Abstract
Vorgeschlagen wird ein flüssiges wässriges Handgeschirrspülmittel, umfassend anionisches Tensid gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit nichtionischem Tensid, welches zur Verstärkung der Reinigungsleistung Alkalihypochlorit enthält.
Description
„Handgeschirrspülmittel"
Die Erfindung betrifft ein wässriges Handgeschirrspülmittel, umfassend anionisches Tensid, gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit nichtionischem Tensid, das ein Bleichmittel in Form eines Alkalihypochlorits enthält.
Zur manuellen Reinigung von Geschirr haben sich wässrige Reinigungsmittel mit einer Kombination von Tensiden, beispielsweise aus Alkylethersulfat, sekundärem Alkansulfonat und Betain, bewährt, da diese ein besonders gutes Trocknungs- und Ablaufverhalten aufweisen. Man ist aber neben der Ausnutzung dieses zwar auch eine Arbeitserleichterung bewirkenden Effekts auch bestrebt, ein möglichst leistungsstarkes Geschirrspülmittel zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit dem eine Vielzahl von Anschmutzungen von Geschirr im engeren Sinne, wie beispielsweise Tellern oder Tassen, und Küchen- oder Tafelbesteck entfernt werden können.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung, die hierzu einen Beitrag leisten will, ist ein flüssiges wässriges Handgeschiirspülmittel, umfassend anionisches Tensid und gegebenenfalls zusätzlich nichtionisches Tensid, und das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es Alkalihypochlorit enthält.
Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel enthält Wasser, vorzugsweise in Mengen bis zu 90 Gew.-%, insbesondere 60 Gew.-% bis 80 Gew.-%. Seine Viskosität kann gewünschtenfalls durch Zugabe von üblichen Hilfsmitteln, wie beispielsweise Elektrolyten, auf Werte von beispielsweise 200 mPa.s bis 1200 mPa.s eingestellt werden, falls sich durch das Vereinigen der nachfolgend näher beschriebenen Inhaltsstoffe nicht schon eine Viskosität im gewünschten Bereich ergibt. Es weist vorzugsweise einen alkalischen pH- Wert auf, der, falls er sich durch das Vereinigen der nachfolgend näher beschriebenen Inhaltsstoffe nicht schon ergibt, durch Zugabe von Basen, beispielsweise Alkali- und insbesondere Natriumhydroxid, eingestellt werden kann. Mengen von bis zu 2 Gew.-% Alkalihydroxid sind dafür normalerweise völlig ausreichend.
Ein Bleichmittel in Form von Hypochlorit ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der erfindungsgemäßen Mittel. Hypochlorite sind sehr wirksame Desinfektionsmittel und insbesondere erfolgreich im Bekämpfen von Mehltau und Schimmel, so daß unter Einsatz erfindungsgemäßer Mittel auch Anschmutzungen, die sich bereits längere Zeit auf dem zu spülenden Geschirr befinden, problemlos per Hand entfernt werden können. Obzwar auch andere Alkalihypochlorite, wie beispielsweise Kaliumhypochlorit, brauchbar sind, ist es doch bevorzugt, in erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln Natriumhypochlorit einzusetzen. In handelsüblichen wäßrigen Natriumhypochlorit-Lösungen sind oft beträchtliche Mengen an Chlorid-Salzen enthalten. Diese können ohne weiteres zur Herstellung erfindungsgemäßer Mittel verwendet werden, so dass man auf den Einsatz von hochreinem NaOCl nicht notwendigerweise angewiesen ist. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthalten die Mittel 0,05 Gew.-% bis 2,5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,1 Gew.-% bis 2 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise 0,5 Gew.-% bis 1,5 Gew.-% Alkalihypochlorit. Ein weiterer Vorteil des Einsatzes von Alkalihypochlorit in den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln ist darin zu sehen, dass sich so unerwünschte Gerüche, die auch optisch sauberem Geschirr noch anhaften können, leicht entfernen lassen.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Mittel enthält weiterhin anionisches Tensid oder eine Mischung aus anionischem Tensid und nichtionischem Tensid.
Das anionische Tensid wird vorzugsweise aus den Alkansulfonaten, den Alkylsulfaten, den Alkylethersulfaten, den Alkylbenzolsulfonaten, den Alkylsarcosinaten und Mischungen aus mindestens zweien dieser Aniontenside ausgewählt.
Die Alkansulfonate (INCI Sulfonic Acids) weisen üblicherweise einen aliphatischen geradkettigen oder ein oder mehrfach verzweigten, acyclischen oder cyclischen, gesättigten oder ein- oder mehrfach ungesättigten, vorzugsweise verzweigten, acyclischen, gesättigten, Alkylrest mit 6 bis 22, vorzugsweise 9 bis 20, insbesondere 11 bis 18 und besonders bevorzugt 14 bis 17 Kohlenstoffatomen auf. Bevorzugt sind die Alkansulfonate mit einem verzweigten, vorzugsweise sekundären, Alkylrest, beispielsweise das sekundäre Alkansulfonat sek. Na-C]3-i7-Alkansulfonat.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Mittel enthält vorzugsweise Alkansulfonat in einer Menge von 1 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere von 3 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt von 4 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%.
Alkylethersulfate (Fettalkoholethersulfate, INCI Alkyl Ether Sulfates) sind Produkte von Sulfatierreaktionen an alkoxylierten Alkoholen. Dabei versteht der Fachmann allgemein unter alkoxylierten Alkoholen die Reaktionsprodukte von Alkylenoxid, bevorzugt Ethylenoxid, mit Alkoholen, im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bevorzugt mit längerkettigen Alkoholen, d.h. mit aliphatischen geradkettigen oder ein oder mehrfach verzweigten, acyclischen oder cyclischen, gesättigten oder ein oder mehrfach ungesättigten, vorzugsweise geradkettigen, acyclischen, gesättigten, Alkoholen mit 6 bis 22, vorzugsweise 8 bis 18, insbesondere 10 bis 16 und besonders bevorzugt 12 bis 14 Kohlenstoffatomen. In der Regel entsteht aus n Molen Ethylenoxid und einem Mol Aikohoi, abhängig von den Reaktionsbedingungen, ein komplexes Gemisch von Additionsprodukten unterschiedlicher Ethoxylierungsgrade (n = 1 bis 30, vorzugsweise 1 bis 20, insbesondere 1 bis 10, besonders bevorzugt 2 bis 4). Eine weitere Ausführungsform der Alkoxylierung besteht im Einsatz von Gemischen der Alkylenoxide, bevorzugt des Gemisches von Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid. Ganz besonders bevorzugt im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind sulfatierte niederethoxylierte Fettalkohole mit 1 bis 4 Ethylenoxideinheiten (EO), insbesondere 1 bis 2 EO, beispielsweise 2 EO, wie Na-C]2-I4- Fettalkohol+2EO-sulfat.
Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel enthält in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform Alkylethersulfat in einer Menge von 1 Gew.-% bis 12 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1,5 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 2 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-%.
Erfindungsgemäß brauchbare Alkylsulfate entsprechen den vorgenannten Alkylethersulfaten bis auf die in den Alkylsulfaten fehlenden Alkoxygruppen. Falls vorhanden, liegen sie in Mengen von 1 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1,5 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 2 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-% vor.
Erfindungsgemäß brauchbare Alkylbenzolsulfonate sind insbesondere solche, die am Benzolrest Alkylsubstituenten mit einer den vorgenannten Alkylethersulfaten
entsprechender C-Kettenlängc aufweisen. Sie liegen vorzugsweise in Mengen von 1 Gew.- % bis 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1,5 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 2 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-% vor.
Vorzugsweise enthält ein erfindungsgemäßes Mittel sowohl Alkansulfonat als auch mindestens ein weiteres der genannten Aniontenside, insbesondere Alkylethersulfat. In diesem Fall beträgt das Gewichtsverhältnis von Alkansulfonat zu weiterem Aniontensid, insbesondere Alkylethersulfat, vorzugsweise 10:1 bis 1 :3. insbesondere 8:1 bis 1 :2. In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung enthält das Mittel Alkylbenzolsulfonat und/oder Alkylsulfat und mindestens ein weiteres der genannten Aniontenside, insbesondere Alkylethersulfat. In diesem Fall beträgt das Gewichtsverhältnis von Alkylbenzolsulfonat und/oder Alkylsulfat zu weiterem Aniontensid, insbesondere Alkylethersulfat, vorzugsweise 5:1 bis 1 :2, insbesondere 3:1 bis 1 :1.
Zu den bevorzugten nichtionischen Tensiden zählen die Aminoxide. Zu den erfindungsgemäß geeigneten Alkylaminoxiden gehören insbesondere Alkyl- dimethylaminoxide, Alkylamidoaminoxide und Alkoxyalkylaminoxide. Bevorzugte Aminoxide genügen Formel I oder II,

in denen R1 ein gesättiger oder ungesättigter C6-22-Alkylrest, vorzugsweise Cg.is-Alkylrest, insbesondere ein gesättigter Ci0-i6-Alkylrest, beispielsweise ein gesättigter Ci2-i4-Alkylrest, der in den Alkylamidoaminoxiden über eine Carbonylamidoalkylengruppe -CO-NH- (CH2)W- und in den Alkoxyalkylaminoxiden über eine Oxyalkylengruppe -O-(CH2)W- an das Stickstoffatom N gebunden ist, wobei w jeweils für eine Zahl von 1 bis 10, vorzugsweise 2 bis 5, insbesondere 3 steht, R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander ein C1-4-Alkylrest, gegebenenfalls hydroxysubstituiert wie zum Beispiel ein Hydroxyethylrest, insbesondere ein Methylrest, ist und y und z unabhängig voneinander 0 oder 1, vorzugsweise in der Summe 1 , ist.
Beispiele geeigneter Aminoxide sind die folgenden gemäß INCI benannten Verbindungen: Almondamidopropylamine Oxide, Babassuamidopropylamine Oxide, Behenamine Oxide,
Cocamidopropyl Amine Oxide, Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, Cocamine Oxide, Coco- Morpholine Oxide, Decylamine Oxide, Decyltetradecylamine Oxide, Diaminopyrimidine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl C8-10 Alkoxypropylamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl C9-11 Alkoxypropylamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl C 12- 15 Alkoxypropylamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl Cocamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl Lauramine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl Stearamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl Taliowamine Oxide, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Amine Oxide, Hydrogenated Taliowamine Oxide, Hydroxyethyl Hydroxypropyl C 12- 15 Alkoxypropylamine Oxide, Isostearamidopropylamine Oxide, ϊsostearamidopropyi Morpholine Oxide, Lauramidopropylamine Oxide, Lauramine Oxide, Methyl Morpholine Oxide, Milkamidopropyl Amine Oxide, Minkamidopropylamine Oxide, Myristamidopropylamine Oxide, Myristamine Oxide, Myristyl/Cetyl Amine Oxide, Oleamidopropylamine Oxide, Oleamine Oxide, Olivamidopropylamine Oxide, Palmitamidopropylamine Oxide, Palmitamine Oxide, PEG-3 Lauramine Oxide, Potassium Dihydroxyethyl Cocamine Oxide Phosphate, Potassium Trisphosphonomethylamine Oxide, Sesamidopropylamine Oxide, Soyamidopropylamine Oxide,
Stearamidopropylamine Oxide, Stearamine Oxide, Tallowamidopropylamine Oxide, Taliowamine Oxide, Undecylenamidopropylamine Oxide und Wheat Germamidopropylamine Oxide. Ein bevorzugtes Aminoxid ist beispielsweise Cocamidopropylamine Oxide (Cocoamidopropylaminoxid).
Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel enthält vorzugsweise Aminoxid in einer Menge von 1 Gew.- % bis 15 Gew.-%, insbesondere 2 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt 3 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-%.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Mittel kann daneben im Prinzip übliche Inhaltsstoffe von Handgeschirrspülmitteln, wie beispielsweise Perlglanzmittel, Schaumverstärker sowie Färb- und/oder Duftstoffe, enthalten. Es enthält vorzugsweise Radikalfänger, wie beispielsweise butyliertes Hydroxytoluol (BHT), Benzoesäure oder Anisalkohol, und/oder Sequestrierungsmittel. Die Stabilität und damit die Leistung durch des Hypochlorits kann durch die Anwesenheit von Kaliumjodid verstärkt werden. Auch das Hautgefühl positiv beeinflussende Wirkstoffe oder Wirkstoffe mit positiven biologischen Effekten können enthalten sein.
Zur Verminderung des Geruches nach Chlorbleiche an menschlicher Haut, die in Kontakt mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Mittel gekommen ist, kann das Mittel Riechstoffe enthalten, wobei der Riechstoff vorzugsweise ausgewählt wird aus der Gruppe umfassend Diphenylmethan, Diphenyloxid, 2-Methyl-naphthyl-ether, und deren Mischungen. In einem bevorzugten Aspekt der Erfindung weist der Riechstoff vorzugsweise eine Kombination von Diphenylmethan und Diphenyloxid in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 1 : 1 bis 1 :50, insbesondere von 1 : 10 bis 1 :5 auf. Er weist weiterhin bevorzugt eine Kombination von Diphenylmethan und 2-Methyl-naphthyl-ether in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 50:1 bis 1 : 10, insbesondere von 5:1 bis 1 :1 auf. Auch bevorzugt ist, wenn der Riechstoff eine Kombination von Diphenyloxid und 2-Methyl-naphthyl-ether in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 250:1 bis 1 :1, insbesondere von 50:1 bis 5:1 aufweist.
Als Sequestrierungsmittel werden in erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln vorzugsweise Alkylphosphonsäuren und unter diesen insbesondere solche mit zumindest einem Aminoxid-Substituenten an der Alkylgruppe, hier als Aminoxidphosphonsäuren bezeichnet, Polyacrylsäuren und/oder Phosphonogruppen-aufweisende Polyacrysäuren, die auch in der Form ihrer Alkalisalze vorliegen können, eingesetzt. Die Einarbeitung derartiger Komplexbildner führt zu besonders gutem Glanzerhalt des behandelten Geschirrs. Dies wird nicht beobachtet, wenn man stattdessen andere Komplexbildner, beispielsweise Methylglycindiessigsäure oder Nitrilotriessigsäure, einsetzt. Aminoxidphosphonsäuren werden normalerweise durch Oxidation von Aminoalkyl- phosphonsäuren hergestellt. Sie gehören vorzugsweise zur Gruppe von Verbindungen gemäß allgemeiner Formel (III),

in der R4 Wasserstoff, eine Gruppe -(CH2)x(CHCH3)v-NH2->0 oder ein Alkalimetall ist, x eine Zahl von 1 bis 4 und v 0 oder 1 ist. Unter den besonders bevorzugten Aminoxidphosphonsäuren ist das Aminoxid auf der Basis der Aminotrimethylenphosphon- säure. Vorzugsweise sind 0,01 Gew.-% bis 1 Gew.-% solcher Sequestriermittel vorhanden.
Claims
1. Flüssiges wässriges Handgeschirrspülmittel, umfassend anionisches Tensid und gegebenenfalls zusätzlich nichtionisches Tensid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Alkalihypochlorit enthält.
2. Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es 0,05 Gew.-% bis 2,5 Gew.- %, insbesondere 0,1 Gew.-% bis 2 Gew.-% Alkalihypochlorit enthält.
3. Mittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das anionische Tensid aus den Alkansulfonaten, den Alkylsulfaten, den Alkylethersulfaten, den Alkylbenzolsulfonaten, den Alkylsarcosinaten und Mischungen aus mindestens zweien dieser Aniontenside ausgewählt wird.
4. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Alkansulfonat in einer Menge von 1 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere 3 Gew.- % bis 15 Gew.-% enthält.
5. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Alkylethersulfat in einer Menge von 1 Gew.-% bis 12 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1,5 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-% enthält.
6. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Alkylbenzolsulfonat in einer Menge von 1 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1,5 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-% enthält.
7. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sowohl Alkansulfonat als auch Alkylethersulfat, Alkylsulfat, Alkylbenzolsulfonat und/oder Alkylsarcosinat, insbesondere Alkylethersulfat, enthält.
8. Mittel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Alkansulfonat zu Alkylethersulfat 10:1 bis 1 :3, insbesondere 8:1 bis 1 :2 beträgt.
9. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Alkylbenzolsulfonat und/oder Alkylsulfat sowie Alkansulfonat, Alkylethersulfat und/oder Alkylsarcosinat, insbesondere Alkylethersulfat, enthält.
10. Mittel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Alkylbenzolsulfonat und/oder Alkylsulfat zu weiterem Aniontensid, insbesondere Alkylethersulfat, 5:1 bis 1 :2, insbesondere 3:1 bis 1 : 1 beträgt.
1 1. Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Radikalfänger und/oder Sequestrierungsmittel enthält.
