de mégot; e) poursuite du déplacement du dispositif d'attaque: les timbales sont détachées des rondins; f) arrêt et retrait du dispositif d'attaque. En deux étapes successives bien séparées, les fragments de mégots et les timbales se détachent, tombent et peuvent être directement orientés vers un atelier de recyclage spécifique.
